Claims (4)

  1. Scharnier zwischen ein Schirmgestänge (3) und Stangenkranz (7) einer Sonnenschirm daß ein diameter hat der größer ist dann 2 Meter und wo Drehpunkten sind verwendet dadurch gekennzeichnet daß das Drehpunkt ist gebildet aus ein Drehpunktteil (10) vorausgesehen mit ein Loch (12) das weiter reicht als das Zentrum von das Drehpunkt worin der Schirmgestänge (3) mittels ein Nagel (13) ist befestigt, daß das Drehpunktteil (10) ist vorausgesehen mit zwei Aussparungen (11) der an gegenüber einander positionierten Kanten von das Drehpunktteil (10) liegen und der Stangenkranz (7) ist auch vorausgesehen mit Aussparungen (8) worin gegenüber einander liegend zwei Nocken (9) positioniert sind welche die Form haben einer an zwei Kanten abgeplattete Achse wobei Aussparungen (11) in Drehpunktteil (10) rund sein und vorausgesehen mit Schlitze zum Durchlassung der Nocken (9).
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß Drehpunktteil (10) ist vorausgesehen mit ein Schnappverschluß für ein dünwandiges Rohr.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Höhe der Nocken (9) und der Tiefe der Aussparungen (11) sind ungefär ein viertel der Entfernung der Aussparung (8) innerhalb de Stangenkranz (7).
  4. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Stangenkranz (7) der Sonnenschirm und das Drehpunktteil (10) sind aus Pressguß während die Schirmgestänge ist angefertigt aus fibreglass oder aluminium Rohr.
