Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lamp emitter a housing suitable for holding a lamp holder and with a frame surrounding the housing, which with the Housing is connected by suitable means and at least comprises an approximately annular part.
- a lamp emitter of the type mentioned is from the DE 42 26 594 A1 has become known. This is about a work area light especially for the dental Practice. This work area light is relatively complex built up, it with this known light spot A particular concern is the warming up of the reflector and other parts to avoid and heat dissipation achieve.
- the constructive training of this well-known Light spotlight is primarily related to the stated application for dental practice.
- the object of the present invention is a Light spotlights, in particular for use as To create living room lamp that is decorative and a particularly simple manufacture from one Sheet metal stamping enables.
- a solution according to the invention provides this object Luminous spotlights of the type mentioned at the beginning with the characteristic features of the main claim.
- the frame of the lamp is starting from an essentially flat sheet metal stamped part manufactured. This receives at least one circular part starting from the original Punch cut by twisting an approximately vertical one Alignment with the rest of the frame. This circular Part then forms a holding part for the invention Spotlight housing.
- One advantage of the invention is that you can first in a simple operation Can punch sheet metal stamping that already the frame and that Contains holding part for the lamp, then in a second step only by mechanical Force the circular part, which is the holding part forms, approximately 90 ° from its original plane is turned out. This way of producing frames and Holding part is very straightforward and therefore inexpensive. There are no further operations for connecting Holding part and frame, for example by welding, Screwing, riveting or the like.
- the frame with the the holding part thus obtained is thus in one piece and only has to then be connected to the spotlight housing.
- This can according to a preferred embodiment of the invention happen that the spotlight housing from two or more Housing parts exist. These two housing parts can for example via a screw connection get connected. It can be according to a preferred one Development of the invention be such that the circular Holding part, which is connected to the frame, in the Installation between two housing parts to be connected arrives and the holding part virtually into the fully assembled Housing is integrated, with the two end faces of the annular holding part as an abutment for one the housing parts can serve.
- these two housing parts connect a threaded sleeve-like part.
- This threaded sleeve-like part preferably has in the frame of the present invention on a circumferential collar.
- the two housing parts are preferably Rotational body and its outer diameter corresponds to where the annular holding part is located approximately in it Outside diameter, so that you have a full integration of the annular holding part in the rotationally symmetrical Spotlight housing without the circular Holding part protrudes outwards.
- the other housing part can then over the Lamp holder can be pushed and take it preferably the length of this other housing part about the Length corresponds to the length of the lamp holder from one Housing part protrudes.
- the lamp holder is then located completely inside the housing of the radiator and is at the same time without problems for the lamp to be screwed in accessible.
- this frame has a Leg, which in the assembled state is spaced apart from the Spotlight housing is arranged and with the circular holding part over the twisted (or rotatable) web is connected.
- this frame has two frames such leg on the right and left with Distance are arranged next to the spotlight housing and the then also via a rotatable bridge with a annular holding part are connected.
- such a frame which is symmetrical and has two legs in plan about the shape of a pair of pliers, with two on one side opened pliers halves the other end together are connected, the between the two halves of the pliers annular holding part is arranged.
- the frame has several such annular parts, the entire frame with circular holding part and if necessary, further parts in the form of an ice ring in a simpler manner Can be produced from a single flat sheet metal stamped part is.
- the frame can be a second one have an annular part which is then at a distance of the first annular part is arranged and that preferably in the assembled state, i.e. when screwed in Lamp, the lamp protruding from the spotlight housing at a distance surrounds in a ring.
- Luminaire spotlights in which the spotlight housing is mechanically held by the annular holding part and optically one-sided or two-sided of the frame is bordered and the lamp then the second circular Part almost like a decorative ring, but the whole The lamp spotlight looks very filigree and the spotlight housing for the viewer, so to speak, hovers in the frame, creating a particularly elegant optical impression is generated.
- the frame is still made with the production of the die cut with holes or recesses, which then either can serve any fastening purposes or just form an optical ornament.
- the radiator 1 consists of a radiator housing 20 which is attached to a frame 10.
- the frame 10 has approximately the stylized shape of an open pliers, which consists of two pliers halves 104, each of which forms a tip 105.
- a circular ring 101 is arranged in one piece between them via twisted webs 100.
- a further, but smaller circular ring as a holding part 102 is also arranged in one piece via webs 100 between the pliers halves 104.
- the annular holding part 102 of the Frame 10 mounted the spotlight housing 20.
- the Spotlight housing 20 has approximately the shape of a egg headed its thicker end.
- the lamp housing 20 consists of a rear housing part 201, which is approximately 2/3 of the Makes up housing length and a front housing part 202, which is therefore about 1/3 of the length of the housing.
- the end faces of the holding part 102 serve each as an assembly stop for the housing parts 201 and 202 of the spotlight housing 20, wherein in the assembled state outer circumference of the holding part 102 with the outer circumference of the Housing parts 201 and 202 are approximately aligned. This is how a smooth, appealing transition without edges prone to injury.
- the cohesion of the Spotlight housing 20 or its fixation on the holding part 102 ultimately takes place via a threaded sleeve-like part 203.
- the frame 10 for the radiator housing 20 explained in more detail.
- the frame 10 is in one piece from one Stamped part made, which, as already mentioned, the has stylized shape of pliers, the converging pliers halves 104 right into an approx triangular starting surface 106 ends.
- the over the bridges 100 molded circular rings 101 and 102 have approximately same width, but differ in their Outside or inside diameter. So is the outside diameter of the Annular ring 101 only slightly smaller than the distance of Plier tips 105 and the outer diameter of the annulus of the Holding part 102 is due to the converging Pliers halves 104, correspondingly significantly smaller.
- the circular rings 101 and 102 face each other deviating inner diameters 1010 and 1020, the Inner diameter 1020 is significantly smaller than that Inner diameter 1010.
- the pliers halves 104 are also with Provided holes 103 which for material and Contribute weight savings and beyond Offer mounting options.
- the frame 10 is a flat one Stamped part, that is, of course, that the circular rings 101 or 102 are in the same common plane as the remaining frames 10, d. H. the pliers halves 104.
- Spotlights can not be achieved.
- the Circular rings 101, 102 only by about 90 degrees through the webs 100 formed longitudinal axes are bent. Then are the surface dimensions of the circular rings 101, 102 each in about 90 degrees to the surface area of the Pliers halves 104 and the center axes of the Inner diameters 1010 and 1020 are approximately aligned, as shown in the dashed lines indicated.
- the radiator housing 20 is made of the rear housing part 201 and the front housing part 202 is composed.
- the rear housing part 201 has a supply opening indicated by dashed lines in 2011.
- the lamp holder 204 which is a dashed indicated internal thread 2040 for receiving a Lamp thread and an external thread 2041.
- the External thread 2041 is used with a corresponding Thread 2033 provided part 203 with the lamp holder 204 connect and thus ultimately the one shown in FIG. 1 To carry out final assembly of the radiator according to the invention.
- the front housing part 202 is approximately sleeve-shaped executed and tapers slightly towards the part 203.
- the left edge of the housing part 202 is inward bent so that a rounded, peripheral edge area 2021 is created.
- the threaded sleeve-like part 203 has one at the left end all around, curved collar 2030, which is approximately flush with the edge area 2021 in the assembled state covers. It can also be seen that the collar in 2030 in Revolving direction evenly distributed holes 2031, which on the one hand saves material but also on design of the radiator housing 20 contribute.
- the Housing parts 201 and 202 each have an end face 2010 and 2020, whose outer diameters are approximately the same are and also approximately the outer diameter of the Annulus 102 to which they are attached are the same. As mentioned, this creates an approximately flush Transition between the housing parts 201, 202 and the annular holding part 102.
- the radiator 31 consists of a radiator housing 20 and a frame 10, this frame 10 in turn starting from an essentially flat sheet metal stamped part is made.
- the frame 10 in turn has a annular holding part 102, which is between two interconnectable housing parts 201, 202 of the Spotlight housing 20 is located.
- the frame 10 only points here a leg 304 which is spaced apart from the Spotlight housing 20 is arranged. This leg 304 of the Frame 10 is on the twisted web 100 with the annular holding part 102 connected.
- This frame 10 also has a second annular part 101, which in the assembled state comes from the radiator housing 20 protruding lamp 32 surrounds at a distance.
- This second annular part 101 is like that circular holding part 102 from the plane of the original flat stamped part rotated by about 90 °, which then the twisted webs 100 arise. You can see here that a only leg 304 is sufficient for the frame 10 to with to hold this connected holding part 102 and ultimately the Establish connection to the radiator housing 20.
- the second annular part 101 has primarily one Decorative function, because a direct connection to the Spotlight housing 20 does not exist.
- the punched holes 103 also predominantly have an ornamental function, whereby they but during the manufacturing process to create the Have the stamped part stamped out slightly.
- the second annular part 101 is located approximately in the front End region of the frame 10.
