Claims (16)
- Article comprenant un mélange d'un polymère fluoré et d'un polymère thermoplastique, chaque polymère ayant une structure en réseau continue individuelle, lesdites structures étant indépendantes les unes des autres mais entrelacées entre elles et au moins un desdits polymères étant microporeux.
- Article selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chaque structure est sous forme de réseau et lesdits réseaux sont entrelacés entre eux.
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle les deux polymères sont microporeux.
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 dans la forme choisie dans le groupe composé d'un film, d'une membrane, d'un tube, d'une fibre creuse, d'une fibre ou d'un joint d'étanchéité.
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le polymère fluoré comprend le PTFE (ePTFE) microporeux étiré.
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le polymère fluoré comprend le PTFE modifié.
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle le polymère fluoré comprend un mélange de ePTFE et d'un polymère fluoré pouvant être traité en masse fondue.
- Article de la revendication 7, dans laquelle le polymère fluoré pouvant être traité en masse fondue est le FEP Teflon® ou le Teflon PFA®.
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle la matière thermoplastique est choisie dans le groupe composé des matières suivantes :les polyoléfines,les polyamides aliphatiques et aromatiques,les polyesters aliphatiques et aromatiques,les polysulfones, les poly(éther sulfone), les poly(oxyde de polyphényle), les polyimides,les LCP avec des structures mésogènes dans la chaíne principale ou dans la chaíne latérale,les polycarbonates, les polyacrylonitriles et les polystyrènes,les poly(méthacrylate), les polyacrylates, les poly(chlorure de vinyle) et les poly(chlorure de vinylidène),les polyaryléthercétones,
les copolymères de polymère fluoré pouvant être traités en masse fondue. - Article selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la matière thermoplastique est la poly(éther-éther-cétone) (PEEK).
- Article selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle la matière thermoplastique est le UHMW-PE.
- Article selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le thermoplastique est le THV (copoly(tétrafluoroéthylène/hexafluoropropylène/fluorure de vinylidène)).
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, dans laquelle la fraction de poids de la matière thermoplastique est de 20% à 90% en poids, de préférence de 30% à 70%.
- Article selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, dans laquelle l'article est résistant à un rayonnement riche en énergie inférieur ou égal à 100 kGy.
- Procédé pour produire une matière à partir d'un mélange d'un polymère fluoré et d'un thermoplastique pour un article selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :a) co-coaguler une dispersion aqueuse comprenant un polymère fluoré et un thermoplastique ;b) sécher, mélanger la matière obtenue selon a) avec un lubrifiant et extruder une pâte ;c) calandrer l'extrudat ;d) éliminer le lubrifiant soit avant soit après l'étape c) ;e) étirer la matière de l'étape d) en la passant sur des rouleaux chauffés ou dans un courant d'air chauffé à une température supérieure au point de transition vitreuse du thermoplastique ;
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle la matière est compactée après la dernière étape e).
