They are such insulators for electric wires or wires Fences are known in which the screw for holding within a post For example, a wooden post, is firmly integrated in the plastic part. The Screw is poured into the insulator during the manufacturing process and thus forms an integral part of the isolator. This configuration has the disadvantage that when the insulator is replaced because it is the same for example destroyed or too badly affected by the weather, the insulator and its mounting part, the screw, must be replaced. This means significant additional costs because normally the screw is not impaired and could therefore actually remain in place.
The hook-shaped Electric fence insulator has a threaded bolt, which one Has screw thread and at the other end bent in a U-shape Insulator head carries; the insulator head is firmly connected to the threaded bolt. The housing is used to screw the insulator into a post on the Insulator head pushed on and turned; then the housing is removed.
A pasture fence insulator has become known from EP-0307350-A2 which is a threaded hook for wood or steel in an insulating plastic holder inserted and screwed in by turning through the isolator can be. The hook screw must be used to replace the insulator head only then be unscrewed or unscrewed from the mast the insulator head can be removed.
DE-OS 2242147 includes an insulator for electric pasture fences, at which a steel pin is hammered into an insulator head, the Insulator head can no longer be replaced. If the isolator head is on the Pressed pin, it is firmly connected to the pin.
From FR-948651 a pasture fence isolator has become known an insulator head with a nail that has a rectangular head has, so that when driving the nail into a wooden post on the Insulator nail shaft is clamped. Here too is to solve the Isolators require the previous removal of the nail, which is difficult to do is accomplished because the nail head after sinking into a recess can no longer be easily taken.
The invention has for its object an insulator for electrical Live wires or bands or ropes for the production of fences to improve the genus mentioned in such a way that when exchanged only the actual insulator part needs to be replaced and the Screw can remain in place while still in order; the attachment of the insulator to the post should also be easier to accomplish be known as pasture fence isolators.
The solution to the problem is that the holding part is a T-shaped in plan view Has recess from two perpendicular slots and the screw has one with a shaft and a widened head at least two mutually parallel side surfaces or key surfaces, especially wood screw, for the suitable, preferably clamping and non-rotating, releasable insertion of the shaft with the head perpendicular to the longitudinal axis the screw into the recess, which is a bed for the head and forms the end part of the shaft of the screw, the recess of the slots is T-shaped in plan view in the direction of insertion of the screw, and the one slot of the recess at most the clear width of the diameter of the Has screw shaft and outwards from two sides of the holding part is open and the other slot is at most the clear width of the height of the screw head has and open to the outside only from one side of the holding part is.
In a preferred embodiment, the holding part is a plastic injection-molded part, which consists of a head for holding the wire and a molded on it Base part is in which the T-shaped recess is made.
The isolator according to the invention has the advantage that the isolator head Isolator is designed interchangeable from the outset, so that the hook part is not needs to be unscrewed more. Defective insulators do not have to more completely replaced, but the screw can be on the post remain as long as it is still in order. Only the old isolator or Insulator head removed and a new one put on the screw. Of Another simple and quick assembly of the invention Isolators possible because the screw is using a wrench, or a riddle with a nut and TORX or a cordless battery screwdriver Nut or also easily screwed into a wooden post, for example and then the insulator can be put on. Likewise, the Screw are welded to an iron post without the Isolator is destroyed because it is only then plugged on.
The screws used can be inexpensive hexagon standard screws be, the T-shaped recess as a snap good fit, which can also be jammed, of the insulator on the screw accomplished. Since the length of the slot that is used to hold the head, corresponds to the width across flats of the screw, the insulator sits after the Put on the screw against rotation on the same, so that when turning of the insulator, for example by hand, now take the screw with it and rotated further into the post and especially the insulator on it Way can be aligned.
Because of the separation of insulator and carrier according to the invention, namely Screw, the isolator is much cheaper to manufacture because only the Insulator as such needs to be replaced if it is defective. As well the isolator according to the invention is more environmentally friendly since the old isolator bracket no longer remain in the pastures. The insulators to be replaced can simply put it in your pocket and put it in the trash at home.
In a further embodiment according to the invention, the base part of the insulator can be designed as a cylinder or a cuboid, from the lower surface of which the Slots for receiving the screw are guided, the slot for Receiving the screw shaft to the outside both to the top surface and to the cylinder surface of the cylinder or one of the side surfaces of the cuboid and the slot for receiving the screw head to the outside only for Cover surface is open.
Conversely, the base part can be designed as a cylinder or as a cuboid whose cylindrical surface or one of the side surfaces from the slots Recording the screw are guided, the slot for receiving the Screw shaft to the outside of both the cylinder surface and Top surface of the cylinder or to one of the side surfaces and the top surface of the Cuboid and the slot for receiving the screw head to the outside only for Cylinder jacket surface or one of the side surfaces is open.
In a further embodiment according to the invention, the holding part or the Entire insulator consist of an elastic material, in which Hold part as a recess for the screw in the direction of insertion cylindrical blind hole is introduced, which is located at the inner end inside the holding part for receiving the screw head widened, and jamming but detachable plugging of the insulator onto the screw head and the screw shaft of the screw, so that in the top view of a cut through a plane in which the longitudinal axis of the blind hole lies is designed T-shaped together with the end widening. Also in In this case, the widened end of the blind hole can be at least two have mutually parallel surfaces to prevent rotation of the screw head. In this way, isolators can also be used that are made of Rubber or rubber mixtures are made, which is advantageous here Screw a round, and if necessary lenticular, slotted head with at least two mutually parallel side surfaces, so that the Insulator can be slid more easily over the screw head of the screw, until the screw head in the end widening of the blind hole is secured against rotation locks.

According to FIGS. 1 to 4, an insulator 1 is made in a manner known to this extent
formed an approximately cylindrical holding part, which integrally from one to
Part consists of a
A recess is made in the
werden.FIGS. 5 to 8 show a further embodiment of an
entspricht.Inside the
In both embodiments, the

Due to the T-shaped recess of two perpendicular to each other

In this way, the isolators according to the invention can not only

An

The insulators according to the invention are particularly for fencing and enclosure of animal paddocks with an electrical voltage Suitable for wires or with ribbons or ropes. The special advantage of Isolators is that defective isolators are no longer complete need to be replaced, but the screw remains on the post can, as long as it is still in order; it just becomes the old isolator pulled off and a new one put on the screw, which is an easy one and quick assembly of the isolator. Using the adapter the insulator also fixed iron posts without drilling or welding become.
