Claims (9)

  1. A fastening element for connecting public objects, such as bollards with and without illumination, street furniture, road signs, playground equipment and the like, comprising an embedding sleeve, which is inserted into the ground, characterized in that the fastening element (1) encompasses a connecting piece (1a), which is embodied in two pieces and which consists of an insertion part (5) as well as of a holding piece (6), which can be locked in the embedding sleeve (3), said insertion part being capable of projecting into an opening (4a) of the respective object, such as bollards (4), street furniture, road signs, playground equipment and the like, and that the holding piece (6) is clamped between an elastic buffer (7) made of polyurethane and the insertion part (5) via a screw (8) or a similar fastening element, which penetrates the buffer (7) and the holding piece (6) and which is held in the insertion part (5).
  2. The fastening element according to claim 1, characterized in that the end (9) of the insertion part (5), which is oriented towards the holding piece (6), is embodied in a spherical segment-shaped manner and is supported in a spherical segment-shaped recess (10) of the holding piece (6).
  3. The fastening element according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that provision is made between the elastic buffer (7) and the head (11) of the screw (8) for a disk (12).
  4. The fastening element according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the holding piece (6) can be connected to the embedding sleeve (3) in a bayonet-like manner.
  5. The fastening element according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the insertion part (5) encompasses a peripheral cut-in (25) as predetermined breaking point.
  6. The fastening element according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the insertion part (5) can be locked to the objects, such as bollards (4), street furniture, road signs, playground equipment and the like.
  7. The fastening element according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the insertion part (5) encompasses a cross hole (17), which is conically widened on both ends and which accommodates one clamping cone (19, 20) in each case in these conical expansions (18), which continue in conical cross holes (16), which are located opposite one another, of the objects, such as bollards (4), street furniture, road signs, playground equipment and the like, wherein this clamping cone (19, 20) tightens the holding piece (6) in the embedding sleeve (3) within the bayonet closure in a non-positive manner by means of a screw (22), which can be actuated by means of a corresponding special key, braces the respective object, such as bollard (4), street furniture, road sign, playground equipment and the like against the embedding sleeve (3) and further prestresses the elastic buffer (7).
  8. The fastening element according to claim 7, characterized in that the clamping cones (19, 20) sit in the conical expansions (18) of the cross hole (17) of the insertion part (5) and in the conical cross holes (16) of the respective object, such as bollard (4), street furniture, road signs, playground equipment and the like with corresponding play such that, when the screw (22) is tightened, they each carry out a wedge effect for moving the insertion part (5) or the fastening element (1), respectively, upwards, and for moving the object, such as bollards (4), street furniture, road signs, playground equipment and the like, downwards.
  9. The fastening element according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the insertion part (5) is integrally molded to the respective object, such as bollard (4), street furniture, road sign, playground equipment and the like, in one piece.
