Definitions
- the present invention relates to a post system for fastening posts to a substrate.
- posts are also to be understood as rods, stands or the like.
- these are barrier posts, bollards, railings, fall protection, signposts, brackets for signs or rubbish bins, or bike racks.
- the underground can be, for example, a roadway, a sidewalk or a square, outdoors or inside a building.
- a barrier post system is known in which a post is detachably arranged in a floor anchorage and held by the latter by a bayonet lock.
- a locking mechanism prevents unauthorized persons from removing the barrier post.
- a disadvantage of such a system is that the insertion of the post requires correct alignment of the locking elements of the bayonet catch. To do this, the post must first be placed on the floor anchor and then a correct position must be found by rotating the post.
- the ground anchoring of such a system is susceptible to contamination, which has a detrimental effect on the insertion and locking of the post.
- Another disadvantage is the rigid connection between the post and the ground anchorage, since this leads to the fact that at least the fastening elements of the bayonet lock are destroyed when a force is applied to the post.
- the fastening elements In order to reduce the destruction to the fastening elements as much as possible, the fastening elements have predetermined breaking points.
- Such a fastener in the form of a screw is made the CH 707 526 known.
- the disadvantage of such a screw is that it is complex to manufacture or rework.
- the driving profile reaching through the head into the threaded shaft causes an additional weakening, which leads to a greatly reduced screw strength.
- the post is detachably arranged in the floor anchor, the post being rotatably arranged by means of a lock located on the underside of this on a counter lock assigned to the upper side of the floor anchor.
- the posts and ground anchors can be metal, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or the like, or plastic or composite, or a combination thereof.
- a lock can be provided at the top and a bolt that is in operative connection therewith by a tension element, which in the closed position penetrates the lock and engages in a bolt receiving recess in the ground anchorage.
- the lock is releasably connected to the counter lock by a plug-and-turn connection, such as a bayonet lock or a Storz coupling.
- the closure of the post also has a centrally arranged guide pin with a central shaft on the underside, and the floor anchorage also has a central recess on the upper side with a central bore complementary to the central shaft.
- the guide mandrel has at least one outwardly to the side of the shaft protruding elevation and the central recess has at least one radial recess which is complementary to the elevation and which extends outwardly to the side of the central bore.
- the guide pin is made longer than the closure elements and this protrudes in the insertion direction.
- the design of smooth transitions between the central shaft of the guide mandrel and the elevations provided on it, as well as between the central bore of the counter-lock and the radial recesses adjoining this, is also advantageous, since the alignment then takes place almost automatically with little effort .
- the guide mandrel preferably has a tip which is implemented by conically converging the circumference of the shaft. There is no elevation in the area of the tip. An area with the at least one elevation adjoins the top. Alternatively, there can be two, three, four or more elevations. The number of elevations on the guide pin preferably corresponds to the number of radial recesses in the counter lock. However, an unequal number is also conceivable.
- the area with the at least one elevation is followed by a shaft area which has no elevations. This area enables the guide pin, and thus the entire closure, to be rotatable after being inserted into the counter-closure.
- the counter-lock has an upper-side area with the recesses complementary to the guide pin, and an underlying area which is designed in such a way that it does not prevent the guide pin with its elevations from rotating about its longitudinal axis.
- the at least one radial recess is designed in such a way that, when the guide pin is inserted into the central recess, it acts as a Guide for the at least one elevation is used and serves as a bolt receiving recess after the plug-in-turn connection has been established. That is, after the rotation into the closed position, the bolt engages in one of the at least one radial recesses.
- the longitudinal center axis of the bolt lies on a circle around the longitudinal center axis of the guide mandrel which lies within the area of the radial recesses. This embodiment has the advantage that no additional recesses have to be provided for receiving the bolt in the counter lock.
- the bolt can be arranged in such a way that its longitudinal center axis lies on a circle around the longitudinal center axis of the guide mandrel, which lies within the area of peripheral recesses which are provided for receiving closure elements.
- the bolt In the locked state of the post, the bolt is preferably located in an insertion area of the peripheral recesses, since this is only occupied by the locking elements during the insertion of the locking elements of the post into the counter-lock and is unoccupied in the locked state.
- the arrangement of the bolt in a peripheral area has the advantage that larger torques can be absorbed, which act on the post about its longitudinal center axis or that of the guide pin.
- a displaceable locking core is preferably arranged in the floor anchorage, which, when not connected to the post, closes the recesses on the upper side of the floor anchorage and which can be pressed down by the guide pin and / or other elements of the plug-and-turn connection. Closing the recesses on the top prevents the floor anchoring from becoming clogged. For example, leaves, snow or ice are prevented from clogging the recesses and thus making it more difficult to insert the post.
- the locking core can be made of metal or plastic.
- a metal locking core is particularly wear-resistant, which means that a long service life can be achieved.
- a metal locking core is made of stainless steel or aluminum.
- a closure core made of plastic has the advantage that the plastic has a different coefficient of thermal expansion than the housing of the mating closure that surrounds it. This prevents or reduces the risk of icing at temperatures around or below freezing point.
- a closure core is based on a polycarbonate mixture.
- the closure core is advantageously pressed upwards into the recesses located on the top by a spring element. For example, by a spiral or leaf spring or other spring elements known from the prior art.
- the closure can have a centrally arranged guide pin and preferably at least one elevation protruding laterally outward from the shaft.
- the closure preferably has at least one claw as an element of the plug-and-turn connection.
- Other known locking elements such as for bayonet locks or Storz couplings, such as a combination of slot and bolt, can also be used.
- the guide mandrel has a cable receptacle in its interior in the form of a bore, which extends from the side of the closure opposite the guide mandrel along the longitudinal axis of the guide mandrel into the latter, with receptacles on the guide mandrel for elements for attaching a restraint rope in the rope holder are provided.
- the restraint rope has the advantage that if the lock is separated from the rest of the post, the lock still remains connected to the rest of the post, so that if the lock is still locked in the mating lock, the rest of the post does not move freely from the mating lock or . can remove the floor anchor.
- a locking pin is preferably provided in the closure, which locks with the counter-closure when the closure from the rest of the post, ie from the bottom of the The post is separated.
- the floor anchorage according to the invention can also be made with posts, rods, stands or the like known from the prior art, in particular Use barrier posts, such a ground anchorage having a counter-lock located on the top of this having a centrally arranged recess with a central bore, the central recess having at least one radial recess which extends outwardly to the side of the central bore.
- Use barrier posts such a ground anchorage having a counter-lock located on the top of this having a centrally arranged recess with a central bore, the central recess having at least one radial recess which extends outwardly to the side of the central bore.
- the floor anchorage preferably also has at least one peripheral recess on the upper side as an element of the plug-and-turn connection, which has an insertion area and a closure area, the insertion area being wider than the closure area in the radial direction.
- a displaceable locking core is arranged in the stand-alone floor anchorage, through which the recesses located on the top of the floor anchorage can be closed upwards and which is held in a position closing the recesses by a spring element.
- a post system can have at least one fastening element, a first receptacle on the closure and a second receptacle on the bottom for fastening the closure to the bottom of the post, each fastening element being received on one side in the first receptacle and on its other side in the second recording is recorded.
- the fastening element has a longitudinal axis and the closure and the base are braced against one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis.
- the second receptacle is preferably movable essentially in the direction of the longitudinal axis in a predetermined range. This leads to a limited resilience of the second receptacle, which has the advantage that the forces acting on the fastening element or elements are dampened and thus damage to the fastening elements can be reduced.
- the base preferably has a passage for each fastening element and the second receptacle has at least one guide element which is arranged around each passage, with at least one fixation and at least one spring element for the corresponding fastening element in each guide element are led.
- Cages or sleeves are suitable as guide elements, nuts, split pins or bolts, for example, as fixings, and tension, compression or disc springs, for example, as spring elements.
- the at least one spring element is preferably arranged between the floor and the at least one fixation. With such an arrangement, the fixation is pushed away from the floor by the spring element and there is an increase in the force acting on the fixation when the fixation is shifted in the direction of the floor.
- the above-mentioned fastening element is designed as a predetermined breaking screw for fastening the closure to a bottom of the post, which has a threaded shaft with an external thread and a head with a driving profile, the predetermined breaking screw having a predetermined breaking point area on the threaded shaft, with the Head opposite side of the predetermined breaking point area, adjoining this at least one recess is formed.
- the predetermined breaking screw is intended to prevent the closure from being damaged if a permissible force is exceeded.
- the predetermined breaking point area ensures that the predetermined breaking screw breaks before the closure is damaged. After the head of the screw has been separated from the threaded shaft, it is important that the threaded shaft can still be removed.
- the at least one recess is provided on the threaded shaft.
- the predetermined breaking point area is preferably formed adjacent to the head. This arrangement ensures that, after the head has been separated, the recess is accessible from the direction in which the head was previously located. A tool can be used to reach into this recess in order to remove the threaded shaft.
- two, three, four, five, six or more recesses can be provided.
- six recesses can be designed in such a way that a conventional hexagon can be used to unscrew the threaded shaft.
- a plurality of recesses can be provided, which are designed as Torx, for example.
- the at least one recess is of this type designed that it penetrates the threaded shaft transversely to its longitudinal center axis. If the head is then separated, a slot is created which extends transversely through the threaded shaft.
- a conventional slotted screwdriver can then be used as a tool.
- the Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a post system according to the invention before the introduction of a barrier post 1 into a ground anchorage 2.
- the barrier post 1 has a tube 10, a bottom 11 closing the tube 10 in the lower area, a lock 12 arranged on the bottom 11, and a tube 10 in the upper area closing lid 13.
- An intermediate piece 14 can optionally be arranged between the cover 13 and the upper end of the post 1.
- the intermediate piece 14 is an annular component and at its one end connects essentially seamlessly to the tube 10 of the post 1 and has a receptacle for the cover 13 at its other end.
- Recesses 140 are provided in the intermediate piece 14. These recesses 140 can be used to accommodate a chain, for example, which has the advantage that no eyelets are required on the post.
- the construction with the recesses 14 is more economical than that with eyelets attached to the tube of the post.
- such a cover 13 can also be used without chains, without eyelets protruding from and protruding from the post side in a disruptive manner.
- a lock 8 is arranged in an upper area, which can be operated from the outside and into which a key 80 can be inserted for actuation.
- the lock 80 is operatively connected to a locking bolt 7 via a locking rod 70.
- the second receptacles 30 for receiving the fastening elements 4 of the closure 12 are shown.
- the Figure 2 shows a partial sectional view of the post system through a locking bolt 7 and a fastening element in the form of a predetermined breaking screw 4 with the barrier post 1 inserted.
- claws 122 of the closure 12 form a form-fitting connection with a correspondingly complementary geometry on the mating closure 20.
- the insertion area 2010 of the peripheral recesses 201 is released in the closed state, ie there is no claw 122 in the area.
- the guide pin 121 is guided in the ground anchorage 2 through a central bore 2020 in a central recess 202.
- the locking bolt 7 is guided in a locking bolt passage 110 in the base 11 and in a collinear passage 127 in the lock 12 and engages in a radial recess 2021 of the central recess 202 in the counter lock 20
- Lock 8 can be actuated, whereby the locking bolt 7 is pulled out of the radial recess 2021 by means of the locking rod 70.
- the locking bolt 7 can be arranged in such a way that it can engage in one of the peripheral recesses 201. If the locking bolt 7 is arranged in the radius further away from the center, the larger torques can be absorbed with the same bolt, or a smaller bolt can be used to absorb the same torque.
- the barrier post 1 In its lower region, the barrier post 1 has a base 11 which is let into the pipe 10 and is firmly connected to it.
- the closure 12 is arranged below the base 11 and adjoining it in alignment.
- the closure 12 is firmly mounted on the base 11 by means of a fastening 3, the fastening 3 having a first receptacle 123 on the closure 12, a second receptacle 30 on the base 11 and a predetermined breaking screw 4. Details of the closure 12 are in FIGS Figures 3 and 4 shown, details of the second receptacle 30 in FIG Figure 7 and details of the break screw in the Figure 8 .
- the head 42 of the predetermined breaking screw 4 is in the first The receptacle 123 is arranged on the closure 12.
- the first receptacle 123 shown here is a countersunk hole which has the countersink on the side of the closure 12 on which the guide pin 121 is arranged. It can thus be avoided that the screw 4 protrudes from an underside of the closure 12.
- a passage 111 is provided in the base 11, which has a diameter that is essentially the same as the countersunk bore 123 in the closure 12. The diameter is dimensioned such that there is sufficient lateral play for the tube 10 with the base 11 with respect to the closure 12 can be inclined by up to 15 degrees, preferably up to 10 degrees, preferably up to 8 degrees, without the screw jamming.
- the second receptacle 30 is arranged on the floor 11.
- the second receptacle 30 has guide elements 31 in the form of threaded bolts.
- Three such threaded bolts 31 are each arranged around a through hole 111 of a predetermined breaking screw 4.
- a stack of disc springs 35 is arranged between the three threaded bolts 31 and is guided laterally through the threaded bolts 31.
- a screw nut 34 which serves as a fixation 34 for the predetermined breaking screw 4, is arranged on the cup spring stack 35.
- a stop plate 32 is provided above the screw nut 34, which supports the nut 34 upwards and at the same time serves as an anti-twist device for the nut 34.
- the stop plate 32 is secured by nuts 33 which are screwed tight to the free ends of the threaded bolts 31.
- a predetermined breaking screw 4 can be inserted through the first receptacle 123 in the closure 12, pushed through the passage 111 in the base 11 until it reaches the nut 34, where it can be screwed in. The more the screw 4 is tightened, the more the plate springs 35 are compressed and the greater the clamping force. The screw 4 is not fully tightened, so that a lifting of the base 11 of up to 15 millimeters, preferably up to 10 millimeters, preferably up to 8 millimeters with respect to the closure 12 is possible. If the distance between the base 11 and the lock 12 increases, the clamping force increases until all the cup springs are completely compressed.
- the three second recordings 30 are arranged regularly, ie at an angle of 120 degrees to one another with respect to the central axis of the base 11 around this.
- FIG. 13 shows a perspective bottom view of a closure 12 and FIG Figure 4 a corresponding top view.
- the closure 12 essentially has a circular disk 120 which is essentially flat on its upper side and which has a guide pin 121 formed on its underside in the extension of the disk center axis, which extends downward away from the disk 120.
- the guide mandrel 121 essentially has the shape of an arrowhead with a bolt-shaped shaft 1210, which has a conically converging tip 1211 at its free end, ie on the opposite side of the disk 120. Adjacent to the tip 1211, three wing-shaped elevations 1212 are arranged rotationally symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the guide mandrel 121 or the disk 120.
- the elevations 1212 are in the form of wings, the radial extension of which increases continuously from the tip towards the disk 120 until it reaches a value which corresponds approximately to the radius of the shaft 1210.
- the diameter of the shaft 1210 measures 5 to 20 millimeters, preferably 8 to 15 millimeters. That is to say, the elevations 1212 extend in cross section from the center of the shaft 5 to 35 millimeters, preferably 10 to 25 millimeters, radially outward.
- the angle between the longitudinal center axis of the shaft 1210 and the outer contour of the elevations 1212 is between 8 and 20 degrees, preferably 10 to 15 degrees. The expansion then decreases again, so that between the area with the elevations 1212 and the disk 120 there is an area that has no elevations.
- the decrease in expansion toward disk 120 is greater than the increase toward the tip side.
- the angle between the outer contour of the surname and the outer contour of the decrease is 90 to 150 degrees, preferably 110 to 130 degrees.
- the width of the individual elevations in cross section measure 3 to 10 millimeters, preferably 5 to 8 millimeters.

- the radial dimension in the area of the elevations 1220 is essentially twice as large as that of the ring segments, i.e. 5 to 30 millimeters, preferably 10 to 20 millimeters.
- a free end of the claw converges towards the free end in the circumferential direction.
- the free end has chamfers 1223 on both sides in the circumferential direction.
- the claw In an area adjoining the disk 120, the claw has a recess 1221 on the side directed outward in the radius, so that the claw is made thinner in the radius direction in this area.
- a surface of the recess 1221 directed towards the disk 120 is configured parallel to the disk 120 and a closure surface 1222 of the recess 1221 opposite this surface is configured helically.
- the helical shape causes the locking surface 1222 of the post to be braced against a corresponding locking surface 2013 of the counter-lock 20 when the post is tightened, i.e. when the post is rotated.
- the closure surface 1222 can also be formed parallel to the pane 120. As long as at least one of the closure surfaces 1222, 2013 is helical, tensioning takes place when the post is tightened.
- Three countersunk bores 123 distributed rotationally symmetrically are formed in the disk 120, the countersinks being formed on the underside, ie on the side of the guide mandrel 121. Furthermore, a through-hole 127 and a locking pin receptacle 125 are arranged in the disk 120, the longitudinal center axes of which are located on a common circle around the disk center.
- the through-hole 127 has a diameter which is matched to the diameter of the locking bolt 7 that it is easily in the Through hole 127 can be performed.
- the locking pin receptacle 125 has a larger diameter, seen from the top of the disk, than on the opposite side.
- FIG Figure 9 The resulting paragraph forms a lower stop for a locking pin 90 as it is in FIG Figure 9 is shown, which can be inserted into the locking pin receptacle 125.
- the diameter of the bolt 90 and the receptacle 125 are matched to one another in such a way that, in the exception 125, the bolt 90 falls downwards under the action of gravity. Ie the bolt is loose in the mount.
- the floor anchor 2 as shown in the Figure 2 is shown in a sectional view, has a counter-closure 20, which forms a complementary counterpart to the closure 12. Individual times of the counter lock 20 are in the Figures 5 and 6 shown.
- the counter-lock 20 is placed on a tubular ground sleeve 21, partially embedded in it and firmly connected to it.
- the Figures 5 and 6 show a perspective top view or a perspective partial section bottom view of a counter-lock 20 of the post system.
- the counter-lock 20 is essentially hat-shaped and has a support plate 203 on the top and a circumferential side wall 2014 adjoining this, which extends downward from the circumference of the support plate 203.
- the support plate 203 is essentially a circular disk and the side wall is a tubular sleeve.
- central recess 202 which extends along the longitudinal center axis of the counter lock 20 through the support plate 203 and forms a passage from the inside of the counter lock to the outside.
- the central recess 202 has a central bore 2020, the diameter of which is matched to that of the shaft 1210 of the guide mandrel 121 in such a way that that the guide pin 121 can be guided in the central recess 202 so that it can be easily displaced.
- From the central bore 2020 three radial recesses 2021 extend radially outward.
- the radial recesses 2021 are rotationally symmetrical and evenly distributed around the central bore 2020.
- the dimensions of the radial recesses 2021 are coordinated with the elevations 1212 of the guide mandrel 121 in such a way that the elevations 1212 can easily be guided in the radial recesses 2021.
- peripheral recesses 201 are arranged around the central recess 202 at a distance from it.
- the peripheral recesses 201 are arranged rotationally symmetrically and uniformly around the central recess 202, ie at an angle of 120 degrees to one another.
- each peripheral recess 201 In a cross-section parallel to the support plate 203, each peripheral recess 201 essentially has the shape of a ring segment, with each peripheral recess 201 being divided into an insertion area 2010 and a closure area 2011.
- Each peripheral recess 201 extends on the circumference over an angular area, which is in half the introduction area 2010 and the closure area 2011 is divided.
- the cross section of the insertion area 2010 is coordinated with the cross section of the elevation 1220 of the claw 122 of the closure 12 in such a way that it can be easily introduced into the insertion area 2010.

- the pipe 23 is arranged concentrically around the longitudinal center axis of the counter-closure 20 and thus also around the central recess 202 of the counter-closure 20.
- the pipe diameter is dimensioned such that the pipe 23 completely encloses the central recess 202.
- the tube 23 extends from the inside of the support plate 203 to beyond the counter lock 20 and essentially the same distance as a lower edge of the ground sleeve 21 of the ground anchor 2.
- the tube 23 serves on the one hand as a dirt deflector and on the other hand as a guide for the lock core 5.

- Drainage openings 52 are provided in the bottom 50 of the closure core 5, through which water can drain which has passed through the counter-closure 20 into the closure core 5.
- An annular plate 24 is arranged at the lower free end of the tube 23 and is at least partially fixed to it.
- a stop for example in the form of a split pin or a bolt, prevents the ring plate 24 from being able to be moved away from the counter lock 20 beyond the free end. The opposite direction can also be blocked, but does not have to be.
- the ring plate 24 serves a compression spring 6 as a lower stop.
- the outside diameter of the ring plate 24 is larger than the outside diameter of the compression spring.

- the diameter of the locking pin receptacle 112 in the base 11 is dimensioned such that the locking pin 90 is held in a clamping manner by the clamping element in the locking pin receptacle 112 and cannot fall down due to gravity. Only when the base 11 is separated from the lock 12 can the locking bolt 90 fall down into a recess provided for this purpose in the counter lock 20.
- the bolt 90 falls into one of the radial recesses 2021 of the central recess 202. Alternatively, the bolt can fall into a separate recess or into one of the peripheral recesses 201. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a post system and a floor anchorage which avoids the above-mentioned disadvantages.
Such a problem is achieved by a post system with the features of
In a preferred post system with a post and a floor anchor, the post is detachably arranged in the floor anchor, the post being rotatably arranged by means of a lock located on the underside of this on a counter lock assigned to the upper side of the floor anchor. The posts and ground anchors can be metal, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or the like, or plastic or composite, or a combination thereof. In the post, a lock can be provided at the top and a bolt that is in operative connection therewith by a tension element, which in the closed position penetrates the lock and engages in a bolt receiving recess in the ground anchorage. The lock is releasably connected to the counter lock by a plug-and-turn connection, such as a bayonet lock or a Storz coupling. The closure of the post also has a centrally arranged guide pin with a central shaft on the underside, and the floor anchorage also has a central recess on the upper side with a central bore complementary to the central shaft.
According to the invention, the guide mandrel has at least one outwardly to the side of the shaft protruding elevation and the central recess has at least one radial recess which is complementary to the elevation and which extends outwardly to the side of the central bore. This has the advantage that the post is not only centered but also aligned when the guide pin is inserted into the ground anchorage. As a result, the post no longer has to be rotated until at some point the locking elements of the post find their way into the recesses provided in the ground anchorage.
For this purpose, it is advantageous if the guide pin is made longer than the closure elements and this protrudes in the insertion direction. The design of smooth transitions between the central shaft of the guide mandrel and the elevations provided on it, as well as between the central bore of the counter-lock and the radial recesses adjoining this, is also advantageous, since the alignment then takes place almost automatically with little effort .
The guide mandrel preferably has a tip which is implemented by conically converging the circumference of the shaft. The area with the at least one elevation is followed by a shaft area which has no elevations. This area enables the guide pin, and thus the entire closure, to be rotatable after being inserted into the counter-closure. For this purpose, it is advantageous if the counter-lock has an upper-side area with the recesses complementary to the guide pin, and an underlying area which is designed in such a way that it does not prevent the guide pin with its elevations from rotating about its longitudinal axis.
In an advantageous embodiment, the at least one radial recess is designed in such a way that, when the guide pin is inserted into the central recess, it acts as a Guide for the at least one elevation is used and serves as a bolt receiving recess after the plug-in-turn connection has been established. That is, after the rotation into the closed position, the bolt engages in one of the at least one radial recesses. For this purpose, it is advantageous if the longitudinal center axis of the bolt lies on a circle around the longitudinal center axis of the guide mandrel which lies within the area of the radial recesses. This embodiment has the advantage that no additional recesses have to be provided for receiving the bolt in the counter lock.
Alternatively and with the same idea, the bolt can be arranged in such a way that its longitudinal center axis lies on a circle around the longitudinal center axis of the guide mandrel, which lies within the area of peripheral recesses which are provided for receiving closure elements. In the locked state of the post, the bolt is preferably located in an insertion area of the peripheral recesses, since this is only occupied by the locking elements during the insertion of the locking elements of the post into the counter-lock and is unoccupied in the locked state. The arrangement of the bolt in a peripheral area has the advantage that larger torques can be absorbed, which act on the post about its longitudinal center axis or that of the guide pin.
A displaceable locking core is preferably arranged in the floor anchorage, which, when not connected to the post, closes the recesses on the upper side of the floor anchorage and which can be pressed down by the guide pin and / or other elements of the plug-and-turn connection. Closing the recesses on the top prevents the floor anchoring from becoming clogged. For example, leaves, snow or ice are prevented from clogging the recesses and thus making it more difficult to insert the post. The locking core can be made of metal or plastic. A metal locking core is particularly wear-resistant, which means that a long service life can be achieved. For example, a metal locking core is made of stainless steel or aluminum. A closure core made of plastic has the advantage that the plastic has a different coefficient of thermal expansion than the housing of the mating closure that surrounds it. This prevents or reduces the risk of icing at temperatures around or below freezing point. For example, such a closure core is based on a polycarbonate mixture. The closure core is advantageously pressed upwards into the recesses located on the top by a spring element. For example, by a spiral or leaf spring or other spring elements known from the prior art.
In a preferred embodiment, the closure can have a centrally arranged guide pin and preferably at least one elevation protruding laterally outward from the shaft. The advantages to be achieved are the same as with the post system described above.
The closure preferably has at least one claw as an element of the plug-and-turn connection. Other known locking elements, such as for bayonet locks or Storz couplings, such as a combination of slot and bolt, can also be used.
In an advantageous embodiment, the guide mandrel has a cable receptacle in its interior in the form of a bore, which extends from the side of the closure opposite the guide mandrel along the longitudinal axis of the guide mandrel into the latter, with receptacles on the guide mandrel for elements for attaching a restraint rope in the rope holder are provided. The restraint rope has the advantage that if the lock is separated from the rest of the post, the lock still remains connected to the rest of the post, so that if the lock is still locked in the mating lock, the rest of the post does not move freely from the mating lock or . can remove the floor anchor.
In order to prevent the closure from being released from the counter-closure when the rest of the post has been separated from the closure, a locking pin is preferably provided in the closure, which locks with the counter-closure when the closure from the rest of the post, ie from the bottom of the The post is separated.
Like the lock, the floor anchorage according to the invention can also be made with posts, rods, stands or the like known from the prior art, in particular Use barrier posts, such a ground anchorage having a counter-lock located on the top of this having a centrally arranged recess with a central bore, the central recess having at least one radial recess which extends outwardly to the side of the central bore. The advantages to be achieved are the same as with the post system described above.
The floor anchorage preferably also has at least one peripheral recess on the upper side as an element of the plug-and-turn connection, which has an insertion area and a closure area, the insertion area being wider than the closure area in the radial direction.
As already described above in connection with the post system, a displaceable locking core is arranged in the stand-alone floor anchorage, through which the recesses located on the top of the floor anchorage can be closed upwards and which is held in a position closing the recesses by a spring element.
A post system can have at least one fastening element, a first receptacle on the closure and a second receptacle on the bottom for fastening the closure to the bottom of the post, each fastening element being received on one side in the first receptacle and on its other side in the second recording is recorded. The fastening element has a longitudinal axis and the closure and the base are braced against one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis. The second receptacle is preferably movable essentially in the direction of the longitudinal axis in a predetermined range. This leads to a limited resilience of the second receptacle, which has the advantage that the forces acting on the fastening element or elements are dampened and thus damage to the fastening elements can be reduced.
The base preferably has a passage for each fastening element and the second receptacle has at least one guide element which is arranged around each passage, with at least one fixation and at least one spring element for the corresponding fastening element in each guide element are led. Cages or sleeves, for example, are suitable as guide elements, nuts, split pins or bolts, for example, as fixings, and tension, compression or disc springs, for example, as spring elements.
The at least one spring element is preferably arranged between the floor and the at least one fixation. With such an arrangement, the fixation is pushed away from the floor by the spring element and there is an increase in the force acting on the fixation when the fixation is shifted in the direction of the floor.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-mentioned fastening element is designed as a predetermined breaking screw for fastening the closure to a bottom of the post, which has a threaded shaft with an external thread and a head with a driving profile, the predetermined breaking screw having a predetermined breaking point area on the threaded shaft, with the Head opposite side of the predetermined breaking point area, adjoining this at least one recess is formed. The predetermined breaking screw is intended to prevent the closure from being damaged if a permissible force is exceeded. The predetermined breaking point area ensures that the predetermined breaking screw breaks before the closure is damaged. After the head of the screw has been separated from the threaded shaft, it is important that the threaded shaft can still be removed. For this purpose, the at least one recess is provided on the threaded shaft.
The predetermined breaking point area is preferably formed adjacent to the head. This arrangement ensures that, after the head has been separated, the recess is accessible from the direction in which the head was previously located. A tool can be used to reach into this recess in order to remove the threaded shaft. Instead of one recess, two, three, four, five, six or more recesses can be provided. For example, six recesses can be designed in such a way that a conventional hexagon can be used to unscrew the threaded shaft. Alternatively, a plurality of recesses can be provided, which are designed as Torx, for example.
In an alternative embodiment, the at least one recess is of this type designed that it penetrates the threaded shaft transversely to its longitudinal center axis. If the head is then separated, a slot is created which extends transversely through the threaded shaft. A conventional slotted screwdriver can then be used as a tool.
Further embodiments are given in the dependent claims.

An

In the closed state, the
In the interior of the

Arranged from the top of the
In a peripheral region of the

In the middle of the
In the

A substantially hat-shaped
An

Alternatively, other cross-sections can be implemented, such as those with three, five, six or more edges. As a further alternative, an oval cross section can also be implemented.
As a further alternative, instead of the
