Definitions
- the invention relates to a fastening element for fastening insulating material to a substrate, in particular on a building roof or on a building wall, with a holding element, which has a retaining plate and extending from the holding plate tubular holding portion.
- the holding element has a receiving bore extending through the holding plate and the holding section.
- a sectionally arranged in the receiving bore screw has a screw head with a drive training and a shaft which is at least partially provided with a thread.
- a fastener which comprises a retaining plate and a tubular holding portion.
- the retaining plate and the retaining element have a receiving bore in which a screw is arranged.
- a nut is arranged in the holding portion, which cooperates with a thread of the screw to drive a drill bit of the screw in a substructure.
- a fastener for fixing insulation material to a substrate in particular on a building roof or on a building wall, to be improved to the effect that a simplified attachment of the insulating material is possible.
- locking means may be provided which engage on the one hand on the retaining element and on the other hand on the shaft of the screw to allow movement of the retaining plate relative to the screw towards the screw head opposite screw end and to a movement of the retaining plate relative to the screw in the opposite direction, away from the end of the screw to lock.
- a fixing of the insulating material as well as a retightening of the fastening element by a movement of the retaining plate in a fastening direction, as in a direction to a substructure to, is possible. Since in the course of a life cycle of an insulated roof a shrinkage of the insulating material can occur, It may be necessary to retighten the retaining elements to ensure a secure hold of the insulating material on the substructure. A loosening of the retaining plate against the fastening direction is prevented by a blocking effect of the locking means.
- the screw tip When attaching the fastener, the screw tip is first placed on the substrate or the insulating material and rotated so that the screw rotates with a drive device and a screw tip or possibly existing cutting the screw tip drilled into the substructure. If the thread of the screw screwed sufficiently deep into the substructure, the retaining element can still be moved relative to the screw on the substructure.
- the blocking means act as a kind of freewheel, which allow a movement of the retaining element in the fastening direction, ie on the substructure, but prevent movement of the retaining element against the fastening direction.
- the blocking means comprise a cage arranged in the receiving bore and at least one locking body arranged in the cage, wherein the shank of the screw extends through the cage and wherein the at least one blocking body is arranged between an inner wall of the cage and the shank.
- the cage may be an additional component which is arranged in a region of the receiving bore. It can be made for example of steel or ceramic or plastic.
- the locking elements may also be made of steel or ceramic or plastic. Preferably, three to five locking elements may be arranged in a cage, however, the use of only one locking element or up to 20 locking elements is possible.
- the term cage is to be understood generally, so does not have to consist of bars but can also be formed with duranging walls.
- the blocking body is designed as a ball, pin or polyhedron.
- pyramid or cubic polyhedra can be used as a blocking body.
- the invention is not limited to these forms aligned, any other polyhedron shape is conceivable. It is also conceivable that more than one form of barrier body is used simultaneously in a fastener.
- the cage is designed in the form of a sleeve.
- the sleeve may be additionally inserted into the receiving bore member made of steel, plastic or ceramic, in which the locking elements are arranged and the shaft and in particular one thread or several threads of the shaft surrounded in sections.
- an interior of the cage has a cylindrical center region and at least one end region to be tapered in the direction of the shank of the screw.
- the tapered end portion of the at least one locking body can be fixed in a defined portion of the cage to clamp the screw relative to the holding portion and thus to lock.
- the tapered end region is preferably arranged in a region of the cage facing the screw tip. Also advantageous is a design with two tapered end regions of the cage, one in which the screw tip facing and one in which the screw tip facing away from the cage.
- the locking means can be secured against loss in both directions and can not fall out of the cage.
- a radial gap between the shank of the screw and the end faces of the interior of the cage is smaller than a diameter of the blocking body.
- the locking body can not pass through the gap and is arranged loss-resistant in the cage.
- the interior of the cage has a cylindrical center region and at least one end region to be tapered in the direction of the shank of the screw, the end region being provided with a blocking section.
- a holding portion of the stem disposed within the cage is threaded and a diameter of the locking body is smaller than a longitudinal spacing of the stem between two successive thread flanks of the thread, less than a radial distance of the stem between a radially outer edge of the thread flanks and an inner wall of the cage in the center region and larger than a distance in the radial direction the shaft between a radial outer edge of the thread flanks and the locking portion in the end region of the cage.
- the at least one locking body can therefore not walk along an outer side of the screw thread over the thread flanks and leave the cage. Since the diameter of the locking body is smaller than a distance between two successive thread flanks, the locking body can be arranged between two thread flanks. Since a diameter of the locking body is smaller than a distance in the radial direction of the shaft between a radial outer edge of the thread flanks and an inner wall of the cage in the center region, the screw can be displaced relative to the cage when the locking body or the locking body are in the center region of the cage , Since a diameter of the locking body is greater than a distance in the radial direction of the shaft between a radial outer edge of the thread flanks and the locking portion in the end portion of the cage movement of the screw relative to the cage and on the end portion of the cage can be locked when the locking body or the locking bodies are in the locking section. In this way, therefore, a kind of freewheel between the screw and the retaining element can be achieved by means of the cage and the locking body.
- the locking means on a socket which is arranged in the receiving bore and through which extends the shank of the screw.
- An end face of the bushing facing the screw head is chamfered relative to the longitudinal direction of the shaft and a locking disk is arranged on the chamfered end face of the bush and has a central bore through which the shank of the screw extends.
- tapered sleeve and the locking disc can also be achieved a locking effect between the holding element and screw in the manner of a freewheel.
- the bush can be an integral part of the retaining element, it can also be designed as a separate component made of steel, plastic or ceramic.
- a diameter of the center bore of the locking disc is larger than an outer diameter of the thread on the shaft.
- the locking disc engages in a resting on the beveled end face of the bushing position between at least two thread flanks of the thread of the shaft and blocks movement of the sleeve relative to the shaft in the direction of the screw head.
- the bushing may be formed integrally with the retaining element.
- the locking means on a bushing which is arranged in the receiving bore and through which the shaft of the screw extends through, wherein a screw head facing end side of the bush at least partially with a helical and inward, to the shaft of the screw inclined contact surface is provided for at least one locking body.
- a comparatively large contact area between the blocking body and the contact surface on the bushing on the one hand and the thread flanks and the blocking body on the other hand is achieved.
- a blocking body substantially arbitrarily shaped locking body can be used, which slide on the helical contact surface inwards and can come into contact with the thread flanks of the thread of the screw.
- Particularly suitable are balls, pins or spring-shaped locking body.
- a pitch of the helical contact surface essentially corresponds to the pitch of the thread of the screw.
- a locking body in the form of a coil spring can rest through such a design of the contact surface over a comparatively large angular range on the one hand to the contact surface of the sleeve and on the other hand to a thread flank of the thread of the screw, so that in this way large locking forces can be achieved.
- the helical contact surface extends over an angle of 45 ° to 360 °, in particular 270 °.
- high blocking forces can be achieved, for example, by blocking bodies in the form of a plurality of balls and / or locking body in the form of a helical spring, and yet it is ensured that the locking body can also solve again, if this by a relative movement between Bush and screw done.
- the helical contact surface and a plurality of helical contact surfaces can be distributed over the end face of the socket.
- At least one barrier body designed as a ball is provided.
- the helical and inwardly inclined contact surface works very well with spherical locking bodies.
- a plurality of spherical locking bodies can rest one behind the other on the helical contact surface and roll according to gravity inwards towards the shaft of the screw.
- the locking bodies are then on the one hand on the shank of the screw in a region between two thread flanks and on the other hand on the contact surface of the socket. In this position, the blocking bodies can then develop their blocking effect.
- an inner diameter of the coil spring is greater than an outer diameter of the thread of the screw and wherein a pitch of the coil spring substantially corresponds to the pitch of the thread of the screw.
- the design of the locking body as a helical spring allows a comparatively simple handling, especially when mounting the fastener according to the invention.
- the coil spring is simply pushed over the shaft of the screw.
- the coil spring can extend over more than 360 ° and for example over two complete turns, ie 720 °.
- a wire thickness of the coil spring is selected to be smaller than a distance between two thread flanks of the thread of the bolt and larger than a radial distance between the outside diameter of the thread of the bolt and the inside diameter of the bush. When using round wire for the coil spring, the wire thickness can be approximately equal to the distance between two threads of the thread of the screw.
- the coil spring on the one hand can slip over the thread of the screw and then, when the coil spring partially applied to the contact surface of the sleeve, the coil spring is supported with its resting on the contact surface of the bushing section simultaneously on a thread flank of the thread of the screw and thereby unfolding a blocking effect.
- the receiving bore in the retaining element has a step or a constriction.
- An inner diameter of the receiving bore between the holding plate and the step or constriction is larger than a diameter of the screw head and an inner diameter of the receiving bore at the step or constriction is smaller than the diameter of the screw head and larger than the outer diameter of the shaft.
- the screw shaft can advantageously be pushed through the receiving bore, a loss of the screw in the mounting direction of the retaining element, however, not possible because the head can not pass the narrowing of the receiving bore.
- FIG. 1 shows a fastener according to the invention with a holding element 1, which has a cylindrical holding portion 3 and a cylindrical, radially over the holding portion protruding holding plate 2.
- the holding element 1, see Fig. 2 is penetrated by a receiving bore 4, which has a reduced diameter in a region facing away from the holding plate 2.
- a screw 5 is arranged, which protrudes in the, the holding plate 2 remote area with its screw tip 18 on the support member 1.
- the screw tip 18 is executed in the illustrated embodiment with a cutting edge and thus as a self-drilling screw, but it is also possible that only a screw tip 18 is present without cutting or a screw tip 18 with multiple cutting.
- the thread 7 does not extend all the way to a screw head 17 in the illustrated embodiment, but can also extend as far as the screw head 17 within the scope of the invention.
- the thread-free area under the screw head 17 should correspond to a maximum of the length of a cage 12, so that the screw 5 by means of the thread 7 relative to the cage 12 is displaceable.
- the screw tip 18 is free of thread 7.
- the thread 7 has a constant pitch and a constant edge height, but is also an embodiment with non-constant Slope and flank height possible. Opposite the tip 18 of the screw head 17 is arranged with a rotary drive training.
- blocking means 8 are arranged immediately above the area of reduced diameter.
- the locking means 8 have a cage 12 and in the cage 12 movable roller-like locking body 11.
- the cage 12 is referred to as a cage, since it forms a support for the roller-like locking body 11, as a ball bearing has a bearing cage.
- the cage 12 is not made of bars, but of a steel sleeve.
- the cage 12 is fixed in the receiving bore 4, and indeed the cage 12 is located with its underside on a shoulder in the receiving bore 4, for example by pressing or gluing, on which the diameter of the receiving bore 4 is reduced.
- the cage 12, as seen in its longitudinal direction, has an initial section 20, which extends from the in Fig. 2 extended upper end of the cage 12 in a truncated cone.
- a central region 22 of the cage 12 connects, which is cylindrical.
- the center region 22 is followed by a frusto-conically tapering end region, which in the illustrated embodiment corresponds to a blocking section 24.
- a diameter of the roller-like locking body 11 is greater than a distance between the shaft 6 of the screw 5 and an inner wall of the through hole at the upper end of the cage 12, so that the locking body 11 can not fall out of the upper end of the cage 12 out of this.
- a distance between the shaft of the screw 6 and the inner wall of the through hole at the lower end of the cage 12 is smaller than a diameter of the locking body 11, so that the locking body 11 also at the lower end of the cage 12 can not fall out of this. If the screw 5, as in Fig. 1 is not yet introduced into the cage 12, the locking body 11 can be easily arranged within the cage 12.
- the interior of the cage 12 widens to the inner diameter of the central region.
- a distance between a radial outer edge of the thread flanks of the thread 7 of the screw 5 and an inner wall of the cage 12 in the middle region is greater than a diameter of the blocking body 11.
- the blocking body 11 can thus between the inner wall of the central region 22 and the radial Outside edges of the thread flanks are moved through.
- the screw 5 can be moved in its longitudinal direction relative to the cage 12.
- a diameter of the locking body 11 is also smaller than a distance between two thread flanks seen in the longitudinal direction of the screw 5. As on the right side of the cage 12 in Fig. 2 is shown, so a locking body 11 can be arranged between two thread flanks.
- a distance in the radial direction of the screw 5 between the radial outer edges of the thread flanks and the inner wall of the cage 12 is smaller than a diameter of the locking body 11.
- the presentation of the Fig. 3 shows three different attachment stages when attaching the fastener of the invention to a substrate.
- FIG. 3 are different attachment stages of the fastener of Fig. 1 and 2 represented, wherein the left representation of the Fig. 3 this in Fig. 1 shown fastener shows the thread 7 is already partially screwed into a substrate 16.
- the fastener already extends completely through an insulating material 15 which is mounted on the substrate 16.
- the base 16 forms a roof surface on which the insulating material 15 is placed.
- the retaining plate 2 has seen in the longitudinal direction of the screw 5 but still a distance from the top of the insulating material 15.
- the state shown on the left can thus occur when first mounting the fastener, but also some time after installation, if necessary, the insulation 15 shrinks.
- the locking body 11 and the complete cage 12 above the thread of the screw 5 are arranged.
- the cage 12 could also be arranged surrounding the thread of the screw 5, on the function of the locking body 11 and the cage 12 thereby changes nothing.
- FIG. 3 shows the fastener in a state in which the respective holding element 1 is a piece to be moved to the ground 16.
- a state of the fastener is shown, in which the retaining plate 2 rests against the insulating material 15. In this state, the holding plate 2 can rest under tension on the surface of the insulating material 15.
- the diameter of the locking body 11 is smaller than a distance in the radial direction of the shank of the screw between the radial outer edges of the thread flanks and an inner wall of the cage in the central region 22. If the retaining plate 2 in the left representation of Fig. 3 so pressed down, the slips Cage 12 down along the screw shaft, wherein the cage 12 and the locking body 11 pass by the outer edges of the thread flanks and thus migrate downwards along the thread.
- this has a reduced inner diameter, so that a distance between the inner wall of the locking portion 24 and the outer edges of the thread flanks is smaller than the diameter of the locking body 11.
- the locking body 11 thus come between the inner wall of the cage 12 and the Thread to the concern, if the holding plate its position according to the right representation in Fig. 3 has taken, that rests on the insulating material 15. Since the locking bodies 11 have a larger cross-section than the distance between thread flanks of the thread 7 and the region of the reduced inner diameter of the cage 12 in the spout portion 24, the locking body 11 are keyed against the thread 7 and the cage 12 and thus block movement of the retaining element first against the fastening direction, in Fig. 3 So up. Thus, a loosening of the fastener is counteracted.
- the cage 12 and the locking body 11 thus provide for the realization of a freewheel between the retaining element 1 and the screw 5.
- the retaining element 1 can be pressed down, since then the locking body 11 pass between the inner wall of the cage 12 in the central region 22 and the radial outer edges of the thread flanks.
- the retaining element 1 but not be pulled relative to the screw 5 upwards, since then the locking body 11 between the inner wall of the cage 12 in the locking portion 24 and the thread flanks of the thread of the screw 5 wedged.
- the spacer fastener in Fig. 3 from the state according to the left-hand illustration into the state according to the right-hand illustration in FIG Fig. 3 to convict, the retaining plate 2 also rotated relative to the screw 5 and thereby screwed down.
- the turning of the holding plate 2 is carried out with a tool 20, which engages in sections in the receiving bore 4, take place, as in Fig. 7 is shown.
- the cage 12, the locking body 11 and the thread 7 of the screw 5 act similar to a ball screw.
- the cage 12 can not slide further down, since it abuts against the end of the receiving bore 4.
- the receiving bore 4 is slightly conical in order to ensure demolding during the production of the retaining element 1.
- the cage 12 is mounted at the lowest point of the receiving bore 4 and clamped there non-positively. Since the retaining element presses against the insulating material 15, the cage 12 is biased upward, so that the locking body 11 are held in engagement with the thread 7. If the holding element 1 in the direction of curved arrow in Fig. 7 Turned in the clockwise direction, so the cage 12 rotates with and the locking body 11 migrate along the thread 7 down. As a result, the retaining element 1 with the retaining plate 2 down, in the direction of the insulating material 15 to be screwed.
- the presentation of the Fig. 4 shows a fastener according to another preferred embodiment of the invention.
- the screw 5 and the retaining element 1 are identical in design as in the fastener of Fig. 1 and will therefore not be explained again.
- the locking means 8 have a cylindrical bush 13, the end face 26 is chamfered relative to the longitudinal direction of the shaft of the screw 5, and a locking disc 28 which is formed in the form of a circular disk.
- the bush 13 is intended to be received in the receiving bore 4, see Fig. 5 , On the heel of the receiving bore 4, where the inner diameter of the receiving bore 4 is reduced.
- the socket 13 can thus in the representation of Fig. 5 not be pushed further down into the mounting hole 4.
- the bush 13 is fixed in the receiving bore 4, for example pressed or glued, or formed integrally with the holding element 1.
- the locking disc 10 is threaded onto the screw 5.
- a diameter of the passage opening in the disc 10 is greater than an outer diameter of the thread of the screw 5.
- the disc 10 can thus in the state of Fig. 5 along the thread down until it rests on the oblique face of the sleeve 13. If the disc 10 then rests obliquely on the end face of the bushing 13, so gets their in Fig. 5 Left side shown alone by gravity into engagement with a region between two thread flanks of the thread 7 of the screw 5. In this state, the screw 5 can still be easily screwed through the disc 10 and the bushing 13 into the ground. It is also possible, as in Fig. 5 can be seen, the retaining element 1 along the screw 5 to push down. In the state of Fig.
- the bushing 13 and the locking disc 10 thus allow movement of the retaining element 1 and thus the retaining plate 2 in the direction of the substrate 16, since the locking disc 10 then along the thread of the screw 5 of gravity following the sleeve 13 slips.
- the holding element 1 starting from the in Fig. 6 left state in the in Fig. 6 shown state shown on the right, in which so the holding plate 2 rests on the top of the insulating material 15, possibly even under bias.
- Fig. 7 schematically shows the screwing of the retaining element 1 in the direction of the insulating material 15 to along the thread 7 of the already anchored in the ground 16 screw 15th
- the holding plate 2 can also be screwed into contact with the insulating material 15 or even pretensioned against it in this way.
- Fig. 8 shows a fastener 40 according to another embodiment of the invention in an exploded view.
- the fastening element 40 of Fig. 8 differs from the fasteners of Fig. 1 to 7 only by the formation of the blocking means 42 and the screw 44.
- the holding element is identical in design as in the fastening means of Fig. 1 to 7 ,
- the blocking means 42 have a bushing 46 and a blocking body in the form of a helical spring 48.
- the coil spring 48 is first pushed onto the shank of the screw 44.
- An inner diameter of the coil spring 48 is greater than an outer diameter of the thread of the screw 44 so that the coil spring 48 can be pushed onto the shaft of the screw 44 in a very simple manner.
- An inner diameter of the coil spring 48 is smaller than an outer diameter of the screw head of the screw 44.
- the sleeve 46 is pushed onto the shaft of the screw 44.
- An inner diameter of the sleeve 46 is larger than an outer diameter of the thread of the screw 44 and the inner diameter of the sleeve 46 is smaller than an outer diameter of the head of the screw 44.
- the sleeve 46 is in a view obliquely from above in Fig. 9 shown.
- the bushing 46 is basically cylindrical, but has its, in Fig. 9 overhead and in the assembled state the screw head of the screw 44 facing end face on a helical contact surface 50.
- the helical contact surface 50 is inclined inwards, to the central longitudinal axis of the bushing 46.
- the helical contact surface extends over an angle of 270 ° over the end face of the bush 46.
- a pitch of the helical contact surface 50 corresponds to the pitch of the thread of the screw 44th Die
- Helical contact surface 50 is intended to allow the locking body, so the coil spring 48, to slide relative to the screw 44 upwardly in the direction of the shaft of the screw 44 during a movement of the sleeve 46, to a portion of the coil spring 48 on the shank of the screw 44th in a range between the thread flanks of the thread of the screw 44 rests. In this position, the coil spring 48 can then develop a blocking effect as a blocking body. Because it is then no longer possible, the sleeve 46 continue to move along the shank of the screw 44 in the direction of the screw head, since the coil spring locks this relative movement.
- Fig. 10 shows a partially sectioned view of the fastener 40 in the assembled state.
- the fastener 40 has been attached to a substrate 16 by the screw 44 has been screwed a short distance into a hole in the substrate 16.
- the screw 44 is formed for example as a concrete screw and can be screwed directly into the ground 16 without interposing a dowel.

- In the state of Fig. 12 are more balls on the contact surface 50 of the sleeve 46 and are characterized by the inclination of the contact surface 50 inwardly by inward, to slide or roll in the direction of the shank of the screw 44. This movement is stopped as soon as the balls abut the shaft of the screw 44 in the region between two thread flanks. A movement of the sleeve 46 upwards is then blocked by the balls 62.
- the coil spring 48 is provided as a blocking body.
- the contact surface 50 of the bushing 46 may be so long that some balls 62 and additionally a portion of the coil spring 48 may rest on the contact surface 50. A blocking effect is then effected both by the balls 62 and by the coil spring 48.
- Fig. 13 shows the fastener 60 of Fig. 12 when the holding element 1 and especially the holding plate 2 in the direction of the substrate 16 is pressed.
- the insulating material 15 is thereby compressed a bit and the sleeve 46 slips, as already on the basis of 10 and 11 has been explained, together with the holding element 1 down.
- the balls 62 and the coil spring 48 initially remain, so that a distance between the contact surface 50 of the sleeve 46 and the balls 62 and the coil spring 48 is formed. Both the balls 62 and the coil spring 48 but then slip, following the gravity, until they have taken the position to the socket 46, the in Fig. 12 is shown.
- balls 62 and the coil spring 48 as a locking body, a particularly secure blocking effect is to be expected. This is also because the balls 62 upon depression of the retaining element 1 according to Fig. 13 can roll or slip more quickly in the direction of the sleeve 46 than the coil spring 48th

With the invention, a fastener for fixing insulation material to a substrate, in particular on a building roof or on a building wall, to be improved to the effect that a simplified attachment of the insulating material is possible.
According to the invention a fastener with the features of
In the receiving bore locking means may be provided which engage on the one hand on the retaining element and on the other hand on the shaft of the screw to allow movement of the retaining plate relative to the screw towards the screw head opposite screw end and to a movement of the retaining plate relative to the screw in the opposite direction, away from the end of the screw to lock.
Advantageously, a fixing of the insulating material as well as a retightening of the fastening element by a movement of the retaining plate in a fastening direction, as in a direction to a substructure to, is possible.
When attaching the fastener, the screw tip is first placed on the substrate or the insulating material and rotated so that the screw rotates with a drive device and a screw tip or possibly existing cutting the screw tip drilled into the substructure. If the thread of the screw screwed sufficiently deep into the substructure, the retaining element can still be moved relative to the screw on the substructure. In this case, the blocking means act as a kind of freewheel, which allow a movement of the retaining element in the fastening direction, ie on the substructure, but prevent movement of the retaining element against the fastening direction. Thus, a fastener attached to a substructure and subsequently tightened against the insulation, an automatic release of the fastener is effectively prevented, however, without further securing means such as screw glue and spring or toothed disks must be used.
In a further development of the invention, the blocking means comprise a cage arranged in the receiving bore and at least one locking body arranged in the cage, wherein the shank of the screw extends through the cage and wherein the at least one blocking body is arranged between an inner wall of the cage and the shank.
Advantageously, a wedging of the at least one locking body between the shaft and a region of the cage can thus take place, whereby a movement of the retaining element against the fastening direction is prevented. The cage may be an additional component which is arranged in a region of the receiving bore. It can be made for example of steel or ceramic or plastic. The locking elements may also be made of steel or ceramic or plastic. Preferably, three to five locking elements may be arranged in a cage, however, the use of only one locking element or up to 20 locking elements is possible. The term cage is to be understood generally, so does not have to consist of bars but can also be formed with duranging walls.
In a further development of the invention, the blocking body is designed as a ball, pin or polyhedron.
In addition to balls and pins, for example, pyramid or cubic polyhedra can be used as a blocking body. However, the invention is not limited to these forms aligned, any other polyhedron shape is conceivable. It is also conceivable that more than one form of barrier body is used simultaneously in a fastener.
In a further development of the invention, the cage is designed in the form of a sleeve.
The sleeve may be additionally inserted into the receiving bore member made of steel, plastic or ceramic, in which the locking elements are arranged and the shaft and in particular one thread or several threads of the shaft surrounded in sections.
In a development of the invention, an interior of the cage has a cylindrical center region and at least one end region to be tapered in the direction of the shank of the screw.
By means of the tapered end portion of the at least one locking body can be fixed in a defined portion of the cage to clamp the screw relative to the holding portion and thus to lock. The tapered end region is preferably arranged in a region of the cage facing the screw tip. Also advantageous is a design with two tapered end regions of the cage, one in which the screw tip facing and one in which the screw tip facing away from the cage. Thus, the locking means can be secured against loss in both directions and can not fall out of the cage.
In a further development of the invention, a radial gap between the shank of the screw and the end faces of the interior of the cage is smaller than a diameter of the blocking body.
Thus, the locking body can not pass through the gap and is arranged loss-resistant in the cage.
In a further development of the invention, the interior of the cage has a cylindrical center region and at least one end region to be tapered in the direction of the shank of the screw, the end region being provided with a blocking section. A holding portion of the stem disposed within the cage is threaded and a diameter of the locking body is smaller than a longitudinal spacing of the stem between two successive thread flanks of the thread, less than a radial distance of the stem between a radially outer edge of the thread flanks and an inner wall of the cage in the center region and larger than a distance in the radial direction the shaft between a radial outer edge of the thread flanks and the locking portion in the end region of the cage.
The at least one locking body can therefore not walk along an outer side of the screw thread over the thread flanks and leave the cage.
In a further development of the invention, the locking means on a socket which is arranged in the receiving bore and through which extends the shank of the screw. An end face of the bushing facing the screw head is chamfered relative to the longitudinal direction of the shaft and a locking disk is arranged on the chamfered end face of the bush and has a central bore through which the shank of the screw extends.
By means of the tapered sleeve and the locking disc can also be achieved a locking effect between the holding element and screw in the manner of a freewheel.
Advantageously, the bush can be an integral part of the retaining element, it can also be designed as a separate component made of steel, plastic or ceramic.
In a further development of the invention, a diameter of the center bore of the locking disc is larger than an outer diameter of the thread on the shaft. The locking disc engages in a resting on the beveled end face of the bushing position between at least two thread flanks of the thread of the shaft and blocks movement of the sleeve relative to the shaft in the direction of the screw head.
Advantageously, by an alignment of the disc relative to the bushing in a relative to the shank of the screw oblique position of the disc, a wedging of the disc between the bushing and the receiving bore of the holding element take place, so that movement of the holding element against the mounting direction of the holding element is prevented.
The bushing may be formed integrally with the retaining element.
In a further development of the invention, the locking means on a bushing which is arranged in the receiving bore and through which the shaft of the screw extends through, wherein a screw head facing end side of the bush at least partially with a helical and inward, to the shaft of the screw inclined contact surface is provided for at least one locking body.
By providing a bushing with a helical contact surface inclined inwards and towards the shank of the screw, a comparatively large contact area between the blocking body and the contact surface on the bushing on the one hand and the thread flanks and the blocking body on the other hand is achieved. As a result, either very large blocking forces can be transmitted or the blocking body can only have a small area. As a blocking body substantially arbitrarily shaped locking body can be used, which slide on the helical contact surface inwards and can come into contact with the thread flanks of the thread of the screw. Particularly suitable are balls, pins or spring-shaped locking body.
In a development of the invention, a pitch of the helical contact surface essentially corresponds to the pitch of the thread of the screw.
In this way, either more locking body, such as balls, one behind the other lie on the contact surface of the socket and at the same time be in contact with a thread flank of the screw. As a result, high locking forces can be achieved. Also, a locking body in the form of a coil spring can rest through such a design of the contact surface over a comparatively large angular range on the one hand to the contact surface of the sleeve and on the other hand to a thread flank of the thread of the screw, so that in this way large locking forces can be achieved.
In a further development of the invention, the helical contact surface extends over an angle of 45 ° to 360 °, in particular 270 °.
Especially at an angle of 270 °, high blocking forces can be achieved, for example, by blocking bodies in the form of a plurality of balls and / or locking body in the form of a helical spring, and yet it is ensured that the locking body can also solve again, if this by a relative movement between Bush and screw done. For small angular ranges of the helical contact surface and a plurality of helical contact surfaces can be distributed over the end face of the socket.
In a further development of the invention, at least one barrier body designed as a ball is provided.
The helical and inwardly inclined contact surface works very well with spherical locking bodies. A plurality of spherical locking bodies can rest one behind the other on the helical contact surface and roll according to gravity inwards towards the shaft of the screw. The locking bodies are then on the one hand on the shank of the screw in a region between two thread flanks and on the other hand on the contact surface of the socket. In this position, the blocking bodies can then develop their blocking effect.
In a further development of the invention designed as a helical spring locking body is provided, wherein an inner diameter of the coil spring is greater than an outer diameter of the thread of the screw and wherein a pitch of the coil spring substantially corresponds to the pitch of the thread of the screw.
The design of the locking body as a helical spring allows a comparatively simple handling, especially when mounting the fastener according to the invention. Just like the bush, the coil spring is simply pushed over the shaft of the screw. The coil spring can extend over more than 360 ° and for example over two complete turns, ie 720 °. A wire thickness of the coil spring is selected to be smaller than a distance between two thread flanks of the thread of the bolt and larger than a radial distance between the outside diameter of the thread of the bolt and the inside diameter of the bush. When using round wire for the coil spring, the wire thickness can be approximately equal to the distance between two threads of the thread of the screw. It is essential that the coil spring on the one hand can slip over the thread of the screw and then, when the coil spring partially applied to the contact surface of the sleeve, the coil spring is supported with its resting on the contact surface of the bushing section simultaneously on a thread flank of the thread of the screw and thereby unfolding a blocking effect.
In a development of the invention, the receiving bore in the retaining element has a step or a constriction. An inner diameter of the receiving bore between the holding plate and the step or constriction is larger than a diameter of the screw head and an inner diameter of the receiving bore at the step or constriction is smaller than the diameter of the screw head and larger than the outer diameter of the shaft.
Thus, the screw shaft can advantageously be pushed through the receiving bore, a loss of the screw in the mounting direction of the retaining element, however, not possible because the head can not pass the narrowing of the receiving bore.

The

In the

The blocking means 42 have a

In contrast to the
