Abstract

The invention concerns a light fixture which has a linear lighting field, is suitable for forming lighting trunking and is reduced to the parts essential for its operation, the light fixture housing consisting directly of an integral reflector arrangement (1) which is designed mirror-symmetrically relative to a vertical light fixture centre plane containing the light fixture longitudinal axis. The reflector arrangement consists of a thin-walled material whose surface, at least in partial regions, is finely structured by surface deformation in reinforcing manner. The reflector arrangement further comprises, remote from its light-outlet opening (2), a pair of outwardly projecting, mutually parallel legs (14) for accommodating electrical and/or mechanical light fixture components. Connection elements for a trunk arrangement of the light fixture are formed either by end wall parts (3) of the light fixture itself or individual elements (8). To that end, the end wall parts comprise on an inner side facing the reflector arrangement (1) an insert groove (33) matching their profile. Provided on its outer side is a tongue-and-groove profile (35, 36) via which the end wall parts (3) can be inserted one into the other at the ends, in pairs and flush so that their contours match. Further structural elements (for example, 7, 7', 8 and 94) and luminous components (for example, 91 to 93) complete the light fixture structure to form a lighting system.

Description

The invention relates to a strip light capable of linear lighting according to the preamble of claim 1.

Lighting devices for large areas are becoming common realized in the form of trunking systems, in which one A large number of lights, often placed directly next to one another form a linear, seemingly closed lighting system. In large areas, such as assembly, manufacturing or Warehouses, but also sports facilities will be such light strips, also in several parallel rows, preferred arranged in the longitudinal direction of such a room.

Dokument US-A-3 070 689 ist als nächstliegender Stand der Technik zu betrachten und offenbart eine lichtbandfähige Langfeldleuchte gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.Document US-A-3 070 689 is the closest prior art to consider and reveals a strip light capable of linear lighting according to the preamble of claim 1.

From EP-B1-0 486 714, for example, trunking systems are the known type known. The load-bearing construction element Such a trunking system is a mounting rail of one Length that can accommodate multiple luminaire inserts. In the DIN rail is usually used for the electrical supply of the Through-wiring is provided for light sources. frequently the luminaire inserts have a basic body with an im essential flat support plate, which when mounting the Light strip attached to the mounting rail and attached to it Twist locks is set. The support plate serves as Holder for all electrical, including mechanical elements a lamp. All these elements are preferably except for lamp holders on the top of the support plate pre-assembled and arranged so that when the luminaire insert is installed Immerse in the cross section of the mounting rail. at Many known trunking systems are on this support plate of a luminaire insert individually then a luminaire reflector, a luminaire housing with grid or a luminaire cover to be detachably attached. The same is often used for fastening Twist locks used with which the support plate itself to be fixed on the mounting rail.

This well-known structure of trunking systems enables its modularity an extraordinary flexibility in the lamp arrangement and selection, so that with such Continuous lighting systems have different lighting tasks Way to solve. In addition, such Continuous row systems because of their modular structure also per se changing requirements for room lighting, e.g. B. at a other use of space can be easily adapted. On Disadvantage of this basic structure of known trunking systems with a variety of individual components the relatively high due to the desired modularity Effort, which is reflected in the tool, manufacturing and storage costs reflected.

As is evident from DE-C1-43 42 657, this disadvantage became already recognized. This is a lamp unit for Continuous line systems are known, the special feature of which is that there a lamp, in particular in the form of one or more fluorescent lamps arranged in a luminaire unit, no longer on the support plate of the luminaire insert but instead via lamp holders directly on the mounting rail of the Trunking system is set. Thus, this is known Luminaire unit for a trunking system on an in the opening of the mounting rail does not use the mounting plate, so this saved. The reflector unit serves instead of the luminaire insert directly as a cover which is open towards the illuminated area Mounting rail. To simplify this constructive Implement a luminaire unit for a trunking system to be able to do all mechanical and electrical Components of a luminaire including sockets for the lamp or lamps directly into the free cross section the mounting rail used and fixed there. The Reflector arrangement with which the mounting rail on its in the Space-facing surface is covered, must then be trained be that the sockets attached to the mounting rail can be pushed through the reflector arrangement or that Appropriate free cuts for the recording at their front edges the jacks are provided.

There is a certain disadvantage in this known solution accept assembly and ease of maintenance, a simpler and therefore more economical luminaire construction to achieve. From this point of view of cost effectiveness considered, but can still the known solution not fully satisfy because the elimination of only one support plate a relatively small cost reduction compared to the so in Purchased disadvantages of a smaller range of variation means.

There are also light strip-compatible lights with a trough-shaped, Can be attached via pendulum or directly to a ceiling Luminaire housing known, the front housing wall parts owns that directly to form a light band are put together. With these lights there is no mounting rail used, instead the housing of the individual Shine accordingly stable and designed so that they in addition to the lamps and the reflector arrangement surrounding them also record the electrical and mechanical components and through wiring in case of use enable in a band arrangement.

In this are end wall parts of the lamp housing as stamped sheet metal parts with angled Formed edges, by means of which they are attached to the lamp housing Screws or rivets are attached. Around the end wall parts to be able to anchor each other mutually arranged hooks and eyes. For joining end wall parts they must first crosswise to each other offset, put together so that the hooks in the appropriate eyelets can be introduced. For locking the hook is then a transverse movement of the assembled Front wall parts required. The assembly process for a Light strip is therefore relatively complex and requires an additional one Adjust to an exact alignment of the assembled To reach lights.

From EP-B-0 264 857 there is also a linear luminaire capable of continuous lighting known, at the end walls of the lamp housing End plates are provided as adapter elements, the Outside in the manner of stackable elements have available plug-in frames. Thus, linear luminaires by simply plugging together the outer sides of these End plates are placed in alignment. For the front end of a single lamp or the However, another end cap is the end of a light band required.

The present invention has for its object a continuous line lamp in the preamble of the claim 1 mentioned another embodiment create that in the limitation to purely functional features is particularly inexpensive to manufacture, however contemporary lighting technology in an appealing luminaire design offers and at the same time with simple means for the Fitter conveniently and without tools even in a belt arrangement is to be used.

In the case of a light strip-capable luminaire of the aforementioned According to the invention, this type of object is achieved by the in the license plate of claim 1 described features solved.

Compared to the relatively complex known known at the beginning Solutions for trunking systems with in mounting rails usable lighting units has the solution according to the invention the great advantage of a particularly simple constructive Construction. It is both as a single lamp and in one Continuous line can be used without additional for continuous line installation Need components. It offers the advantage of Rail systems of a ceiling arrangement of the electrical and mechanical components of a luminaire with a simple Through wiring in a continuous row arrangement. there is in its construction concept compared to conventional continuous line lights are particularly simple. A Carrier rail as in known ceiling / rail systems not required even with a belt arrangement. Also at conventional light strip capable lights without their own Carrier rail can be realized, then for stability the luminaire or the light band arrangement and for Housing of the electrical and mechanical components usually used luminaire housing is in the invention Luminaire structure not provided. This constructive Functions are created by the design of the reflector arrangement with taken over. This is designed so that in terms of production technology, they also use known tools is inexpensive to implement. So that is the reflector arrangement not just a lighting element but at the same time a construction part that replaces its own Luminaire housing occurs.

It is particularly advantageous for the reflector arrangement and not just to combine the mounting rail into one unit, but these luminaire parts directly in one piece from a thin-walled flat material by appropriate deformation manufacture. Such a solution is manufacturing technology with folding tools common in lighting technology without further ado and therefore also inexpensively without major investment realizable. The possibility of this lamp not only as a single luminaire but also in a continuous row arrangement To be able to use is by appropriate End wall parts given that can be plugged into each other on the envelope are. This enables tool-free belt assembly without to need additional fasteners. Further Refinements and advantages result from further training of the invention in the dependent claims or in exemplary embodiments are described.

  • Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows:
  • FIG. 1 shows the basic structural design of a lamp designed according to the invention in a three-dimensional representation,
  • Figure 2 to 4 each a view of a front wall part of this lamp and
  • FIG. 5 shows schematically how these end wall parts can be placed against one another with precise contours.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 1 light strip-capable lamp, a reflector arrangement 1 is mirror image symmetrical to one containing the lamp's longitudinal axis vertical center plane. exemplary it is shown that side surfaces 11 and 12 of the reflector arrangement 1 are composed of flat partial surfaces, likewise these side surfaces 11 and 12 could also be used as conical surfaces trained or composed of such surfaces his. This means that in the present case the It is up to the specialist to decide which profile design to use these side surfaces 11 and 12 for reasons of lighting technology chooses.

There is an advantageous embodiment of the reflector arrangement 1 in any case, at least in partial areas, if necessary but also completely with a small area To provide surface structure. Technically means this means that the surfaces, for example the side surfaces 11 or 12 of the reflector assembly 1 from one inside arranged lamp not only directed but also emitted light also reflect. With this reflector design is therefore also a certain equalization of the the luminous flux emitted in its spatial To achieve distribution. The structuring has mechanical the surface of the reflector arrangement 1 has the further advantage that their stiffness compared to a smooth one Surface to be increased significantly. So it carries one Structuring to a considerable extent to the cross stability the lamp, so that in this case the material thickness the reflector arrangement 1 without loss of stability can be chosen correspondingly thinner.

The reflector arrangement 1 has in the region of a top surface 13, which is opposite the light exit opening 2, a pair of protruding legs 14 which are in a predetermined Distance from each other to the vertical center plane of the lamp are arranged mirror-symmetrically. These thighs 14 are each by double folding the web-shaped, thin-walled material of the reflector assembly 1 is formed, wherein this material preferably from one of the usual reflector materials is selected for luminaires. The two Leg 14 thus form together with the top surface 13 of the Reflector arrangement 1 is essentially closed on three sides U-shaped channel, whose longitudinal axis in the center of the luminaire lies and that of the light exit opening 2 facing away from the top is open. The interior this channel is intended for the electrical and mechanical Include components of the lamp, for example an electronic ballast as an operating device for the Lamp (s) of the lamp, inserted through the top surface Lamp sockets and luminaire wiring. For reasons These details are shown in FIG. 1 for clarity not shown, since the expert has constructive solutions for z. B. also from the ceiling / rail systems discussed in the introduction are known.

End caps on the end faces of the reflector arrangement 1 are designed as end wall parts 3 so; that the Luminaire becomes light band capable. Viewed in the cross-sectional profile, the end wall parts 3 have a central region 31, of those formed by the legs 14 of the reflector assembly 1 Canal closes and down towards the Light exit opening 2 of the lamp tapers approximately triangularly and thereby a lamp socket that cannot be seen in FIG. 1 covered. The cross-sectional contour of the reflector arrangement 1, are at this central region 31 laterally outwards pointing fingers 32 attached.

In Figures 2 to 4 is a view of the outer or Inside and a top view of the end wall part 3- to Clarification of details on a slightly larger scale - shown. Following the edge of the outer contour is on the inside of the end wall part 3 shown in FIG. 3 a narrow slot 33 for receiving the end profile of the Reflector arrangement 1 is provided. Because of the roughly to scale Representation of the end wall part 3, this groove 33 in Figure 3 can only be seen as a slightly thicker line. When assembling the lamp, the front edge of the Reflector assembly 1 inserted into this slot 33 and locked there. The skilled person has a number of locking means of options available, for example in the form of face-parallel slots in the reflector assembly 1, which corresponding latches in the end wall part 3 correspond, so that there is no need for further explanation and to a Detail representation in the drawing is omitted. Farther the inside of the end wall part 3 has a circular section Recess 34 in its upper edge area, their importance as a holder for a luminaire holder will be explained.

In Figure 2 and in particular Figure 4 can also be seen that on the outside of the central region 31 of the end wall part 3, the light center plane running in parallel Tongue and groove profile consisting of a plurality of mutually successive grooves 35 or springs 36 are provided is. This profile has a defined pitch, i. H. the grooves 35 or tongues 36 have the same width, above also the same depth. In the overall impression of Representations in Figures 1 and 2 appear this tongue and groove profile 35, 36 completely evenly, so that the outside of the end wall part 3 acts in a closed manner. With more precise Consideration, in particular of FIG. 4, becomes a asymmetrical offset to the luminaire center plane clearly, because the tongue and groove profile on the left edge of the central region 31 has a spring 36, while on the right edge with a Edge groove 35 completes.

In this illustration, two of the identically trained are End wall parts 3 juxtaposed, from this it is clear that the tongue and groove profiles 35, 36 two together end wall parts 3 to be inserted, one inside the other Allow the end wall parts 3 to be joined together with the same contour, without the need for alignment.

The recess 34 shown in Figure 3 in the form of a blind hole cut into a circular segment is in this Embodiment determined, the one on the luminous side End piece of a luminaire holder 4 take. This is as one in this embodiment circular disc formed from the inside in the end wall part 3 can be used. In Figures 1 and 2 the lamp suspension as a wire-shaped pendulum 5 is exemplary shown, but instead could also be a Pipe pendulum can be used. The disc-shaped design the lamp holder 4 allows, the relative position of the End wall part 3 approximately in an angular range α - see FIG. 2 - to adjust. In the operating position, therefore, for the lamp within this range a swiveled out of the vertical position Position can be selected, provided this is the case required room lighting. In Figure 2 is further schematically indicated that the relative position of the Luminaire holder 4 to the end wall part 3 by means of a grub screw 6 is non-positively fixed. This is also only an example to understand, because it would also be easily conceivable the connection of lamp holder 4 and end wall part 3 form-fitting, for example by means of a toothing. Furthermore, instead of or in addition to those described Luminaire holders also used luminaire suspensions be the z. B. at predetermined intervals Legs 14 of the reflector assembly 1 in intended Recesses are snapped.

Figure 1 and 2 finally show that in the end wall part 3 protruding edge surface of the lamp holder 4 Notches 41 are provided. These are used in a light band arrangement the luminaire as receptacles for through-wiring from lamp to lamp, which can be fixed at the same time is.
