Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden und Säumen eines Tuches (P), insbesondere zum Herstellen von Steppdecken, Deckbetten und dergleichen ausgehend von mindestens einer Bahnkomponente (T1, T2, T3), die in einer Rolle aufgewickelt ist, mit einem Rahmenwerk (1), Mitteln (33, 34) zum Bewegen des Tuches (P) in einer Vorschubrichtung, zwei Führungen (19, 20) zum Stützen der Seitenränder des Tuches, die in der Vorschubrichtung (X) liegen, entlang einer horizontalen Anordnungsebene, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Greifermittel (31, 32), die vor den Führungen (19, 20) angeordnet sind und betätigt werden, so dass sie das Tuch quer festhalten; einen Schlitten (12), der sich auf dem Rahmenwerk in der Vorschubrichtung (X) verschieben kann; mindestens eine Nähmaschine (18), die sich auf dem Schlitten in eine Richtung (Y) verschieben kann, die quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (X) liegt; Mittel zum Betätigen des Schlittens und der Nähmaschine, um das Tuch abzusteppen; zwei Nähmaschinen (35, 36), die vor Zufuhrmitteln (33, 34) angeordnet sind und geeignet sind, die Seitenränder des Tuches (P) zu heften, die aus den Führungen (19, 20) austreten; eine Vorrichtung (37) zum Endbearbeiten des Tuches (P), die hinter den Zufuhrmitteln (33, 34) angeordnet ist und geeignet ist, zwei parallele Stichlinien auszubilden, die quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (X) des Tuches (P) liegen, und einen Trennschnitt, der zwischen den beiden Stichlinien liegt, um den Tuchabschnitt, der hinter der Vorrichtung (37) gelegen ist, von dem vor ihr gelegenen Abschnitt abzutrennen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Führung (19, 20) einen Längsträger (21) umfasst, der eine Ruheebene für ein Profilelement (24) bildet, das zur Längsmittellinienebene der Vorrichtung offen ist, wobei des Profilelement (24) durch die Wirkung von fluidbetätigten Hebern (27) quer zur Vorschubrichtung (X) des Tuches (P) beweglich ist, wobei auch ein Stab (29) vorgesehen ist, der in dem Profilelement (24) untergebracht ist und vertikal durch Wirkung weiterer Heber (28) betätigt werden kann, wobei der Stab (29) und das Profilelement (24) Greifermittel zum Greifen des Längsrandes des Tuchs (29) bilden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nähmaschinen (35, 36), die geeignet sind, die Seitenränder des Tuches (P) am Auslass der Führungen (19, 20) zu vernähen, mit Mitteln zum Schneiden der Seitenklappen des Tuches versehen sind, die ausserhalb der Nählinien liegen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endbearbeitungsvorrichtung (27) einen kastenartigen Schlitten (38) aufweist, der sich auf zwei Schienen (40) verschieben kann, die quer zu der Tuchvorschubrichtung (X) liegen, eine Nähmaschine (43) vom Zweinadeltyp, die auf dem Schlitten (38) angebracht ist, Mittel (44-47) zum Betätigen des Schlittens (38) auf den Schienen (40) zwischen zwei Anschlagbegrenzungspositionen, eine rotierende Messerscheibe (50), die so gelagert ist, dass sie sich im Schlitten (38) drehen kann und einen oberen Abschnitt aufweist, der von der Nähebene hervorsteht, wobei das Messer auf einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die zwischen den beiden Nadeln hindurchführt.
