Claims (10)
- Niederhalter für eine Schere mit einem Untermesser und einem relativ dazu beweglichen, ggf. als Rollenmesser ausgebildeten, Obermesser, insbesondere zum Schneiden von Textil- oder Stahlcordbändern, der über einem Schneidtisch angeordnet in Führungen eines Maschinengestells vertikal über Stellzylinder verschiebbar ist, um das Schneidgut an den Schneidtisch oder das Untermesser anzudrücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einem Hauptträger (9) und einer ausstellbaren Niederhalterleiste (10) bestehend zweistufig verstellbar ist, wobei er durch einen Haupthub (H) in eine die Stellzylinder (12) entlastende Blockierposition absenkbar ist, in der nurmehr die Niederhalterleiste (10) über einen kurzen Anpreßhub (h) gegenüber dem Hauptträger (9) verstellbar ist.
- Niederhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellzylinder (12) über in der angehobenen Ruhestellung gegeneinander abgewinkelte, aneinander angelenkte Stellhebel (13, 14) mit dem Hauptträger (9) verbunden sind, wobei der stellzylinderseitige obere Stellhebel (13) um einen festen Drehpunkt (15) am Maschinengestell (1) senkrecht über dem Anlenkpunkt (17) des zweiten unteren Stellhebels (14) am Hauptträger (9) schwenkbar ist, und die Stellhebel (13, 14) am Ende des Haupthubs (H) in eine Streckstellung gelangen.
- Niederhalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei beabstandete Stellzylinder (12) horizontal liegend oben am Maschinengestell (1) befestigt sind.
- Niederhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellzylinder Druckluftzylinder sind.
- Niederhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niederhalterleiste 10 über zweiarmige, stark untersetzte Schwenkhebel (20) mit gesonderten Betätigungszylindern (24) verbunden ist.
- Niederhalter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkhebel (20) Kniehebel mit einem langen, im wesentlichen vertikalen Betätigungsarm (21) und einem im wesentlichen horizontalen, an der Niederhalterleiste (10) angelenkten kurzen Druckarm (21) sind, die um Schwenkachsen (23) parallel zur Längsachse der Niederhalterleiste (10) am Hauptträger (9) angelenkt sind.
- Niederhalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsarme (21) jeweils über im wesentlichen horizontale, in der Ebene der Kniehebel liegende Betätigungszylinder (24) am oberen Ende des Hauptträgers (9) verschwenkbar sind.
- Niederhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niederhalterleiste (10) mit einer austauschbaren, vorzugsweise antihaftbeschichteten, nach unten überstehenden Verschleißleiste (11) versehen ist.
- Niederhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niederhalterleiste (10) um ihre Längsachse schwenkbar einstellbar an den Schwenkhebeln (20) befestigt ist.
- Niederhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungszylinder (24) Druckluftzylinder sind.
