Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a device with features of The preamble of claim 1.
It is known to condition in liquid form in closed or open systems with liquid and / or gaseous media such as heating, Hot water, cooling water, steam and other circuits with the help of pumps or dosing bypass devices. The pumps or bypass devices are used by professionals and are used for dosing Conditioning agents used in large cycles. For small circuits like for example, home heating circuits, engine cooling circuits, etc. the use of the usual devices for dosing conditioning agents very complex and user-unfriendly for the operator, which is why they are not come into use. The result is rapid wear of the systems or a short-term need for maintenance and repair, which in turn has a high Material and cost is connected.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a method for metering of conditioning agents to develop that for all closed and open systems with liquid and gaseous media applicable and with simple technical means can also be carried out by non-specialists.
The object is achieved in that the Conditioning agent according to claim 1 filled in cartridges and by means of a Cartridge gun and a special adapter system completed with this via a quick release coupling and a connection adapter conditioning system is meterable. With the filling of the Conditioning agent in cartridges is one of the consistency of the agent adjusted pressure required for dosing into the respective system can be generated, which means that not only liquid but also pasty as before Conditioning agent in all, including small systems with system pressures up to 10 bar can be dosed. On the other hand, the filling of the Conditioning agent in cartridges using a technically simple constructed and easy to handle dosing device. Furthermore, can to the complex technology required in the known systems such as Pumps and bypass systems are dispensed with, which at the same time leads to considerable Material and cost savings.
The dosing process according to
realisierbar ist, was wiederum erhebliche Kosteneinsparungen ermöglicht.Another advantage of the method according to the invention is the simple
technical structure of the dosing device achieved. The one with the

The simple design of the metering device also allows Use of commercially available standardized components, whereby the Dosing device is very inexpensive to manufacture. The invention The method is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.

herausragt.Before conditioning a heating system, e.g. B. in a family home
the dosing device is mounted. For this purpose, a quick-
Now the connection can be made, for example, by means of a connecting hose 3 '' '
Type 4x6. For this purpose, the connecting hose 3 '' 'on the one hand with the
Hose coupling of the screw connection 3 '' and on the other hand with the
Hose coupling of the 3 '' '' socket, preferably type 4x6 / 21 SF KO 06
