Definitions
- the invention relates to a trained as a tilt lock Closing device for containers with flowable media, in particular for cleaning agents, cosmetics or the like from a media-fastened with a container opening Housing with an outlet nozzle that connected to an outlet opening releasing the medium is, a sealing tube through which media can flow of which the outlet connection can be closed in a media-tight manner can be released, as well as a rocker arm Actuating element on which the outlet channel for the medium is provided, by means of which the sealing tube in its target position can be transferred.
- a closure device is known from EP 0 111 811 A1 known in which the actuating element as a tilt lid is executed.
- a closure element designed as a sealing ring is arranged, the sealing in the outlet opening of the outlet nozzle intervenes.
- a radial distance from this sealing ring is on the Bottom of the tilting lid a sealing cap arranged in the outlet position in the closed position and in the open position seals on the outside.
- closures are often required for flowable media with very different viscosities to use. Furthermore, the media are depending on the application to be used in very different dosages. It closure devices are therefore desired, which are optional release at least two different opening cross-sections, so that the opening cross-section to the present Medium or its dosage is adjustable.
- the openable opening cross-section over the largest possible Range can be varied so that the closure device as possible is universally applicable.
- EP 0 411 311 A1 described locking device proves to be disadvantageous that the closure element only in an open and can be moved into a closed position so that not different depending on the viscosity of the media Opening cross sections can be released. Furthermore is the Opening cross-section due to the limited swivel range of the closure element to a comparatively low Size limited, otherwise a sealing system of the Sealing cap on the outlet nozzle is not guaranteed.
- this is Locking tube can be placed on the outlet connection so that this in the closed state the outlet nozzle in itself records.
- the sealing tube and the outlet pipe run in the installation position collinear to each other.
- the molded on the lid The closure tube is opened by the outlet nozzle spaced by tilting the rocker arm.
- the sealing tube remains in one position with the outlet nozzle in the open state Contact edge in connection. With only a partial opening the back opening increases the internal back pressure Pressure inside the cap. This backlog occurs especially on the contact edge between the sealing tube and Outlet connection on, so that there are mainly leaks is coming.
- the invention is based on the technical problem to further develop the generic closure device in such a way that leaks are avoided within the closure device be, especially in the partially open state caused by the back pressure of the medium.
- the invention suggested that the closure tube when opening over sealingly displaceable along its entire circumference in the guide sleeve is that an end portion of the same one Media-tight entry opening that can be accommodated by a sealing seat has and another end region with which the medium releasing Exit opening is connected, the closure tube and the sealing seat can be spaced apart from one another are so that the closure tube at the spacing above its
- the entire travel path is media-tight in the guide sleeve is that depending on the spacing Entry opening of the closure tube in at least two different Opening cross sections can be released, and that the flexible Closure tube is offset radially outwards to the circumference of the outlet nozzle.
- the spacing of the media Closure element relative to the sealing seat are different Opening cross-sections of the entry opening can be released.
- the Distance should be such that in the end position of the Travel the cross section released by the inlet opening the cross section of the closure element through which media can flow corresponds. This is a maximum opening cross-section created so that even highly viscous media Locking device can easily pass.
- the closure element can vary continuously or in stages Target positions can be set as long as guaranteed is that in the height adjustment of the component media-tight leadership is guaranteed.
- the travel path takes place along an arc. For the sake of clarification, that the spacing of the closure element and sealing seat the closure element or the sealing seat or both by means of the Actuator can be moved.
- the outlet connection advantageously has a lateral one Opening through which the closure element in the area of Sealing seat from the emerging medium can flow to the side is.
- the closure element can, for example have an inlet opening on the side, aligned with the side opening of the outlet port is positionable.
- the closure element is a vertically arranged, height-adjustable Tube executed.
- the media-tight leadership is as a cylinder completely surrounding the tube or extends only over part of the circumference.
- the tubular closure element is particularly advantageous is open at its lower end and can be applied sealingly to the sealing seat.
- the sealing seat can be stationary on the housing be arranged, for example, by being in one piece this is molded.
- the tube has an opening on its upper face provided, which via an outlet channel with the outlet opening the closure device is in communication.
- the Exit channel can - starting from the front - too extend over a portion of the side tube wall.
- the outlet channel is in the actuating element is arranged and laterally from this emerges, the actuating element in the closed position of the closure element in the area of the outlet channel seals against the inner wall of the housing and in the first of the opening positions the outlet opening completely releases.
- the actuating element in the closed position of the closure element in the area of the outlet channel seals against the inner wall of the housing and in the first of the opening positions the outlet opening completely releases.
- the guide surrounding the closure element is media-tight preferably shaped like a circular arc, so that a tube-in-tube guide given is.
- the sealing tube is eccentric connected to the pivot axis of the rocker arm is. If, for example, a cylindrical guide sleeve is provided, so there is a stroke by pivoting the rocker arm of the flexible tube arranged in the guide sleeve and the protruding area of the cylindrical guide sleeve flexible pipe is deformed into an arc. This is the comparatively complex formation of arches molded, relatively moving components that seal close to each other, dispensable and a particularly simple, very good sealing pipe-in-pipe guide created.
- the flexible tube becomes curved when a rocker arm is actuated deformed so that due to the elastic deformation of the closure element on the one in an open position Rocker arms have elastic restoring forces. It is then particularly advantageous, a detent with different To provide latching positions that engage the rocker arm and locking this in its various opening positions locked. Such a locking device is, however, simple Setting the dosage is advantageous when the actuator is designed as a slide.
- rocker arm If the rocker arm is supported by means of pins, it can be attached to the Rocker arm molded circle segments provided below the pin be that in front of and behind the axis of rotation of supports be supported and an unintentional axial movement the rocker arm using a vertically downward direction Prevent pressure.
- the circle segments can be with Undercuts can be provided, in which a locking cam can be inserted with a click. The snap connection is thus in everyone the opening positions of the rocker arm within the locking device arranged and for example against pollution protected.
- the locking cam can be on one between the supports arranged leaf spring or be itself as a spring element be executed.
- the closure device according to the invention shown in Figures 1 to 5 is designed as a tilt lock.
- the locking device 1 has a cup-shaped housing 2, the arranged coaxially to the outlet nozzle 3 of the container and is screwed to this by means of the threaded connector 4.
- the Housing 2 has a cylindrical outlet connection 5, which is arranged coaxially in the housing 2 and with a side Opening 6 is provided.
- Concentric between the outlet nozzle 5 and the threaded connector 4 is a sealing lip 7 arranged, the sealing on the outlet nozzle 3 of the Of the container.
- the lateral opening 6 of the outlet nozzle 5 is vertical by acting as a closure element arranged pipe section 8 media-tight closable and in different opening positions can be released.
- the cylindrical Pipe section 8 is in its central area above its sealing the entire circumference in a guide sleeve 9 longitudinally led and at its upper end in one piece on the about the horizontally arranged central axis of the housing 2 pivoted rocker arm 10 formed.
- the lower, the open end of the closure tube 8 can be media-tight be arranged in a sealing seat 11, the middle Area is supported by the threaded connector 4 and the is integrally formed on the housing 2. This is one particularly stable and space-saving arrangement of the sealing seat 11 given.
- the upper end of the sealing tube 8 goes into a right-angled outlet duct 12 over that arranged in the rocker arm 10 and with this is pivotable.
- the outlet channel has a smaller one Cross section than the closure tube, so that a fluid favorable embodiment is given.
- the medium releasing outlet opening 13 is in FIG. 1 shown locking position of the locking device behind a partial area of the housing 2, the outlet side End of the outlet channel 12 sealing against the Inner wall of the portion of the housing 2 abuts. Furthermore is the lower, open end of the tube 8 in the position of the rocker arm 10 shown in Fig. 1 sealing the sealing seat 11. This creates a double seal given the closure device, so that a secure stockpiling of the medium in the container is guaranteed.
- the locking device is actuated by the rocker arm 10 from the closed position shown in Fig. 1 in a first Open position, as exemplified in Fig. 2nd is illustrated, so the lower end of the tubular closure element 8 spaced from the sealing seat 11 and the outlet channel 12 with its the inner wall of the housing 2 facing end pivoted up and so the outlet opening arranged at the end on the outlet channel 12 13 arranged completely above the edge of the housing.
- a first Open position as exemplified in Fig.
- this swiveling it is above the guide sleeve 9 arranged area of the elastic closure element 8 deformed in an arc.
- Fig. 3 the closure device is in a further open position shown, in which the rocker arm 10 further out its closed position is pivoted and the lower end of the closure element 8 further apart from the sealing seat 11 is.
- a higher viscosity can also be used in this position Medium lightly the closure element 8 and ultimately the outlet opening 13 happen. So that the closure device convertible into different opening positions in which media with clearly different viscosities each precisely can be removed from the container.
- the cross section of the Opening 6 can be dimensioned so that it with the flowable Cross section of the closure element 9 corresponds, the closure element 9 opening 6 at the greatest stroke fully releases.
- the closure element 8 is in the embodiment shown made of the same material as the rocker arm 10 and is molded in one piece on this.
- the flexibility of the closure element 8 is determined by a suitable design the wall thickness of the same.
- the closure element 8 can but also from a different material than the rocker arm 10 exist and can be on this for example by gluing or be held by a press fit.
- FIG. 4 shows a section of the closure device according to the invention, which clearly shows that both the housing 2 and the outlet nozzle 5 of the closure device each have a circular cross section. It is also seen that the closure element 8 and the this sealingly surrounding guide sleeve 9 also a have a circular cross section, the sealing tube 8 is arranged on the circumference of the outlet nozzle 5, the Longitudinal axis of the sealing tube 8 offset radially outwards is arranged to the extent of the outlet nozzle 5 and that Sealing tube 8 in a partial area with the connecting piece 5 overlaps.
- the circular segments 15 are forward and behind the axis of rotation of the rocker arm 10 of supports 16 supports that are bar-shaped on the inner wall of the Housing 2 are integrally formed.
- the supports 16 point thereby an arcuate corresponding to the circle segments 15 Contact surface.
- On the circumferential surface of the circular segments 15 are a plurality of undercuts spaced from each other 17 arranged. Between the supports 16 is a leaf spring 18 is provided, at the apex of which a locking cam 19 is integrally formed, which is optionally pivoted by the Rocker arm 10 can be inserted into one of the undercuts 17 is.
