Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlußvorrichtung für Behälter mit fließfähigen Medien, insbesondere für Reinigungsmittel, Kosmetika o. dgl., bestehend aus einem mit einer Behälteröffnung mediendicht befestigbaren Gehäuse mit einem Austrittsstutzen, der mit einer das Medium freigebenden Austrittsöffnung verbunden ist, einem Verschlußelement, mittels dessen der Austrittsstutzen mediendicht verschließbar und freigebbar ist, sowie einem Betätigungselement, mittels dessen das Verschlußelement in seine Sollpositionen überführbar ist. Sind in dem Behälter unterschiedliche Medien mit stark variierender Viskosität zu bevorraten, so ist es oftmals erwünscht, wahlweise definierte Öffnungsquerschnitte des Austrittsstutzens freizugeben, um so unterschiedliche Medien exakt und einfach dosieren zu können. Hierzu wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, das Verschlußelement mediendurchströmbar auszubilden, wobei ein Endbereich desselben eine mediendicht von einem Dichtsitz (11) aufnehmbare Eintrittsöffnung aufweist, und ein anderer Endbereich mit der das Medium freigebenden Austrittsöffnung (13) in Verbindung steht, daß Verschlußelement (8) und Dichtsitz (11) relativ zueinander beabstandbar sind und in Abhängigkeit von der Beabstandung die Eintrittsöffnung des Verschlußelementes (8) in mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Öffnungsquerschnitten freigebbar sind und daß das bei der Beabstandung von Verschlußelement (8) und Dichtsitz (11) verfahrene Bauteil über seinen gesamten Verfahrweg in einer mediendichten Führung geführt wird. Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausführungsform, wenn das Betätigungselement als Kipphebel und das Verschlußelement als vertikal angeordneter, höhenverstellbarer Rohrabschnitt ausgeführt ist, das aus einem flexiblen Material besteht und dessen untere Stirnseite mit einer Öffnung versehen ist, die abdichtend an den Dichtsitz anlegbar ist.
