Definitions
- the invention is based on a support for a car body on a chassis, which the characteristics from the generic term of claim 1.
- Such a support is known from DE 44 44 093 A1.
- the support shown there includes a pendulum support and one fluid-operated piston-cylinder unit, with whose help the distance changed between the chassis and the body can be.
- the pendulum support has a first support part and a second support member that is between the first support member and the chassis is arranged.
- the second support part lies with a circular cylindrical rolling surface on a flat rolling surface of the chassis.
- the first support part lies with one circular cylindrical rolling surface on a flat rolling surface of the second support part, the axis of the circular cylindrical Rolling surface on the first support part perpendicular to Axis of the circular cylindrical rolling surface on the second support part runs.
- the piston-cylinder unit inserted between the first support part and the car body.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a support to further develop the features from the preamble of claim 1, that they are in the axial direction of the piston-cylinder unit takes up less space.
- This task is for a support with the features from the Preamble of claim 1 solved in that this support additionally with the features from the characterizing part of the Claim 1 is equipped.
- the piston-cylinder unit is at least partially within an annular support member so that a available space axially at the same time for the support part and the piston-cylinder unit is used and a short design is made possible.
- the piston-cylinder unit is effective between two support parts, so with it the axial Distance between these two support parts can be changed can.
- the piston-cylinder unit between one part of the car and the second Support part is arranged.
- the piston is then supported on the car part and the cylinder of the piston-cylinder unit on the second Support part from, wherein this second support part is annular and the cylinder protrudes into the second support part.
- the piston-cylinder unit arranged between the chassis and the second support part is particularly advantageous when on the chassis other hydraulic components and hydraulic lines are present, because then the pressure fluid without long lines through the piston or the cylinder of the piston-cylinder unit can be supplied.
- the space required for the piston-cylinder unit in axiaer Direction results from the desired maximum change in distance between chassis and body as well as for one perfect function of the necessary dimensions of the components.
- several support parts ring-shaped, so that the piston-cylinder unit can extend into several annular support parts.
- the second support part is annular formed and has a flange on a hollow cylinder a rolling surface.
- the first support part is also ring-shaped trained and lies with a rolling surface on the flange of the second support part. So that the second support part too can withstand the high loads sometimes required Hollow cylinder of the second support part whose flange in the direction towards the first support part. Due to the long hollow cylinder the second support part the desired stability.
- the second The support part can protrude into the interior of the first support part or reach out axially over the first support part.
- the second support part becomes a kind of universal joint between the pendulum support and created one part of the car.
- a third support part is provided, which has two rolling surfaces with corresponding rolling surfaces on the other wagon part and cooperates on the first support part.
- the third support part annular according to claim 10 trained so that the piston-cylinder unit build very long can without taking up additional space.
- the third support part can also do this be equipped with a hollow cylinder with which it enters the first Support part protrudes or axially on the outside over the first support part takes hold.
- second or the third support part protrude into the first support part inside and overlaps the other support part the first Support part, so the hollow cylinder of the second and the third support part can be made very long.
- the hollow cylinders are sufficient to make full use of the available space advantageously close to a medium horizontal Level of the pendulum support.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 10 A part of a bogie can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2 10 and part of a car body 11 of a rail vehicle. Between bogie 10 and body 11 are two pendulum supports and two piston-cylinder units arranged, of which in each of the figures is shown.
- the piston-cylinder unit provided with the reference number 60 in its entirety includes a cylinder 61 leading to the bogie 10 is open, and a single-acting plunger 62, which is guided in the cylinder 61 pressure-tight and in the direction protrudes from the cylinder 61 towards the bogie 10.
- a plate 63 connected, which is attached to the bogie.
- the cylinder 61 carries at its end near the bogie 10 an annular flange 64, the ring surface 17 facing away from the bogie 10 is flat.
- Radially through the plate 63 and axially through the plunger 62 leads a pressure medium channel 65, a pressure chamber over the pressure medium 66 fed between the plunger 62 and the cylinder 61 or can be removed from the pressure chamber.
- the pendulum support in its entirety with the reference number 12 essentially comprises three parts, namely a middle one, first support part 13, a second support part 14, which between the first support part 13 and the bogie 10 is arranged, and a third support member 15 which is between the first support member 13 and the car body 11 is arranged.
- All three support parts 13, 14 and 15 are ring-shaped, in the exemplary embodiment in particular formed in a circular shape, between the ring flange 64 of the cylinder 61 and the car body 11 arranged and surround the cylinder 61, which protrudes into all three support parts, radially at such a distance that the pendulum support 12 without hindrance by the cylinder-piston unit 60 the required Angle can be deflected.
- the second support part 14 has a hollow cylinder 70, the the ring surface 17 serving as a rolling surface on the ring flange 64 of the cylinder 61 facing end face as a circular cylindrical Rolling surface 16 is formed, the axis of which is perpendicular to the axis of the hollow cylinder 70 and that on the flat rolling surface 17 of the ring flange 64 rests linearly and on this Surface can roll.
- the linear support is inside the specified roll-off path is available in two sections, their length in a central neutral position of the support part 14 is minimal and with a deflection of the support part increases. Through a rectangular cross-section the length of the sections of the hollow cylinder 70 can also keep constant.
- the other end face 71 of the hollow cylinder 70 lies in a perpendicular to the axis of the hollow cylinder Level and is just below half the height of the Pendulum support 12.
- a displacement of the second support part 14 relative to the ring flange 64 in a direction perpendicular to the surface lines of the circular cylindrical rolling surface 16 is prevented by two teeth 22, which are diametrically opposed to each other in the direction of the surface lines opposite from attached to the hollow cylinder 70 Blocks 73 are carried over the rolling surface 16 of the second Protrude support part and each in a recess 23 of the Reach in ring flange 64.
- the flanks of teeth 22 begin on the rolling surface 16 on which the teeth sit and are in Section of circular involutes.

- With regard to the contact between the rolling surfaces 16 and 17, 25 and 31, 28 and 32 as well as 27 and 30 leads the different design of the support parts 14 and 15 not too Differences from the embodiment according to the figures 1 to 4.
- the cylinder 61 and the piston 62 take a certain one Able to each other, a certain distance between the bogie 10 and the body 11 results. Should he Distance between the bogie 10 and the car body 11 increased pressure chamber 66 between the cylinder 61 and the piston 62 pressure medium supplied, whereby the cylinder 61 together with the pendulum support 12 and the body 11 raised becomes. Conversely, by releasing pressure medium from the Pressure chamber 66 the distance between the car body 11 and the Bogie 10 reduced.
- the different positions depend on the behavior of the pendulum support of cylinder 61 and piston 62 to each other no effects. Acts on the car body 11 e.g. a force towards of arrow A, the car body 11 is in the direction of the arrow A moved relative to the bogie 10. This moves the pendulum support 12 from its shown central position, where the two surfaces 16 and 17 of the support part 14 and the Plate 64 and the two surfaces 27 and 30 of the support part 15 and roll the car body 11 onto each other. The pendulum support 12 gets into an inclined position, whereby due to the selected Dimensions for the curvatures of the circular cylindrical rolling surfaces 16 and 27 and the minimum distance between the body 11 and the plate 64 the distance between the car body and the plate 64 enlarged, so the car body is raised.
