Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen eines rollbaren Behanges (8), der ggf. mittels einer Hochschiebesicherung (2) an einer Welle (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Welle (1) mit einem durch eine Steuereinheit angesteuerten elektrischen Antrieb gekoppelt ist und der Steuereinheit als Eingangsgröße(n) Signale von mindestens einem eine Hemmung der Bewegung des Behangs (8) detektierenden Sensor zugeführt werden, und mit einem zweiten Sensor für die Erkennung der Belastung des Antriebes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine Intervallfunktion und eine Speicherfunktion vorgesehen sind,die Intervallfunktion durch die Änderung der Ausgangsgröße des ersten Sensors gestartet wird,während des Ablaufs der Intervallfunktiona) bei der Erstinbetriebnahme der Steuereinheit im Falle des Auftreten einer Lastzunahme des Antriebes, insbesondere einer sprunghaften Lastzunahme, die Betriebsart "Hochschiebesicherung vorhanden" mit einer Position in der Speicherfunktion abgelegt wird, ab welcher Position im späteren Normalbetrieb das Signal des ersten Sensors ausgeblendet wird,b) bei der Erstinbetriebnahme der Steuereinheit ohne Auftreten einer Lastzunahme die Betriebsart "ohne Hochschiebesicherung' in der Speicherfunktion abgelegt wird,c) nach der Erstinbetriebnahme in der Betriebsart "ohne Hochschiebesicherung" der Antrieb durch die Signaländerung des ersten Sensors (d.h. durch die Bewegungshemmung des Behanges) stillgesetzt wird, undd) nach der Erstinbetriebnahme in der Betriebsart "Hochschiebesicherung vorhanden" das Signal des ersten Sensors ab der gespeicherten Position ausgeblendet und der Antrieb nach einer Belastungszunahme stillgesetzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Betriebsart "Hochschiebesicherung vorhanden" in der Speicherfunktion abgelegte Position aus der Position des Behanges (8) zu Beginn der Intervallfunktion abzüglich eines vorgegebenen Zeit-, Weg- oder Winkelintervalls festgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Intervallfunktion ein Wegintervall aufweist, das vorzugsweise einen Wert im Bereich 1/8 bis 1/2 Wellenumdrehungen, bevorzugt etwa 1/4 Wellenumdrehungen, annimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die Intervallfunktion ein Zeitintervall oder auf die Wickelwelle bezogenes Winkelintervall aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Sensor, der die Intervallfunktion startet, insbesondere auf eine Änderung des Spiels zwischen Antrieb und Welle (1) oder des Antriebs und Antriebslagerung empfindlich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem Auftreten einer Hemmung oder Lastanstiegs während des Ablaufs der Intervallfunktion der zugehörige Verfahrweg des Behanges (8) in der Speicherfunktion abgelegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Erstinbetriebnahme bzw. während der Installationsfahrt des Behanges (8) bei einem Nichtauftreten eines Lastanstieges während des Ablaufs der Intervallfunktion der Verfahrweg des Behanges (8) zum Zeitpunkt der Änderung der Ausgangsgröße des einen Sensors in der Speichervorrichtung abgelegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lastzunahme des Behanges (8) mittels eines Drehmomentsensors oder eines Stromsensors für den elektrischen Antrieb erfaßt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hochschiebesicherung aus mehreren gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Gliedern (4) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß benachbarte Glieder (4) mit der Vorspannung einer Feder (3) beaufschlagt sind, die die Glieder in Schließstellung des Behanges in eine quasi stabile Positionierung, insbesondere in eine Verrastposition überführen.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 zum Öffnen und Schließen eines rollbaren Behanges.
