Definitions
- this known fastening device belonging built-in device is one off stainless steel built-in sink with an um the peripheral edge of the device; on the outer edge of the input, In the sink, the steel sheet is folded downwards and inwards by 180 ° and then 90 ° away from this outer edge bent downwards so that there is a circumferential edge strip results in the plate cutout from above in the vertical direction protrudes.
- the panel cutout has an approximately rectangular shape in plan view in this known construction four such first retaining elements forming profile strips on the four rectilinear areas of the panel cutting edge attached, while protruding from above into the panel cutout Edge strips of the built-in sink in a longitudinal distance from each other several tongues punched out obliquely upwards and outwards and were bent out, which was transverse to the plate cutting edge resilient and so arranged and dimensioned are that with built-in sink in the support plate from below against those formed by the profile rails Stops rest around the outside edge of the sink to keep pressed against the top of the carrier plate.
- this known fastening device Means to meet such manufacturing tolerances balance and ensure that the outer edge of the built-in device all around and firmly against the Carrier plate top is pressed; are from the on Built-in device and from above in the panel cutout protruding edge strips between the already mentioned, resiliently pointing obliquely upwards and outwards Tongues bent out further tongues obtained by punching, which point to the outside of the panel cutout, run approximately horizontally and each with a threaded hole are provided, into which a clamping screw is screwed from below whose upper end is when the built-in device is installed against the lower stop surface of the neighboring one Let profile bar tighten.
- the invention was based on the object of a fastening device for in a cutout of a carrier plate to create built-in devices to be defined, which it is on the one hand like the known fastening device described above basically allowed to do all installation work a built-in device with one everywhere in one level the outer edge only from above, through which at least one of the above mentioned Disadvantages of the known fastening device described above can be avoided.
- this object can be achieved according to the invention solve that the second holding element down through the clamping screw is supported and by the latter upwards movable claw part with a by means of the clamping screw towards the edge of the cutout in particular resiliently spreadable support claw for support on the and in particular for digging into the panel cut-out edge as well as with an obliquely from bottom to top to the panel cutting edge towards the second sliding surface for the support claw is provided.
- Clamping forces which may be due to manufacturing tolerances are required to areas of the outer edge of the built-in device immediately into the Carrier plate initiated so that the first holding element itself and its connection to the carrier plate not due to these relatively large clamping forces be charged. This is especially important if the first holding element is the edge of the actual one Plate cutout overlaps and from above on the support plate is attached (which is most convenient for the fitter is), because in such a case these can possibly Relatively high tension forces cause the connection between one of the first holding elements and the carrier plate is loosened or even completely loosened.
- Fastening devices with such a support claw which is spread out by means of a clamping screw and then digs into the edge of the panel cutout are in themselves known, e.g. B. from DE-U-76 08 333 and DE-C-25 45 039, however, these known fasteners are from completely different type than that improved by the invention
- Fastening device according to DE-U-75 14 106 The known fastening devices with a support claw only the latter serves to determine the built-in device the carrier plate, d. H. only feasible from above Assembly work is not possible even if the edge of the built-in device is completely level, and it must in any case the clamping screws of all fastening devices from be tightened below, which is not only time consuming but also is also quite tedious.
- the fastening device is the spreading of the support claw serving second sliding surface on the underside of the on the second Holding element provided second locking projection arranged, which increases the manufacturing costs of the second holding element let reduce.
- the fastening device according to the invention to be designed so that the provided on the second holding element second locking projection on its top one obliquely from above downward sloping surface towards the panel cutting edge to support against the stop of the first holding element from below, because then the second is supported Always hold this sloping surface against from below the first holding element, even if the locking projection of the not carried by the built-in second holding element always exactly in a given height position relative to Carrier plate is located.
- the first holding element is a rigid one Is part, embodiments of the fastening device according to the invention preferred, where the from the first Holding element formed first locking projection transverse to the plate cutting edge is designed to be resilient, because then can, like the following description and the attached graphic representation of a particularly advantageous Embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention still show, the second holding element is structurally simple design and that to be attached to the support plate still form the first holding element as a very simple part, namely as a simple sheet metal part with one on the carrier plate fastening section to be fastened and a the first Latching projection forming abutment section.
- Such one first holding element can either be designed so that its fastening section against the panel cutting edge abuts and is attached to this, or that the attachment portion approximately horizontal when the holding element is installed runs and on the carrier plate surface, or, at a flush installation, on the floor of the above Stage is attached.
- Fastening devices with expandable support claw has that which can be moved upwards by means of the clamping screw Claw part a relatively complicated shape and forms an approximately rectangular side view Hollow body, which is penetrated by the clamping screw, which both in the lower and in the upper crossbar of the Part of the claw rotatably mounted and against longitudinal displacement is secured relative to the claw part.
- the second holding element of the invention Fastening device suggested the claw part as in a side view of approximately U-shaped sheet metal part design, the lower cross bar down through the Clamping screw is supported. With this construction is the assembly of the second holding element is essential easier than with the two known fastening devices with support claw.
- the second Holding element also a holding part with a vertical Leg and a nut thread for the clamping screw supporting horizontal leg, however, the vertical Leg is provided with the second locking projection.
- This vertical leg can be an integral part of the built-in device but preferred are embodiments in which in in a known manner directly at the bottom of the Third holding element to be fitted with a built-in device downward-pointing supporting web is provided, on which the vertical leg of the holding part of the second holding element can be pushed on, with the support web and the vertical leg with locking elements for locking the second holding element are provided on the supporting bridge, because then the nut thread not created for the clamping screws on the built-in device itself become.
- the second holding element has a tendency to itself to move away from the panel cutting edge when the clamping screw tightened and thereby the support claw in the Panel cutting edge is pressed in - this can result have that the supporting web of the third holding element or the vertical leg of the holding part of the second holding element bends and the support claw is insufficient in the panel cutout edge is pressed in, before especially if the carrier plate is not a wood-based panel but a made from a curable plastic mass Plate is.
- embodiments of the Fastening device according to the invention which are characterized in that to prevent bending one the clamping screw force on the built-in device transferring, in the adjacent to the plate cutting edge Cavity approximately vertically extending holder abutment section of the first, forming the first latching projection Holding element with the plate cutting edge one down forms an open space and so the second holding element is formed that the support claw when tightening the clamping screw penetrates into this space from below and on the side of the panel cutout edge Supports abutment section; that when digging in the support claw reaction forces occurring in the plate cutting edge then do not have to be picked up by said holder be, but are on the abutment section of the transferred first holding element, which is sufficient can be securely attached to the carrier plate.
- the space between the panel cutting edge and the abutment portion of the first holding member has an approximately wedge-shaped profile (in one vertical, transverse to the panel cutting edge Section), because then the first holding element is oriented in this way forms an inclined sliding surface for the support claw, that the latter also by tightening the clamping screw this sliding surface increasingly against the plate cutting edge is pushed.
- first holding element with a contact section, which on the the first locking projection forming abutment section of the first holding element adjoins upwards, against the panel cut-out edge is present, especially if that first holding element in the area of this contact section, especially attached to the panel cut-out edge by means of screws is, because then the first holding element can easily be designed so that its abutment section in its lower, free edge area, which is the first locking projection forms, springs transversely to the panel cutting edge, without that thereby the supporting function of the abutment section for the support claw is affected as the latter immediately below the one attached to the edge of the panel cutout Contact section of the first holding element on the abutment section can support.
- Built-in sink 10 act from which the drawing figures only an edge zone 12 surrounding the built-in sink and a part show a drip tray 14; forms the edge zone 12 a flat area that is horizontal in use, and a slightly angled edge strip, with the outer edge 16 of the built-in sink 10 on the top 18 to support a support plate 20.
- the carrier plate 20 there is a design the built-in sink 10 adapted, window-like panel cutout 22, the edge around the neckline with 24 was designated.
- Fastening device includes a first holding element 26, which is a stainless steel sheet bar, if necessary also from a suitable plastic can act; it has one in the assembled state horizontally extending mounting portion 26a and obliquely downward abutment section 26b, which forms the locking projection of the first holding element. This is with its fastening section 26a on the Carrier plate top 18 placed and then from above by means of Not shown screws, nails, brackets or the like attached to the support plate 20 so that the locking projection 26b diagonally from top to bottom and inside in the Plate cutout 22 protrudes. If the latter from above seen an approximately rectangular shape, four are sufficient strip-shaped first holding elements 26, otherwise are in Circumferential direction of the plate section 22 at a distance from each other more than four first holding elements on the carrier plate 20 attached.
- the locking projection 26b forms on its upper, a sliding surface from the cutting edge 24 26c, and also the first holding element 26 is like this formed that the locking projection 26b resiliently in the direction can deflect on the cutting edge 24.
- the fastening device according to the invention further a second holding element 30, consisting of a Holding part 32, a claw part 34 and a clamping screw 36.
- a third holding element 40 from (in a side view) reversed L-shaped shape that at the bottom the built-in sink is attached in particular by welding and has a vertically downwardly projecting supporting web 42, from which an opening was punched out, which is described below will be referred to as locking window 44.
- the holding part 32 has an approximate side view L-shaped shape with a vertical leg 50 and one horizontal leg 52 on which a vertically oriented Nut thread 54 for the clamping screw 36 is located.
- at the holding part 32 should be a stamped and bent sheet metal part act out of stainless steel sheet, which is easy to shape and deforms that the holding part 32 in the area its vertical leg 50 has two in the transverse distance mutually extending guide webs 56 and 58, which the Support web 42 of the third holding element 40 between free of play can record itself, as well as one in a side view triangular locking projection 60, the top of an inclined surface 62 and below forms an inclined sliding surface 64.
- 58 was made on the guide bridge by punching and bending still a latching tongue 66 formed after sliding of the holding part 32 from below on the support web 42 in the locking window 44 snaps into place and thus prevents that Holding part 32 unintentionally downwards from the third holding element 40 can be pulled off again - when pushing on the vertical leg 50 of the holding part 32 from below onto the supporting web 42 the two guide webs 56 and 58 so resilient from each other removed that the locking tongue 66 slide over the support web 42 can until it engages in the locking window 44.
- the claw part 34 is approximately in a side view U-shaped with a first leg 70, a support claw 72 forming second leg and one of these two Leg connecting cross bar 74 in which a hole, not shown, for passing the clamping screw 36 is so that this with a screw head 36a can be placed against the crosspiece 74 from below.
- the clamping screw 36 is then inserted into the nut thread 54 screwed in until the support claw 72 with its upper area bears against the sliding surface 64 of the locking projection 60, either without tension or with a relatively low level Preload.
- the built-in sink 10 To mount the built-in sink 10 on the support plate 20 the built-in sink initially in the position shown in Fig. 1 brought and then lowered down; slide along the locking projections 60 of the second holding elements 30 of the various Fastening devices on the locking projections 26b of the first holding elements 26 and displace the locking projections 26b somewhat in the direction of the cutting edge 24, as shown in FIG. 2.
- the built-in sink snaps the locking projections 26b then back over the ridges of the locking projections 60 and lie with their lower edges on the upper inclined surfaces 62 of the locking projections 60 when the outer edge 16 of the built-in sink 10 rests on the top of the carrier plate 18 (see Fig. 3); the built-in sink 10 can then no longer Lift off the top plate 20 unless you can the locking projections 26b in the direction with suitable tools deflects on the cutting edge 24.
- FIG. 4 second embodiment differs from the first one in Figures 1 to 4 shown embodiment of the invention Fastening device only in the design of the first holding element and in that the latter with the Support claw of the second holding element cooperates; therefore 5 is only to be described in so far as it deviates from Fig. 4, and in Fig. 5 for parts which are identical to parts of the first embodiment, the same Reference numerals as used in Figures 1 to 4 for modified parts the same reference numerals as in the first Embodiment, but with the addition of a dash.
- the first is Holding element 26 'according to the invention at the plate cutting edge 24 attached and has one of the first locking projection Abutment section 26b 'immediately adjacent one Fastening section 26d ', which is against the panel cut-out edge 24 is present, via screw holes, not shown has and by means of also not shown Screws is attached to the support plate 20. From this results that a support section shown in Fig. 5 26a 'of the first holding element 26' is not absolutely necessary is, however, it facilitates the assembly of the first Holding element 26 'in the correct height position.
- the fastening device according to the invention is here designed so that the support claw when tightening the clamping screw 36 72 'not only slides on the locking projection 60', but also on the plate cutting edge 24 facing Inclined surface of the abutment section 26b ', and in particular the construction should be designed so that the support claw 72 'when it is in the plate cutting edge 24 digs in, immediately below the mounting section 26d 'is supported against the abutment section 26b'.
