Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen klappbaren Bügeltisch gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Ein solcher Tisch ist aus dem Dokument US-A-5 016 367 bereits bekannt.
Um ein gefahrloses Transportieren und Wegstellen eines Bügeltisches nach dem Gebrauch zu gewährleisten, sind diese häufig mit einer sogenannten Transportsicherung ausgestattet. Dazu ist ein Haken an der Tischplatte vorgesehen, der in zusammengeklapptem Zustand hinter ein Gestellteil greift.
Nachteilig daran ist die umständliche Handhabung und der zusätzliche Aufwand bei der Herstellung.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Transportsicherung zu schaffen, die ein automatisches Verriegeln beim Zusammenklappen des Bügeltisches ermöglicht und dennoch keinen nennenswerten Zusatzaufwand in der Herstellung erfordert.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Durch die Kopplung mit der Höhenverstellmechanik und die Einrastung in den Kreuzungsbereich der Standbeine ist eine preisgünstige Fertigung möglich. Eine Verrastung beim Zusammenklappen erfolgt automatisch, ebenso erfolgt die Entrastung beim Aufstellen des Bügeltisches über die Höhenverstellmechanik zwangsläufig.
Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So können durch die Einführschrägen an den Distanzstücken Fertigungstoleranzen ausgeglichen werden.
Über die zwischengelegte Metallscheibe wird einerseits die Leichtgängigkeit erhöht und andererseits die Abnutzung in der Rastnut der Distanzstücke verringert.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Ein Bügeltisch 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Tischplatte 2, einem diese einfassenden Rahmen 3 und zwei längslaufende Träger 4, die eine Höhenverstellmechanik 5 und eine Drehachse 6 aufnehmen, an denen zwei sich kreuzende Standbeine 7 und 8 angelenkt sind. Die Standbeine 7 und 8 sind am Kreuzungspunkt durch eine Achse 9 verbunden.
Das Standbein 7 ist im Endbereich 10 über die Drehachse 6 und das Standbein 8 über die Strebe 12 im Verschiebeschlitten 13 der Höhenverstellmechanik 5 am Träger 4 der Tischplatte 2 angelenkt.
Der Verschiebeschlitten 13 wird über die Stange 14, die durch den Verstellhebel 15 freigegeben wird, verstellt.
An dem Verstellhebel 15 ist der Sperrhebel 16 angebracht.
Der Sperrhebel 16 greift, wie in Figur 2 und 3 dargestellt, in eine Nut 17, die sich über zwei Distanzstücke 18, 19 hinzieht, ein. Die Distanzstücke 18, 19 sind auf der Achse 9 angebracht und jeweils kraft- und formschlüssig mit einem Standbein 7, 8 verbunden. Zwischen den beiden Distanzstücken 18, 19 ist eine Metallscheibe 20 vorgesehen, die ebenfalls mit einer Nut 17 versehen ist und mit einem Distanzstück kraftschlüssig verbunden ist. Die Distanzstücke 18, 19 sind jeweils mit einer Einführschräge 21 versehen.
In Figur 3 ist die eingerastete Stellung dargestellt. Der Rastabsatz 22 ist über eine nicht dargestellte Feder in die Nut 17 eingerastet. Dabei werden die Distanzstücke 18, 19 und die Metallscheibe 20 kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden, so daß die Standbeine selbständig in Raststellung halten.
Durch Betätigen des Verstellhebels 15 wird die Arretierung der Stange 14 und gleichzeitig die des Sperrhebels 16 (Figur 2) freigegeben, so daß die Standbeine über den Verschiebeschlitten 13 durch die Schwerkraft in Standstellung aufspreizen.
Beim Zusammenklappen des Bügeltisches wird der Sperrhebel 16 selbständig über die Einführschräge 21 in die Nut 17 geführt, so daß der Bügeltisch praktisch automatisch verrastet wird.

Claims (3)

  1. Klappbarer Bügeltisch (1) mit sich in einer Achse (9) kreuzenden Standbeinen (7, 8), wobei das eine Standbein (7) über eine Drehachse (6) und das andere Standbein (8) über eine Höhenverstellmechanik (5) an der Tischplatte angelenkt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Standbeinen (7, 8) auf der Achse (9), jedem Standbein kraft- und formschlüssig zugeordnet, je ein Distanzstück (18, 19) gelagert ist, die mit einer achsial verlaufenden, im zusammengeklapptem Zustand fluchtenden Nut (17) versehen sind, in die, beide Distanzstücke (18, 19) verbindend, ein mit einem Verstellhebel (15) gekoppelter Sperrhebel (16) eingreift.
  2. Klappbarer Bügeltisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Distanzstücken (18, 19) jeweils eine Einführschräge (21) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Klappbarer Bügeltisch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Distanzstücken (18, 19) eine mit einem Distanzstück kraftschlüssig verbundene Metallscheibe (20) mit Nut (17) angeordnet ist.
