Claims (5)
- Dispositif de remplacement d'une lance de soufflage (1), qui comporte un tube de soufflage (20) et une chemise de refroidissement (30) entourant le tube de soufflage (20) et pouvant être parcourue par un agent réfrigérant, chemise dont l'entrée et la sortie (34, 35) sont disposées sur une extrémité de la lance de soufflage (1), qui est associée à une tête de couplage (2),dans lequel la tête de couplage (2) comporte un logement (7), dans lequel cette extrémité de la lance de soufflage (1) peut être introduite et qui comprend des raccords (13, 12, 4) pour l'amenée de l'agent réfrigérant, l'évacuation de l'agent réfrigérant et l'amenée du fluide de soufflage,dans lequel la lance de soufflage (1) peut être couplée de façon amovible à la tête de couplage, l'entrée (34) ou la sortie (35) de la chemise de refroidissement (30) débouchant dans une surface périphérique de la lance de soufflage (1),dans lequel le raccord (13, 12), qui est associé respectivement à l'entrée (34) ou à la sortie (35), débouche dans une surface latérale du logement (7), qui est associée à la surface périphérique respective,dans lequel, lorsque la lance de soufflage (1) est introduite dans le logement (7) de la tête de couplage (2), le tube de soufflage (20) est relié par emboítement et d'une manière étanche à un embout tubulaire (6) du logement (7), qui est raccordé à l'alimentation en fluide de soufflage,dans lequel, lorsque la lance de soufflage (1) est insérée dans le logement (7) de la tête de couplage (2), respectivement une chambre (40, 41), notamment une chambre annulaire, est formée dans la zone du raccord (13) pour l'amenée de l'agent réfrigérant et dans la zone du raccord (12) pour l'évacuation de l'agent réfrigérant, etdans lequel les chambres (40, 41) sont disposées d'une manière superposée dans la direction d'insertion de la lance de soufflage (1),que la chambre inférieure (40) est formée par une gorge annulaire (9a) réalisée dans la tête de couplage (2), dans la zone du raccord inférieur (12), etqu'au-dessus et au-dessous de la gorge annulaire (9a) sont insérés, dans des gorges prévues à cet effet, des garnitures d'étanchéité annulaires (10, 11), qui lorsque la lance de soufflage (1) est insérée dans le logement (7) s'appliquent radialement contre respectivement une surface périphérique de la lance de soufflage (1).
- Dispositif de remplacement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée (34) ainsi que la sortie (35) de la chemise de refroidissement (30) débouchent sur une surface périphérique de la lance de soufflage (1).
- Dispositif de remplacement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tête de couplage (2) peut être verrouillée avec la lance de soufflage (1) au moyen d'au moins un crochet (51) fixé sur la tête à pivotement et en ce que le crochet (51) se déplace automatiquement dans sa position de verrouillage au cours du glissement de la lance de soufflage (1) dans le logement (7) de la tête de couplage (2).
