Claims (10)
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung, mit einem Lüfterrad, insbesondere einem Radial-Lüfterrad, einem Brenner und zumindest einem dem Brenner zugeordneten Wärmetauscherrohr, welches das Lüfterrad umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmetauscherrohr (14) in zumindest einem Abschnitt zu einer freikragenden Biegung (16) gekrümmt ist.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmetauscherrohr (14) im Bereich der freikragenden Biegung (16) einen vergrößerten Querschnitt aufweist.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Rohrabschnitte (16a, 16b), welche die freikragende Biegung (16) bilden, in einem spitzen Winkel aufeinandertreffen.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmetauscherrohr im Bereich der freikragenden Biegung (16) einen ovalen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freikragende Biegung (16) durch eine Richtungsänderung im Wärmetauscherrohr (14) um 180° gebildet ist.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freikragende Biegung (16) entfernt von Befestigungsstellen des Wärmetauscherrohres (14) an einer Gehäusewand oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmetauscherrohr (14) um das Lüfterrad (10) entlang des Umrisses einer rechtwinkligen Fläche geführt ist.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freikragende Biegung (16) an der Stelle oder in der Nähe der Stelle eines vollständigen Umlaufs des Wärmetauscherrohrs (14) um das Lüfterrad (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wärmetauscherrohr (14) ein an der Außenseite glattes Rohr ist.
- Verwendung der Wärmetauschereinrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche in einer Vorrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung von Speisen, wobei die Wärmetauschereinrichtung bevorzugt im Garraum der Vorrichtung angeordnet ist.
