Claims (12)
- Küchengerät zum Schneiden von Gut, insbesondere Obst, Gemüse oder Kartoffeln, in Scheiben, mit einer Grundplatte (2), welche zwei sich auf einer Oberseite der Grundplatte befindende Anlaufflächen (4, 6) aufweist, zwischen denen zumindest ein im wesentlichen quer zur Bewegungsrichtung (A) des zu schneidenden Gutes verlaufendes Messer (20) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des zumindest einen Messers (20) ein mit der Grundplatte (2) verbundener Steg (10) vorgesehen ist, an dem das jeweilige Messer (20) gehalten ist. - Küchengerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (20) aus einem Metallband gebildet ist.
- Küchengerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (20) zumindest eine Öffnung (22) aufweist, durch die das Material des Steges (10) greift.
- Küchengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidkante (24, 26) des Messers (20) als Wellenprofil ausgebildet ist.
- Küchengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (20) zwei aneinander in Bewegungsrichtung (A) des zu schneidenden Gutes gegenüberliegende Schneidkanten (24, 26) aufweist.
- Küchengerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bereich (28) des Messers (20) zwischen den Schneidkanten (24, 26) zur Unterseite der Grundplatte (2) abgesenkt ist.
- Küchengerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die mindestens eine Öffnung (22) im abgesenkten Bereich (28) des Messers (20) befindet.
- Küchengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (10) das Messer (20) zumindest teilweise einschließt.
- Küchengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (10) das Messer (20) im abgesenkten Bereich (28) zumindest teilweise einschließt.
- Küchengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (10) zumindest teilweise auf der Oberseite des Messers (20) verlaufend ausgebildet ist.
- Küchengerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teil des Steges (10) der auf der Oberseite des Messers (20) verläuft, entsprechend der/den Schneidkante(n) (24, 26) des Messers (20) konturiert ist.
- Küchengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlaufflächen (4, 6) zumindest in einem Bereich, der sich an das/die Messer (20) anschließt, ein Profil aufweisen, das im wesentlichen der Kontur der Schneidkante(n) (24, 26) entspricht.
