Claims (15)
- Galette zum Fördern, Führen und Erhitzen eines laufenden synthetischen Fadens mit einem rotierenden Galettenmantel (1) und einem ortsfesten rohrförmigen Träger (4), wobei der Galettenmantel (1) topfförmig über den Träger (4) gestülpt ist, und mit einem Strahlungsheizer (6) zum Erhitzen des Galettenmantels (1), wobei der Strahlungsheizer (6) am Umfang des Trägers (4) mit Abstand zu dem Galettenmantel (1) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Strahlungsheizer (6) eine den Träger (4) radial umschlingende Heizspirale (19) mit mehreren Windungen (26) ist, die über ihre Lange (Heizlänge) ungleiche Abstände zwischen benachbarten Windungen aufweist. - Galette nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß

die Heizspirale (19) in einem Schutzrohr (7) eingebettet ist und daß das Schutzrohr (7) wendelförmig auf dem Träger (4) befestigt ist. - Galette nach Anspruch 1,

die Heizspirale (19) ohne Schutzmantel an dem Träger (4) befestigt ist und daß zwischen dem Träger (4) und der Heizspirale (19) eine elektrische Isolierung (20) vorgesehen ist. - Galette zum Fördern, Führen und Erhitzen eines laufenden synthetischen Fadens mit einem rotierenden Galettenmantel (1) und einem ortsfesten rohrförmigen Träger (4), wobei der Galettenmantel (1) topfförmig über den Träger (4) gestülpt ist, und mit einem Strahlungsheizer (6) zum Erhitzen des Galettenmantels (1), wobei der Strahlungsheizer (6) am Umfang des Trägers (4) mit Abstand zu dem Galettenmantel (1) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Strahlungsheizer (6) eine den Träger (4) mit mehreren Windungen (26) radial umschlingende Heizspirale (19) ohne Schutzmantel ist und daß zwischen dem Träger (4) und der Heizspirale (19) eine elektrische Isolierung (20) vorgesehen ist. - Galette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen dem Träger (4) und dem Strahlungsheizer (6) ein Reflektor (17) angeordnet ist. - Galette nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen dem Reflektor (17) und dem Träger ein Wärmedämmung (18) angeordnet ist. - Galette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen dem Träger (4) und dem Strahlungsheizer (6) eine Wärmedämmung (18) angeordnet ist. - Galette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß
ein zusätzlicher Strahlungsheizer (15) gegenüber der Stirnwand (25) des Galettenmantels (1) an dem Träger (4) angebracht ist. - Galette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Heizspirale (19) eine Oberflächentemperatur im Bereich von 500 bis 800° C aufweist. - Galette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere Strahlungsheizer (6.1-6.4) mit jeweils einer Heizspirale (19) hintereinander wendelförmig an dem Träger (4) angeordnet sind und daß die Strahlungsheizer (6.1-6.4) unabhängig voneinander regelbar sind. - Galette zum Fördern, Führen und Erhitzen eines laufenden synthetischen Fadens mit einem rotierenden Galettenmantel (1) und einem ortsfesten rohrförmigen Träger (4), wobei der Galettenmantel (1) topfförmig über den Träger (4) gestülpt ist, und mit einem Strahlungsheizer (6) zum Erhitzen des Galettenmantels (1), wobei der Strahlungsheizer (6) am Umfang des Trägers (4) mit Abstand zu dem Galettenmantel (1) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere Strahlungsheizer (6.1-6.4) mit jeweils einer Heizspirale (19) hintereinander wendelförmig an dem Träger (4) angeordnet sind und daß die Strahlungsheizer (6.1-6.4) unabhängig voneinander regelbar sind. - Galette nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
benachbarte Strahlungsheizer (6.1, 6.2) durch einen Steg (16) voneinander getrennt sind, der an dem Träger (4) be-festigt ist und zum Galettenmantel (1) einen Luftspalt (27) von wenigen Millimetern aufweist. - Galette nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jedem Strahlungsheizer (6.1-6.4) ein Temperaturfühler (21.1-21.4) am Galettenmantel (1) zugeordnet ist und daß der Temperaturfühler (21.1) und der jeweilige Strahlungsheizer (6.1) in einem Regelkreis mit einer Steuereinrichtung (22) eingeschlossen sind. - Galette nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Heizlängen der Heizspiralen (19.1-19.4) unterschiedlich sind. - Galette nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Heizspiralen (19.1, 19.4) der Strahlungsheizer (6.1, 6.4), die an den Enden zum Galettenmantel (1) angeordnet sind, kürzer sind als die Heizspiralen (19.2, 19.3) der Strahlungsheizer (6.2, 6.3), die im mittleren Bereich zum Galettenmantel (1) angeordnet sind.
