Claims (6)
- Beheizte Galette (5) zum Erwärmen synthetischer Fäden, mit einem hohlen, thermisch leitenden, um ein Achse drehbaren Mantel (14), der eine Umfangsfläche zum Aufnehmen mindestens einer Windung eines zu erwärmenden synthetischen Fadens aufweist und in dessen Innerem ein kurzwellige Infrarotstrahlung abgebender, in ein Quarzrohr eingebetteter Strahler parallel zur Drehachse der Galette angeordnet ist, wobei Mittel zum drehbaren Lagern der Galette vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl parallel zueinander und in gleichem Winkelabstand angeordneter kurzwelliger Infrarot-Strahler (11; 12, 12', 12") mit einem Wellenlängen-Maximum zwischen etwa 1 und 2,5 um im Innern des Mantels, der Innenfläche (13) des Mantels zugekehrt und zum Beheizen des Mantels angeordnet sind, wobei die Heizer jeweils mindestens ein in das geschlossene Quarzrohr (10, 10') eingebettetes Heizelement (19) aufweisen.
- Galette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum drehbaren Lagern der Galette (5) eine ortfeste Tragplatte (2) aufweisen, an der die Heizer (11; 12, 12', 12") mit ihrem einen Ende befestigt sind und sich in Längsrichtung parallel zur Drehachse und dicht an dessen Innenfläche (13) in den Mantel (14) erstrecken.
- Galette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizer (11; 12, 12', 12") mit einem Reflexbelag (20) versehen sind, der die Infrarotstrahlung sammelt und auf die Innenfläche (13) des Mantels (14) wirft.
- Galette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Mantel (14) mindestens ein Temperaturfühler (16, 16') angeordnet ist, der mit den Heizern (11; 12, 12', 12") zum Steuern von deren Heizleistung verbunden ist/sind.
- Galette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Mehrzahl von kurzwelligen Heizern (12, 12', 12") aufweist, die so ausgebildet und im Mantel (14) in axialer Richtung der Galette (5) so versetzt angeordnet sind, daß sie diesen in axialer Richtung der Galette (5) versetzten Zonen (17, 17', 17") auf unterschiedliche Temperaturen aufzuheizen gestatten.
- Galette nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Zone (17, 17', 17") des Mantels (14) mindestens ein Temperaturfühler (16, 16') angeordnet ist, der mit den Heizern (12, 12', 12") zum unabhängigen Steuern der Heizleistung in der betreffenden Zone verbunden ist.
