Claims (15)
- Dispositif de connexion d'au moins deux fils conducteurs (17) entourés chacun d'une gaine isolante (18), comprenant un boítier (1), dans lequel est ménagé un passage (2) d'introduction d'une portion d'extrémité des fils gainés, des moyens (3) de réception desdites portions d'extrémité dans le boítier, des moyens (12) agencés pour être introduits dans le boítier transversalement aux gaines, comportant au moins deux fentes (13) pour saisir les gaines des fils et les tirer vers l'intérieur et le fond du boítier et agencés pour coopérer avec les moyens (3) de réception des gaines pour dénuder les fils longitudinalement, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte des moyens d'entretoise (52, 53 ; 56, 57) entre les moyens (3) de réception des fils gainés et les moyens de saisie et de tirage (12) pour maintenir leur écartement supérieur à un seuil de coupe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens d'entretoise (52, 53 ; 56, 57) sont agencés pour que les moyens de saisie et de tirage (12) soient introduits dans le boítier (1) parallèlement aux moyens (3) de réception des fils gainés.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel les moyens d'entretoise (52, 53 ; 56, 57) sont disposés sur les moyens de saisie et de tirage (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les moyens d'entretoise ont été rapportés sur les moyens de saisie et de tirage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les moyens d'entretoise (52, 53 ; 56, 57) ont été réalisés par conformation des moyens de saisie et de tirage (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les moyens d'entretoise (52, 53) ont été réalisés par conformation positive du côté (54) tourné vers les moyens de réception (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les moyens d'entretoise (56, 57) ont été réalisés par conformation négative du côté (56) opposé aux moyens de réception.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le passage d'introduction (2) comporte des moyens (16') de séparation des fils gainés.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les moyens (12) de saisie et de tirages des gaines comportent des moyens (33) de verrouillage sur les moyens de réception (3), les moyens de réception (3) comportent des moyens (7) de verrouillage sur le boítier (1), le fond du boítier est en gradin et présente une surface de butée (20) pour les moyens de saisie et de tirage (12). et ces derniers sont portés par un bouchon (9) comportant une portion terminale (91) s'étendant en-deçà des fentes de saisie et de tirage (13), de section plus grande que l'ouverture de passage du boítier (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel les moyens de réception des portions d'extrémité des fils gainés comportent un linguet (3) pourvu d'une ouverture (4) à bord inférieur arrondi (4').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le bouchon (9) comporte une jupe (91) de section plus grande que le diamètre de l'ouverture du boítier (1) dans leque le bouchon doit être enfoncé, la jupe étant raccordée à un capot (93) par une portion (92) de section inférieure audit diamètre d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel lesdits moyens de réception comportent un linguet (3) pourvu d'une ouverture (4) et lesdits moyens de saisie et de tirage comportent un clip (12 ; 12') pourvu de bossages anti-coupe (52, 53 ; 56, 57).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le linguet (3) est pourvu d'un ergot (7) de verrouillage dans une rainure (6) du boítier (1) et le clip (12) est pourvu d'un ergot (33) de verrouillage agencé pour coopérer avec le bord supérieur de l'ouverture (4) du linguet (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, dans lequel les bossages anti-coupe (52, 53) ont été obtenus par emboutissage du côté (54) du clip (12) tourné vers le linguet (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 et 13, dans lequel les bossages anti-coupe (56, 57) sont formés par les bords d'une rainure (55) obtenue par emboutissage du côté (56) du clip (12') opposé au linguet (3).
