Description
Claims (8)
- Un dériveur de surtension comprenant deux armatures métalliques (3) de raccordement, un empilement de composants électriques (1) s'étendant suivant un axe longitudinal (2) entre les deux armatures, une enveloppe (6) entourant les composants électriques et les armatures de telle sorte à maintenir un contact électrique entre ces composants, l'enveloppe étant moulée sur les composants électriques et les armatures, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe est réalisée à partir d'une matière thermoplastique et en ce que cette enveloppe présente une surface extérieure gaufrée avec des creux (7) et des bosses (8,9), les creux correspondant à des zones de plus faible épaisseur de l'enveloppe susceptibles de se rompre localement sous une pression importante de gaz de sorte à constituer après rupture des ouvertures latérales dans l'enveloppe pour la mise à l'air libre de gaz.
- Le dériveur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque armature métallique (3) comporte une gorge annulaire (4) avec des facettes (4a,4b,4c) dans laquelle prend prise l'enveloppe.
- Le dériveur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel les bosses de la surface extérieure gaufrée de l'enveloppe (6) constituent des nervures longitudinales (8) et radiales (9) par rapport audit axe (2).
- Le dériveur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant un boítier (10) en matière polymère élastomère entourant l'enveloppe, cette matière polymère remplissant les creux (7) de la surface extérieure de l'enveloppe.
- Un procédé de fabrication d'un dériveur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'enveloppe est moulée sur les composants électriques (1) et les armatures métalliques (3) par injection de la matière thermoplastique dans un moule contenant l'empilement de composants électriques (1) entre les deux armatures (3), cet empilement de composants électriques étant soumis à une force de compression (F) exercée suivant ledit axe longitudinal (2) pendant l'injection de la matière thermoplastique.
- Un procédé de fabrication d'un dériveur de surtension selon l'une quelconques des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'enveloppe est moulée sur les composants électriques (1) et les armatures métalliques (3) par compression de la matière thermoplastique dans un moule contenant l'empilement de composants électriques (1) entre les deux armatures (3), cet empilement de composants électriques étant soumis à une force de compression (F) exercée suivant ledit axe longitudinal (2) pendant la compression de la matière thermoplastique.
- Le procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, dans lequel l'empilement de composants électriques (1) entre les deux armatures (3) est préalablement chauffé avant le moulage de la matière thermoplastique sur les composants électriques et les armatures.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel un boítier en matière polymère élastomère (10) est moulé par injection autour de l'enveloppe (6), ladite matière polymère élastomère remplissant les creux (7) de la surface extérieure de l'enveloppe.
