Claims (6)
- Schlitzwandfräse miteinem Fräsrahmen undeinem daran angebrachten Getriebeschild (11),an dessen gegenüberliegenden Schildseiten (12, 12) jeweils mindestens ein Fräsrad (20a, 20b) drehbar angeordnet ist,an welchem über den Umfang verteilt walzenförmige Abtragwerkzeuge (22, 23) drehbar gelagert sind,die bei rotierendem Fräsrad (20a, 20b) eine Fräsradschneidfläche bilden, die im wesentlichen achsparallel zur Drehachse (21) des Fräsrades (20a, 20b) verläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zusätzlich an jedem Fräsrad (20a, 20b) mindestens eine Walze (26) drehbar gelagert ist, deren Walzenachse (27) im wesentlichen radial zur Drehachse (21) des Fräsrades (20a, 20b) gerichtet ist, unddaß eine Mantelfläche der Walze (26) an einer von dem Getriebeschild (11) abgewandten Stirnseite (29) des Fräsrades (20a, 20b) gegenüber dieser in Richtung der Drehachse (21) des Fräsrades (20a, 20b) vorsteht. - Schlitzwandfräse nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Walze (26) mit Abtrageinrichtungen versehen ist. - Schlitzwandfräse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abtragwerkzeuge (22, 23) Rollenmeißel sind. - Schlitzwandfräse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abtragwerkzeuge (22, 23) kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet sind. - Schlitzwandfräse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß insgesamt vier Walzen (26) an einem Fräsrad (20a, 20b) vorgesehen sind, die über das Fräsrad (20a, 20b) in vorgegebenen Winkelabständen verteilt angeordnet sind. - Schlitzwandfräse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß insgesamt vier Fräsräder (20a, 20b) vorgesehen sind, von denen jeweils zwei auf einer Schildseite (12, 13) angeordnet sind.
