Abstract
L'invention concerne une matière colorante présentant un tampon acide ou basique, un modificateur de membrane, un composé colorant et un solvant, la matière colorante étant adaptée à une utilisation dans la préparation d'échantillons de sang ou autres prélevés sur des animaux ou des plantes. La matière colorante peut être utilisée en liaison avec une lame, laquelle est décrite comme étant adaptée pour prélever un liquide dans elle-même par capillarité.
