Claims (9)
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe in Gliederbauart mit mindestens einem Stufenpaket, das ein Saugzwischenstück (6), ein Druckzwischenstück (7), ein Flügelrad (10) und ein Gehäusemantelelement (8) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saug- und das Druckzwischenstück (6,7) als Blechteile geformt und in einem ringförmigen Gehäusemantelelement (8) angeordnet sind.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Saug- und Druckzwischenstück (6,7) in dem Gehäusemantelelement (8) mit radialem Spiel angeordnet und von der Welle (1) her zentriert sind.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Druckzwischenstück (7) ein Lagerbuchsenträger (11) mit einer Zentrierung am äußeren Umfang einer Lagerbuchse (12) angeordnet ist und daß die innere Bohrung des Saugzwischenstücks (6) auf dem Lagerbuchsenträger (11) oder der Lagerbuchse (12) der vorhergehenden Stufe zentriert ist.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Druckzwischenstück (7) der Seitenkanal (16), die Durchtrittsöffnung für das Fördermedium und die gesamte radiale äußere Begrenzung (17) des Förderraumes angeordnet ist und das Saugzwischenstück (6) in seinem mit dem Flügelrad (10) zusammenwirkenden Bereich als ebene Platte ausgebildet ist.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdichtung des Pumpeninneren gegen die umgebende Atmosphäre im Bereich der Stufenpakete in den Gehäusemantelelementen (8,9) angeordnet ist.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saug- und Druckzwischenstücke (6,7) zwischen den Gehäusemantelelementen (8,9) axial fixiert sind.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saug- und das Druckzwischenstück (6,7) in Umfangsrichtung zueinander durch Nut und Feder fixiert sind.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 und 6 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stufenpakete in einem sie umgebenden Topf (32) mit Saug- und Druckstutzen (4,5) angeordnet sind und die Gehäusemantelelemente (8,9) dichtungsfrei ausgebildet sind.
- Seitenkanalkreiselpumpe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäusemantelelemente (8, 9) der Stufenpakete durch die Befestigungselemente (24) des sie umgebenden Topfs (32) zusammengespannt sind.
