Claims (7)
- Machine pour le compactage de matériaux solides caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une paire de cylindres (1,2) creux côte à côte contre-roulants et engagés au moyen des dentures hélicoïdales (10,20) respectives, de manière à comprimer les matériaux (M) alimentés en correspondance de la zone de prise (Z) des dentures (10,20) par effet de la rotation en direction opposée des cylindres (1,2) autour aux axes respectifs (a-a): chacun desdits cylindres (1,2) étant pourvu, en correspondance des gorges (G) délimitées par les dentures (10,20), d'une pluralité de trous passants aptes à délimiter des canaux correspondants (100) à travers lesquels les matériaux en façonnage sont obligés à passer par effet de la compression exercée par les dents (10,20) en prenant la forme de barrette cylindrique (b) de section fondamentalement correspondante à celle de sortie des canaux (100) et orientées vers la cavité (CA) intérne des cylindres (1,2).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le profil extérieur (EG) des gorges (G) des cylindres (1,2) est de forme convexe, avec la convexité tourné vers l'extérieur et, de la même manière, le profil externe (ED) du front des dents (10,20) des cylindres (1,2) est de forme convexe, avec la convexité tourné vers l'extérieur.
- Machine selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les trous (100) de chaque gorge (G) sont disposés de manière que les projections en plan des centres respectifs résultent alignés sur un segment de ligne droite formant un angle (β) prédéterminé par rapport à l'axe de rotation (a-a).
- Machine selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que ledit angle (β) peut être avanteguesement choisi selon la condition que la distance en plan (d) entre les centre des trous (100a, 100b) plus distants entre eux soit égale au diamètre, constant, de la section d'entrée (I) des trous mêmes.
- Machine selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la section d'entrée de chaque canaul (100) est en tronc de cône avec les parois convergentes vers la sortie.
- Machine selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que en position opposée à la station (AM) d'alimentation des matériaux à traiter, un corps fixe (3) est prévu développé orthogonalement aux axes de rotation des cylindres précités (1,2) et avec un'extrémité tournée vers la zone (Z) de prise des dents (10,20), lequel corps (3) présent deux bords (30) convergents vers ladite extrémité, de manière à opérer, pendant la rotation de cylindre (1,2), un' action de rasage, c'est-à-dire de nettoyage, de la surface externe des dents (10,20).
- Machine selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que dans la cavité (CA) de chacun des cylindres (1,2) des moyens sont prévus pour réduire lesdites barrettes (B) en éléments de longueur prédéterminée.
