Claims (5)
- Sensorgesteuerte Garungseinheit, bestehend aus Gargerät, Infrarotsensoreinheit und Kochfeld, wobei ein der sensorgesteuerte Garungseinheit zugeordneter Infrarotsensor kochstellenbezogen leicht erhöht oberhalb des Kochfeldes angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in einer konstruktiven Funktionseinheit integrierte und Infrarotsensordom genannte Infrarotsensoreinheit mittels einer Kondensatfalle vor einem abkondensierenden Wasserfilm geschützt ist.
- Sensorgesteuerte Garungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kondensatfalle eine möglichst großflächige rauhe Innenseite (20) im Kunststoffgehäuse des Infrarotsensordomes ist.
- Sensorgesteuerte Garungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenseite (20) des Infrarotsensordoms scharfkantig ausgeführt ist.
- Sensorgesteuerte Garungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die scharfkantig aufgerauhte Innenseite (20) des Infrarotsensordomes mit einer hygroskopischen Chemikalie behandelt ist.
- Sensorgesteuerte Garungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Kombination zu der aufgerauhten scharfkantigen Innenseite (20) des Infrarotsensordomes oder als alleinige Maßnahme eine hygroskopische Pille (21) im Gehäuse der Infrarotsensoreinheit befindlich ist.
