Claims (1)

  1. Centrifugeuse horizontale pour l'extraction de l'huile de pâtes huileuses, comprenant une carcasse, un bol rotatif monté à l'intérieur de cette dernière et une vis rotative avec un relatif axe central, montée dans le bol, bol et vis tournant à des régimes différents, et comprenant un diaphragme axial 9 délimitant dans la double paroi existante entre la vis et le bol deux chambres d'extraction de l'huile en pêchant respectivement dans les-dites première et deuxième chambres d'extracion; elle comprend également un tuyeau d'aduction de la pâte huileuse à l'intérieur del'axe central de la vis, qui, étant dotée de double paroi pour le soumettre au champ centrifuge généré par la rotation de la vis et du bol, et comprend une sortie pour le résidu solide de cette pâte huileuse. Cette double paroi étant fermée par des têtes d'entrée et de sortie, carctérisée par le fait que ces ouvertures de l'axe central de la vis sont distribuées en deux séries qui mettent en communication ces deux chambres d'extraction avec des chambres respectives 17-18 fournies en série dans l'axe central; le tube d'alimentation étant réglable pour pouvoir le placer aussi bien dans l'une que dans l'autre de ces chambres, faisant ainsi sortir la pâte dans le champ centrifuge de l'une ou de l'autre de ces chambres de séparation. Et que cette tête d'entrée qui possède de perforations 12 de sortie de liquide et que ces buses d'extraction radiale qui sont réglables de façon à ce que telle perforations de la tête d'entrée servent de sortie de l'huile dans le mode à deux phases et de l'eau dans le modes à trois phases. Ces buses radiales dans la seconde chambre d'extraction sont protégées d'un côté et de l'autre dans la direction axiale de la vis par des diaphragmes contre le cumul de résidus solides.
