Abstract

Centrifuga orizzontale comprendente un tamburo (1), una coclea (2, 2a) coassiale al tamburo (1) e collocata al suo interno, due testate di chiusura alle estremità del tamburo (1) e munite di ugelli (4, 5) di uscita dell'olio e dell'acqua/residui solidi rispettivamente, e un tubo di immissione (3) dell'impasto oleoso che termina nel corpo cavo (2a) che forma la coclea (2, 2a).La centrifuga orizzontale è dotata di una pluralità di diaframmi (11, 12, 13) che consentono una separazione quasi perfetta delle colonne di olio e di acqua/residui solidi.Gli ugelli (4) di uscita dell'olio sono regolabili e consentono di mantenere costante l'altezza della colonna di olio nel tamburo (1).Il movimento rotatorio indipendente del tamburo (1) e coclea (2, 2a) avviene tramite un riduttore epicicloidale (7).(FIG. 3)
