Bioconjugués d'imitateurs de mimétiques à faible poids moléculaire de superoxyde-dismutase (S.O.D.) représentés par la formule (I) dans laquelle R, R', R1, R'1, R2, R'2, R3, R'3, R4, R'4, R5, R'5, R6, R'6, R7, R'7, R8, R'8, R9, R'9, X, Y, Z et n sont tels que définis dans la description. Ces substances s'avèrent bénéfiques comme agents thérapeutiques dans le traitement de pathologies inflammatoires et des troubles tels que les lésions ischémiques/de perfusion répétée, les accidents cérébrovasculaires, l'athérosclérose, et dans toutes les autres formes de destructions ou de lésions tissulaires induites par oxydation.
