Definitions
- the invention is based on an electrical Switching device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention as defined in claim 1 the task is based on an electrical switching device specify the side flanks of one Finger basket arranged contact fingers as a result of electrodynamic forces in connection with Can not weld the effects of arcs.
- Such a weldable trained Contact arrangement has the consequence that the drive of the Switchgear designed weaker and thus created cheaper can be. Furthermore, the stability of the advantageously increased contact arrangement according to the invention, so that larger revision intervals are possible, which the Availability of the switching device advantageously increases.
- the mean diameter of the finger basket behaves to the width of the base of the contact finger outgoing slots like about 100: 1.
- the middle one The diameter of the finger basket is related to the length the contact finger such as 1: 3.
- Metal-enclosed gas-insulated switchgear are in the Usually with earthing switches and / or designated as earth electrodes with fast grounding switches called fast earth equipped. The use of these earth electrodes or fast earth electrodes has always proven.
- Fig.1 one is not by one shown drive fast accelerator 1 shown.
- the fast electrode 1 extends along a central axis 2 between the grounded metallic Encapsulation 3 of the gas-insulated switchgear and the im Operation with high voltage active part 4 of the Switchgear.
- the Faster 1 In the left half of Fig.1 is the Faster 1 in the off and in the right half shown in the switched-on state.
- the fast earth 1 has a cylindrical shape, not by one shown, arranged outside the encapsulation 3 Drive driven movable contact tube 5.
- the one Active part 4 facing tip 6 of the contact tube 5 can with erosion-resistant material, for example with tungsten copper, be provided. When switched on, it moves Contact tube 5 along the central axis 2 on a fixed mating contact 7 embedded in the active part 4. Of the Mating contact 7 is cylindrical around the central axis 2 built up.
- the counter contact 7 has a contact pin 8 in the center on that facing the movable contact tube 5 Side with a cylindrical cap be electrically conductive, erosion-resistant material can.
- An annular gap 9 surrounds the contact pin 8, the one for receiving the movable contact tube 5 is provided.
- the annular gap 9 is outward limited by an electrically conductive contact carrier 10.
- the contact carrier 10 is by means of an intermediate piece 10a electrically connected to the active part 4.
- This Contact carrier 10 is on the movable contact tube 5 facing side with a dielectric designed Cover 11 made of electrically conductive, erosion-resistant Made of material.
- In the contact tube 5 facing Side of the contact carrier 10 are resilient, as a contact finger 12 trained contact elements embedded.
- the movable contact tube 5 is tubular, its tip 6 facing the counter contact 7 is shaped that resilient inside the movable contact tube 5 attached contact fingers 13 are dielectrically shielded.
- the contact fingers 12 run on Contact tube 5 and slide on its outer Surface.
- the contact pin 8 has a surface which after switching on the fast earth sensor Contact fingers 13 rest.
- the contact fingers 13 are on their base from a concentric inside the Contact tube 5 fastened bracket 14 held together.
- the bracket 14 and the contact fingers 13 can be made from one Part worked out, but it is also, for example possible that the ends of the individual contact fingers 13 in the bracket 14 are soldered.
- the bracket 14 has in Center a hole 15 that penetrates them, to do so serves, any in the area of the starting arc reduce pressure peaks.
- a hole 15 In the inner wall of the Hole 15 is also a receptacle for a tool incorporated, with the help of this tool, the bracket 14 are screwed concentrically into the contact tube 5.
- the contact tube 5 is on the side of the grounded enclosure 3 guided in a metal sleeve 16, in which spiral contacts 17 are arranged, which for the current transfer from Contact tube 5 are provided on this metal sleeve 16.
- a mechanical overload of the spiral contacts 17 is caused by Guide rings 18 prevented from an insulating material.
- the Metal sleeve 16 is electrically conductive with a Metal flange 19 connected to the flange 20 one in the grounded encapsulation 3 embedded nozzle 21 is pressure-tight and electrically connected. Of the Fast earth drive is pressure-tight with the metal flange 19 screwed so that the opening of the nozzle 21 completely is closed.
- the metal sleeve 16 is on the counter contact 7th facing side dielectric effective by means of a Shield 22 shielded.
- This shield 22 is rigid connected to the metal sleeve 16, which is not connection shown executed electrically insulating is.
- the shield 22 has a in operation Earth potential of the metal sleeve 16 something different, free floating potential. This potential deviation is comparatively low, so the dielectric effectiveness the shield 22 is still fully guaranteed. Because of this free potential deviating from the earth potential can a sensor 23 mounted on the shield 22 for Measuring purposes in the high-voltage switchgear be used.
- the sensor 23 usually has one coaxially formed connection cable 24, which is led out of the encapsulation 3 in a pressure-tight manner.
- the sensor 23 can be used, for example, to determine the De-energization of the active part 4 before switching on the Schnellerders 1 be designed, he can u. a. but also for the detection of the occurrence of partial discharge pulses be used. These are usually both measurements, where it doesn't depend on the precision of the measurement results arrives. However, these measurement results can be advantageous in the control technology of the present metal encapsulated gas-insulated switchgear are processed to make statements about the respective operating state of the switchgear, so that in a simple and inexpensive way an increase in Operational safety and thus the availability of the Switchgear is reached.
- the bracket 14 and the resilient contact fingers 13 molded onto them are here shown in one piece, they can also come from different Parts to be put together.
- the movable contact arrangement of the fast earth electrode 1 the contact fingers 13 in the form of a cylindrical one Finger basket 25 arranged.
- This finger basket 25 is in Inside the contact tube 5 concentric with the central axis 2 attached.
- the finger basket 25 points in the area of the straight Part of the contact fingers 13 an outer diameter and one Inner diameter, the middle lies between these diameters Diameter.
- radially extending Slots 26 worked out, which allow the Spring contact fingers 13 individually and independently of one another.
- these slots 26 initially have one comparatively small width A. Only in the area the tip of the contact finger 13, where it thickens spherically and where they are directed towards the central axis 2 Have contact surfaces 27, the slots 26 have one Width B The width B is significantly larger than that Width A executed.
- the slots 26 with the comparatively very small width A are advantageous by means of a Laser cutting process worked out because conventional Cutting processes require a larger width.
- the slots 26 with the width A have lateral flanks 28. Of the Transition from width A to the larger width B of the Depending on the cutting method used, slots 26 can sharp-edged or gradual.
- the slots 26 with of width B have side flanks 29.
- the average diameter of the finger basket 25 is approximately here chosen a hundred times larger than the width A that of the Base of contact fingers 13 outgoing slots 26, smaller ones However, slot widths are possible.
- the average diameter of the finger basket 25 therefore corresponds to the width A of slots 26 extending from the base of the contact fingers 13 such as 100: 1.
- the average diameter of the finger basket 25 also relates to the length of the contact fingers 13 about 1: 3, with the value not exceeding 1: 2.8 should be.
- the contact fingers 13 are without mechanical Prestress shown.
- the contact surfaces 27 lie there on a cylinder surface whose diameter is smaller than the outside diameter of the one interacting with it Contact pins 8. That is why when the Contact finger 13 taking place on the contact pin 8 Spreading the contact fingers 13 produces the necessary Contact force of the contact fingers 13.
- the finger basket 25 In the finger basket 25 is one cylindrical support sleeve 30 inserted concentrically and with the bracket 14 screwed. The inner sides of the contact fingers 13 rest the support sleeve 30. Between the support sleeve 30 that from a heat-resistant steel, and the inside of the Contact finger 13 can, to avoid undefined Current transitions, a thin temperature-resistant Insulating film can be provided. But it is also possible the support sleeve 30 made of a temperature-resistant plastic to produce, so this additional insulating film can be omitted.
- the Contact fingers 13, however, are only contracted to the extent until the side flanks 28 of the narrower area A the slots 26 touch each other.
- the side flanks 29 of the front wider area B of these slots 26 then do not touch each other and can therefore under the Do not weld the influence of the arc.
- the metallic support sleeve 30 prevents the metallic support sleeve 30 a further contraction of the Contact finger 13, so that their side flanks here too 29 do not touch each other and therefore not with each other can weld. In both versions remains therefore with full certainty the full functionality of the finger basket 25 received.
- the described contact arrangements can, accordingly modified, also in others, for comparatively high ones Inrush currents designed switching devices are used, especially also for circuit breakers, circuit breakers etc.
- the contact arrangements according to the invention are in their applicability also to metal-encapsulated gas-insulated switchgear limited.
- the finger basket 25 instead of in the moving contact also in the to integrate fixed contact. Even if both Contacts of the switching device designed as moving contacts are, the contact arrangements described can be used advantageously. It is also possible Contact arrangements which have finger baskets through a switch-off arc are applied accordingly the finger basket 25 described here so that there too by electrodynamic forces in connection with the thermal effects of a switch-off arc no welding between the side flanks of the Contact fingers can be caused.
