oder um ein Schaltelement sicher betätigen zu können.
So ist zum Beispiel aus der DE 296 04 761 U1 ein
Schriftgutvernichter bekannt, bei dem das Schneidwerk mit
seinem Gehäuse auf einem Untergestell, welches als Standfuß
mit zwei vorderseitig über einen bodenseitigen Mittelschenkel
verbundene L-förmige Streben gestaltet ist, ruht und ein
Schnittgutauffangbehälter von der Gerätevorderseite her unter
das Gehäuse des Schneidwerks in das Untergestell
einschiebbar ist. Im Bodenbereich des Behälters und am
Untergestell sind miteinander in Eingriff bringbare
Zwangsführungselemente angeordnet. Dabei sind im Boden
des Behälters zwei Ausnehmung jeweils in Form einer
Führungsnut vorgesehen, die korrespondierend zu
kufenförmigen Abschnitten, den Führungsteilen des
Standfußes angeordnet sind.
Die Kufen sind nach oben gekröpfte, vom Boden beabstandete
Abschnitte des Standfuß und verlaufen im Wesentlichen über die
gesamte Tiefe des Standfußes. Im vorderen Bereich sind die
Kufen wieder in Richtung Boden abgewinkelt und bilden ein
Auflager.
Der Behälter ist so im Standfuß geführt und gehalten, dass
dessen oberer Rand an der Unterseite des Gehäuses des
Schneidwerkes genau anliegt, mit Ausnahme einer Öffnung im
vorderen, oberen Abschnitt des Behälters, durch die zum
Beispiel eine Zeitung oder anderes nicht zu zerkleinerndes
blattförmiges Material in den Behälter eingeführt werden kann.
Im oberen, inneren Abschnitt des Behälters ist noch ein
rippenartiger Nocken vorgesehen, der mit einem an bzw. in der
Unterseite des Gehäuses angeordneten Sicherheitsschalter in
Wirkverbindung steht.
Durch diese Bauart wird zwar mit verhältnismäßig geringem
technische Aufwand eine gute Betätigung und Wirksamkeit des
Sicherheitsschalters erzielt, jedoch ist zu dessen ständiger
Verfügbarkeit der Umgebungsbereich des Sicherheitsschalters
nach jeder Entleerung des Behälters gründlich von anhaftenden
Schneidpartikeln oder Schneidstaub zu reinigen, da sonst
Blockaden oder Fehlfunktionen des Sicherheitsschalters
eintreten. Die ständig offene Einwurföffnung steht zudem im
Widerspruch zu der ansonsten genauen Anlage des Gehäuses
auf dem Behälter, weil durch diese unverschlossene
Einwurföffnung Schneidstaub und Schneidpartikel in die
Raumluft entweichen können. Zudem erschweren die engen
Platzverhältnisse ein verkantungsfreies, leichtes Einsetzen des
Behälters in das Untergestell nach dessen Entleerung. Zur

Claims (7)
