Description
Claims (7)
- Lamellenrohr-Wärmeaustauscher in Blockbauweise zur Wärmeübertragung zwischen gas-, dampfförmigen oder flüssigen Medien, wobei der Wärmeaustauscher-Block (31) aus mehreren Lamellenrohr-Fertigungsmodulen (20-30) zusammengesetzt ist, zwischen denen durchgehend verlaufende horizontale Trennflächen (13) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch innerhalb der Fertigungsmodule ein oder mehrere durchgehend verlaufende horizontale Trennflächen (13) angeordnet sind, so dass sich reinigungsaktive ununterbrochene Strömungskanäle ausbilden, die vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt verlaufen, wobei wenigstens die Trennflächen innerhalb der Fertigungsmodule beim Zusammenbau der Lamellen entstehen, die hierzu angeformte Abkantungen (13a), Sicken (13b), Ausbuchtungen (13c) oder Kombinationen dieser Anformungen aufweisen.
- Lamellenrohr-Wärmeaustauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennflächen zwischen den Fertigungsmodulen (13) eingelegt sind.
- Lamellenrohr-Wärmeaustauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennflächen zwischen den Fertigungsmodulen beim Zusammenbau der Lamellen enstehen, die hierzu angeformte Abkantungen (13a), Sicken, Ausbuchtungen (13c) oder Kombinationen dieser Anformungen aufweisen.
- Lamellenrohr-Wärmeaustauscher nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserwege (18) zwischen den Trennflächen und/oder trennflächenüberschreitend angeordnet sind und jeder Wasserweg über eine oder mehrere Rohrlagen verfügt.
- Lamellenrohr-Wärmeaustauscher nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe zwischen den Trennflächen im Raster 1 bis 8 Rohrlagen-Höhen entspricht.
- Lamellenrohr-Wärmeaustauscher nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Strömungskanäle bzw. die Höhe zwischen den Trennflächen in Abhängigkeit der Lamellenlänge in Luftrichtung, dem lichten Lamellenabstand und der Luftgeschwindigkeit derart variiert, dass bei einer Lamellenlänge von 100 mm die Höhe zwischen den Trennflächen zwischen 1 und 8 Rohrlagenhöhen beträgt.
- Lamellenrohr-Wärmeaustauscher nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Strömungskanäle bzw. die Höhe zwischen den Trennflächen in Abhängigkeit der Lamellenlänge in Luftrichtung, dem lichten Lamellenabstand und der Luftgeschwindigkeit derart variiert, dass bei einer Lamellenlänge von 1200 mm die Höhe zwischen den Trennflächen zwischen 1 und 4 Rohrlagenhöhen beträgt.
