Claims (4)
- Procédé de montage d'un rail de voie ferrée sur une structure de support (9), le rail (8) étant fixé sur une selle métallique (1) qui repose sur une semelle anti-vibratoire (2), caractérisé en ce que l'on place sous la selle métallique (1) une semelle anti-vibratoire constituée d'un composé ayant une rigidité statique et une rigidité dynamique pratiquement égales, on fixe la selle (1) et la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) sur la structure de support (9) au moyen de dispositifs de serrage élastiques réglables comprenant chacun un ressort (5, 6), et on ajuste les dispositifs de serrage réglables pour appliquer à la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) un effort de précontrainte d'au moins 10 kN environ, la semelle étant mise sous précontrainte de manière que le point de fonctionnement de la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) soit toujours maintenu dans la zone de comportement linéaire de ladite semelle anti-vibratoire sous l'effet d'une charge circulant sur le rail.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajuste les dispositifs de serrage élastiques réglables (5, 6) pour appliquer à la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) un effort de précontrainte égal à environ 30 kN.
- Dispositif de support de rail pour voie ferrée comprenant une selle métallique (1) reposant sur semelle anti-vibratoire (2), des premiers moyens de fixation (4) fixant le rail (8) sur la selle (1) et des seconds moyens de fixation (5, 6) fixant la selle (1) et la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) sur une structure de support (9), caractérisé en ce que la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) est constituée d'un composé ayant une rigidité statique et une rigidité dynamique pratiquement égales, et en ce que les seconds moyens de fixation (5, 6) sont constitués de dispositifs de serrage élastiques réglables comprenant chacun un ressort, les dispositifs de serrage élastiques réglables (5, 6) appliquant à la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) un effort de précontrainte d'au moins 10 kN environ, la semelle étant mise sous précontrainte de manière que le point de fonctionnement de la semelle anti-vibratoire (2) soit toujours maintenu dans la zone de comportement linéaire de ladite semelle anti-vibratoire sous l'effet d'une charge circulant sur le rail.
- Dispositif de support de rail de voie ferrée suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une deuxième semelle anti-vibratoire (3) se trouve disposée entre le rail (8) et la selle métallique (1).
