Claims (5)
- Schutzvorrichtung an Druckmaschinen, mit einer flächenförmigen Schutzabdeckung (10), die um eine Schwenkachse (11) schwenkbar in einem Maschinengestell (G) gelagert ist und ein Zylinderpaar, umfassend einen Gummituchzylinder (1) und einen Plattenzylinder (2), vor Zugriff durch Bedienpersonal abschirmt und nach Abschwenken von dem Zylinderpaar (1, 2) den Zugang zu diesem Zylinderpaar (1, 2) freigibt,
dadurch gekennezeichnet, dassa) für jedes der Zylinderpaare (1, 2; 3, 4) eines Druckturmes mit abwechselnd übereinander angeordneten "U"- und "N"-Brückenelementen je eine eigene Schutzabdeckung (10; 20) vorgesehen ist undb) die Schwenkachsen (11; 21) der Schutzabdeckungen (10; 20) innerhalb des durch den äusseren Umfang der Plattenzylinder (2, 4) begrenzten Bereichs des Druckturms und nahe bei der gedachten Mittellinie zwischen zwei übereinander liegenden Brückenelementen des Druckturms angeordnet sind. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den je einen Gummituchzylinder (1, 3) und einen Plattenzylinder (2, 4) umfassenden Zylinderpaaren von zwei im Druckturm übereinander liegenden Brückenelementen eine Abschirmeinrichtung (30; 45) angeordnet ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmeinrichtung durch eine zwischen zwei übereinander angeordneten Gummituchzylindern lösbar angeordnete Trennfläche (30) gebildet wird.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschirmeinrichtung durch eine Waschvorrichtung (45) gebildet wird.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzabdeckungen (10; 20) an Kurbeln (13) exzentrisch zu den Drehlagerungen der Kurbeln (13) und winkelig zur gedachten Verbindungslinie zwischen den jeweiligen Drehlagerungen der Kurbeln (13) und den Schwenkachsen (11, 21) befestigt sind.
