Abstract

Es wird ein Straßenschuh beschrieben, der zur Unterstützung der Ventilation des Schuhinnenraumes eine miniaturisierte Membranpumpe aufweist.

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Straßenschuh, der ein aktives Pumpelement zur Förderung der Innenschuh-Atmosphäre nach außen aufweist, wobei das Förderelement durch die Belastung bei jedem Schritt aktiviert wird. Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre auf dem Gebiet der Straßenschuhe haben dazu geführt, daß als Obermaterialien zunehmend geklebte Sandwich-Strukturen eingesetzt werden und der Schaftbereich des Schuhs abgepolstert wird, so daß er sich an den Fuß anschmiegt. Ferner werden aufgrund der günstigen Verarbeitungs- und Gebrauchseigenschaften als Sohlenmaterialien Polyurethan-Elastomere eingesetzt. Beide Entwicklungen haben dazu beigetragen, daß die beim Tragen des Schuh gebildete überschüssige Wärme (2 bis 3 Watt) und der Schweiß (beim Gehen ca. 6 g/h) nicht mehr vollständig durch Konvektion über den Schaftbereich (Walkarbeit) bzw. über Diffusion durch Obermaterial und Sohle abgeführt werden können. Dies führt zu einem feuchteren und wärmeren Klima am Fuß, eventuell sogar mit Kondensation, und den Folgeproblemen Blasenbildung, Hautablösung, Geruchsbildung und Hauterkrankungen. Bei erhöhter Feuchte wird außerdem der subjektive Eindruck von heißen Füßen verstärkt.
Die genannten nachteiligen Auswirkungen auf das Klima im Schuh haben dazu geführt, daß die aus orthopädischer Sicht und aufgrund ihrer günstigen Verschleiß-Eigenschaften wünschenswerten Ober- und Sohlenmaterialien beim Straßenschuh nur einen beschränkten Einsatz gefunden haben.
Insbesondere bei Sportschuhen mit weich-elastischem Absatz- und Sohlenmaterial wurde daher bereits vorgeschlagen, eine durch die Absatzkompression beim Laufen betätigte Pumpe zur aktiven Ventilation in den Absatz einzubauen, wobei die Pumpenbetätigung gleichzeitig der Stoßdämpfung beim Laufen dient und ferner die Innenschuh-Atmosphäre nach außen fördert, wobei Wärme und Feuchtigkeit abgeführt werden; siehe insbesondere WO 87/03789, GB 2 247 391, WO 93/07774.
Im Gegensatz zum Sportschuh weisen Straßenschuhe härtere Sohlen- und Absatzmaterialien mit Shore-Härten zwischen 60 und 70 auf, deren Kompression beim Gehen als Hubbewegung für eine eingebaute Pumpe unzureichend ist.
US-A-5 299 368 offenbart ein Straßenschuh mit einer in dem Absatz integrierten Membranpumpe.
Gemäß FR 2 558 044 wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, den Absatz insgesamt als Membranpumpe zu gestalten. Dabei wird der Absatz bei Belastung gegen eine Feder zusammengedrückt und das im Absatz befindliche Luftvolumen ausgestoßen. Bei Entlastung entspannt sich die Feder, das Hohlvolumen des Absatzes vergrößert sich, so daß Luft angesaugt wird. Nachteilig bei diesem Vorschlag ist, daß sich die Fersenauflage bei jedem Schritt in der Entlastungsphase hebt, wodurch ein schlechter Lautkomfort bedingt ist. Der Vorschlag hat daher keinen Eingang in die Technik gefunden.
Die Technik beschreitet vielmehr den anderen Weg, nämlich die Optimierung der Atmungsaktivität des Obermaterials und der Speicherfähigkeit des Einlagenmaterials. Dennoch ist das Fußklima in Schuhen aus modernen, orthopädisch günstigen Materialien unzureichend geblieben.
Erfindungsgemäß wird daher vorgeschlagen, in den Absatz des Schuhs eine vergleichsweise kleine Membranpumpe einzubauen, die den Laufkomfort nicht beeinträchtigt und die aufgrund ihrer Förderkapazität in der Lage ist, die durch das Obermaterial unzureichend gewährleistete Ventilation im Sinne eines optimalen Schuhinnenklimas zu ergänzen, so daß Straßenschuhe mit den orthopädisch gewünschten Sohlen aus Polymeren, insbesondere Polyurethan-Elastomeren, und mit Obermaterialien aus geklebten Sandwich-Strukturen mit abgepolstertem Schaftbereich zur Verfügung gestellt werden können, die ein günstiges Fußklima gewährleisten, ohne daß der Laufkomfort eingeschränkt wird.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Straßenschuh mit einem Absatz einer Shore-Härte von 50 bis 80 und einer in den Absatz integrierten Membranpumpe zur Unterstützung des Feuchtigkeitsaustausches zwischen Schuhinnerem und Umgebung, wobei die horizontale Querschnittsfläche des aus dem Absatz herausragenden Membranpumpenkolbens zwischen 1 und 3 % der horizontalen Absatzquerschnittsfläche beträgt und der Hub des Membrankolbens zwischen 1 und 3 mm beträgt.
Dabei kann die Membranpumpe im Absatz so angeordnet sein, daß der Membranpumpenkolben nach unten (d.h. straßenseitig) aus dem Absatz herausragt oder aber nach oben (zur Ferse hin) aus dem Absatz herausragt. Vorzugsweise ragt der Membranpumpenkolben aus dem Absatz nach oben in den Raum zwischen Sohleninlet und Absatz heraus. Unter Belastung wird der Membranpumpenkolben in das in den Absatz integrierte Pumpengehäuse unter Verringerung des Pumpenhohlraumes derart hineingedrückt, daß er mit der Absatzoberfläche fluchtet.
Aufgrund des geringen Hubes und der geringen Querschnittsfläche des Membranpumpenkolbens wird dieser von dem Schuhträger physiologisch nicht wahrgenommen, so daß der Laufkomfort nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
Vorzugsweise beträgt die horizontale Querschnittsfläche des Pumpenhohlraumes zwischen 3 und 10 % der horizontalen Absatzquerschnittsfläche, insbesondere das 2- bis 5-fache der horizontalen Querschnittsfläche des Membranpumpenkolbens.
Insbesondere bevorzugt soll die Förderkapazität der Membranpumpe zwischen 0,1 und 1 ml Schuhinnenatmosphäre pro Schritt betragen, entsprechend einer Förderung von 0,7 bis 3 g/h Feuchtigkeit beim Gehen.
Als Obermaterial des erfindungsgemäßen Schuhs wird vorzugsweise ein in der Schuhindustrie verfügbares Obermaterial, insbesondere in Form geklebter Sandwich-Strukturen, eingesetzt, dessen Atmungsaktivität ausreicht, um während des Gehens 4 bis 5 g/h Feuchtigkeit zu transportieren. Ein solches Obermaterial weist regelmäßig eine ausreichend hohe Atmungsaktivität auf, um die in Ruhephasen im Schuh erzeugte Feuchtigkeit aufzunehmen und nach außen zu fördern.
Als Sohlen- und Absatzmaterial werden Elastomere, wie Gummi oder PVC, vorzugsweise Polyurethan, eingesetzt, insbesondere Polyurethan-Schaum einer Dichte von 280 bis 800 kg/m3. Dabei werden Absatz und Sohle in an sich bekannter Weise durch Formpressen einer Polyurethan-Reaktivmischung hergestellt, wobei in die Form vor dem Befüllen mit der Reaktivmischung die Membranpumpe mit den entsprechenden Zu- und Ableitungsschläuchen für die zu fördernde Luft eingelegt werden.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend insbesondere hinsichtlich konstruktiver Einzelheiten der Membranpumpe anhand der beigefügten Figuren näher erläutert:

In Figur 1 ist schematisch in Form eines Längstschnittes ein erfindungsgemäßer Straßenschuh 1 mit Absatz 2, Sohle 3 sowie dem Obermaterial 4 dargestellt. In den Absatz 2 ist die Membranpumpe 10 integriert, deren Membranhubkolben 11 nach oben aus dem Absatz herausragt und von dem nicht gezeichneten Sohleninlet abgedeckt wird. Die Membranpumpe 10 saugt vorzugsweise über eine in die Schuhsohle integrierte Leitung 12 Luft aus dem Zehenbereichs des Schuhs an und fördert diese über Leitung 13 am Schaft entlang nach außen.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Schuh gemäß Figur 3 ist die Membranpumpe 10 nach unten in den Absatz 2 integriert, so daß der Membranhubkolben 11 straßenseitig aus dem Absatz herausragt.
Wie aus Figur 5 ersichtlich, kann die erfindungsgemäß einsetzbare Membranpumpe aus lediglich fünf Teilen bestehen, dem Pumpengehäuse 21 mit angeformten Anschlüssen an die Ansaugleitung 12 aus dem Schuhinneren und die Ableitungsleitung 13 über den Schaft; einem in das Gehäuse 21 einlegbaren und über Stifte 16 fixierbaren Gegenstück 22, das gemeinsam mit entsprechenden Ausnehmungen des Gehäuses 21 die Ventilkammern 14 und 15 bildet; einer für beide Ventilkammern 14 und 15 gemeinsamen Dichtscheibe 25, die zwischen Gehäuse 21 und Gegenstück 22 eingelegt ist und unter Belastung gegen am Gehäuseteil 21 bzw. dem Gegenstück 22 angeformte Ventilsitzflächen 17 bzw. 18 abdichtet bzw. den Durchlaß über den Ringkanal 19 bzw. 20 freigibt; die Pumpenmembran 24 mit angeformten Pumpenkolben 11 weist einen umlaufenden Wulst 27 auf, der sowohl gegen das Pumpengehäuse 21 als auch gegen das Gegenstück 22 abdichtet; schließlich der Klemmflansch 23, der gegen einen Wulst 28 des Gehäuses 21 belastet und den Wulst 27 gegen das Gehäuse 21 und das Gegenstück 22 druckt.
Gehäuse 21, Gegenstück 22 und Klemmflansch 23 sind vorzugsweise als Spritzgußteile aus einem Kunststoff, insbesondere Polyoxymethylen, der härter ist als das Sohlenmaterial, gefertigt. Die Ventilmembran 25 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Weichelastomer, insbesondere Silikon oder einem synthetischen Kautschuk, wie SBR. Die Pumpmembran 24 mit angeformten Kolben 11 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomeren (TPE).
Wie Figuren 6 und 7 erläutern, kann im Pumpenhohlraum 26 ferner eine Rückstellfeder 29 vorgesehen sein, die in Form einer Spiralfeder (Figur 6) oder in Form eines angeformten Elastomermaterials (Fig. 7) ausgebildet sein kann.

Claims (6)

  1. Straßenschuh mit einem Absatz einer Shore-Härte von 50 bis 80 und einer in den Absatz integrierten Membranpumpe zur Unterstützung des Feuchtigkeitsaustausches zwischen Schuhinnerem und Umgebung, wobei die horizontale Querschnittsfläche des aus dem Absatz herausragenden Membranpumpenkolbens zwischen 1 und 3 % der horizontalen Absatzquerschnittsfläche beträgt und der Hub des Membrankolbens zwischen 1 und 3 mm beträgt.
  2. Straßenschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die horizontale Querschnittsfläche des Pumpenhohlraumes zwischen 3 und 10 % der horizontalen Absatzquerschnittsfläche beträgt.
  3. Straßenschuh gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei eine Membranpumpe eingesetzt wird, deren Förderkapazität 0,1 bis 1 ml/Hub beträgt.
  4. Straßenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei Absatz und Sohle aus Polyurethan-Schaum einer Dichte zwischen 280 und 800 kg/m3 besteht.
  5. Straßenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Membranpumpenkörper in den Absatz eingeschäumt ist.
  6. Straßenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Membranpumpe aus Polyoxymethylen besteht.
