Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a street shoe that has an active pumping element to promote the liner atmosphere to the outside, wherein the conveyor element is activated by the load at every step. Developments in recent years in the field of street shoes have this led that increasingly used glued sandwich structures as upper materials be and the shaft area of the shoe is padded so that it hugs the foot. Furthermore, due to the favorable processing and Usage properties used as sole materials polyurethane elastomers. Both developments have contributed to that when wearing the shoe excess heat (2 to 3 watts) and sweat (approx. 6 g / h) no longer completely through convection over the shaft area (flexing work) or can be dissipated via diffusion through the upper and sole. This leads to a humid and warmer climate on the foot, possibly even with it Condensation, and the subsequent problems of blistering, skin peeling, odor formation and skin diseases. In the case of increased humidity, the subjective one Impression of hot feet intensified.
The adverse effects on the climate in the shoe mentioned have to do so led that from an orthopedic point of view and because of their favorable wear properties desirable upper and sole materials for street shoes have only found limited use.
93/07774.Especially for sports shoes with soft, elastic heel and sole material
was therefore already suggested, one through the heel compression while running
Installed pump for active ventilation in the paragraph, the
Pump actuation also serves as shock absorption when running and also
promotes the liner atmosphere to the outside, taking warmth and moisture
be dissipated; see in particular WO 87/03789,
In contrast to sports shoes, street shoes have harder sole and heel materials with shore hardness between 60 and 70, their compression when walking as a lifting movement for an installed pump is insufficient.
US-A-5 299 368 offenbart ein Straßenschuh mit einer in dem Absatz integrierten Membranpumpe.US-A-5 299 368 discloses a street shoe with a membrane pump integrated in the heel.
According to
Rather, technology is taking the other path, namely the optimization of Breathability of the upper material and the storage capacity of the insert material. Nevertheless, the foot climate in shoes made from modern, orthopedic cheap materials remained inadequate.
According to the invention, it is therefore proposed to have a in the heel of the shoe to install a comparatively small diaphragm pump, which does not improve the running comfort impaired and which is able due to its funding capacity by the Upper material insufficiently guaranteed ventilation in the sense of an optimal To supplement indoor shoe climates so that street shoes with the orthopedically desired Soles made of polymers, especially polyurethane elastomers, and with Upper materials made of glued sandwich structures with padded shaft area can be provided that have a favorable foot climate ensure without reducing comfort.
The present invention relates to a street shoe with a heel a Shore hardness of 50 to 80 and a membrane pump integrated in the heel to support the exchange of moisture between the inside of the shoe and environment, with the horizontal cross-sectional area of that from paragraph outstanding diaphragm pump piston between 1 and 3% of the horizontal Cross-sectional area and the stroke of the diaphragm piston between 1 and is 3 mm.
The diaphragm pump can be arranged in the paragraph so that the Diaphragm pump piston protrudes downwards (i.e. on the street side) from the heel or protrudes upwards (towards the heel) from the heel. Preferably protrudes the diaphragm pump piston from the heel up into the space between Sole insert and heel out. The diaphragm pump piston is under load in the pump housing integrated in the paragraph while reducing the pump cavity pressed in so that it is flush with the heel surface.
Due to the small stroke and the small cross-sectional area of the diaphragm pump piston if this is not physiologically perceived by the shoe wearer, so that the running comfort is not impaired.
The horizontal cross-sectional area of the pump cavity is preferably between 3 and 10% of the horizontal sales cross-sectional area, especially that 2 to 5 times the horizontal cross-sectional area of the diaphragm pump piston.
The delivery capacity of the diaphragm pump should particularly preferably be between 0.1 and 1 ml of shoe inner atmosphere per step, corresponding to one Promotion of 0.7 to 3 g / h moisture when walking.
The upper material of the shoe according to the invention is preferably an in Shoe industry available upper, especially in the form of glued Sandwich structures, used, the breathability of which is sufficient during of walking to transport 4 to 5 g / h of moisture. Such an upper regularly has a sufficiently high level of breathability in order to be able to rest during periods of rest absorb moisture generated in the shoe and convey it to the outside.
Elastomers, such as rubber or PVC, preferably polyurethane, are used as the sole and heel material, in particular polyurethane foam with a density of 280 to 800 kg / m 3 . The heel and sole are produced in a manner known per se by compression molding a reactive polyurethane mixture, the membrane pump with the corresponding supply and discharge hoses for the air to be conveyed being inserted into the mold before filling with the reactive mixture.
