Abstract
Description
Normalerweise baut sich ein solcher Papierrest nur an einem Anschlag auf. Dadurch kommt die Signatur schräg zum Anschlag und wird dann auch schräg gefalzt. Bleiben größere Papierreste an mehreren Anschlägen hängen, führt dies zu Stopfern und somit zu längeren Produktionsstillstandszeiten.
Eine Schnipselbeseitigung durch gleichzeitiges Abheben aller Anschläge ist während der Produktion nicht möglich, da das Falzprodukt über die Anschlaglinie hinaus gelangt und die Anschläge dann nicht mehr zurückgestellt werden können.
Darüberhinaus ist es möglich, gleichzeitig alle Anschläge mit den Druckprodukten außer Eingriff zu bringen. Dadurch ist ausreichend Platz für solche Produktionsarten gegeben, die keinen dritten Falz erhalten, sondern die nach dem Durchlaufen der Längsfalzelnrichtung einer weiteren Bearbeitung zugefuhrt werden.

Erste Anschlüsse 41 der Arbeitszylinder 28 für die übrigen Anschläge 17, 19; 22, 24 sind mittels einer Rohrleitung 42 verbunden und zweite Anschlüsse 43 der Arbeitszylinder 28 sind mit einer Rohrleitung 44 verbunden.
Die Rohrleitungen 42, 44 entsprechen ebenfalls jeweils gesonderten Steuerbefehlen. Die Rohrleitungen 37, 39, 42 und 44 der Arbeitszylinder 28 sind mit einem nicht dargestellten Druckluftspeicher und einer dazugehörigen bekannten Steuerung verbunden.
Die unteren Kanten 51 können dabei manuell oder mittels Bürsten, rotierbarer Bürstenwalzen oder Luftdüsen gesäubert werden.

Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Verhindern von Produktionsstörungen in einer Einrichtung (1) zur Weiterverarbeitung von Druckprodukt (10), wie Signaturen, einzelne Bogen oder dgl., wobei die Druckprodukte (10) auf einer Falztischplatte (6, 7) bewegt und schließlich jeweils von Aufprallflächen (26) aufweisenden Anschlägen (16 bis 25) angehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar vor den Anschlägen (16 bis 25) angesammelte lose Teile, z. B. von Druckprodukten (10) selbst stammende, während des Betriebes dadurch entfernt werden, daß die als Sperre wirkenden Anschläge (16 bis 25) zwischen einem Raum vor und hinter den Anschlägen (16 bis 25) so entfernt werden, daß beide Räume in Verbindung stehen.
- Vorrichtung zum Verhindern von Produktionsstörungen in einer Einrichtung (1) zur Weiterverarbeitung von Druckprodukten (10), wie Signaturen, einzelne Bogen oder dgl., wobei die Druckprodukte (10) auf einer Falztischplatte (6, 7) bewegt und schließlich jeweils von Aufprallflächen (26) aufweisenden Anschlägen (16 bis 25) angehalten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (16 bis 25) einzeln oder in Gruppen (17, 19, 22, 24; 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25) in bezug auf die Falztischplatte (6, 7) vertikal bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Reinigungsvorrichtung im Bereich der Falztischplatte (6, 7) vorgesehen ist, die jeweils auf die Aufprallfläche (26) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckprodukte (10) mittels voneinander beabstandeter, parallel zueinander wirkender Transportmittel (12, 13) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (16 bis 25) senkrecht zur Bewegungsrichtung (C) der Druckprodukte (10) hin- und herbewegbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (16 bis 25) um eine Schwenkachse (61) schwenkbar angeordnet sind, daß die Schwenkachse (61) achsparallel zur z-Achse (62) eines räumlichen Koordinatensystems (60, 62, 66) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (16 bis 25) um einzelne Schwenkachsen (63; 64) schwenkbar angeordnet sind, daß die Schwenkachsen (63; 64) jeweils achsparallel zur x-Achse (66) eines räumlichen Koordinatensystems (60, 62, 66) verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung jeweils oberhalb, innerhalb oder unterhalb der Falztischplatte (6, 7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung jeweils als gegen die Aufprallfläche (26) der Anschläge (16 bis 25) wirkendes Abstreifermesser (48; 59) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung jeweils aus einer gegen die Aufprallfläche (26) der Anschläge (16 bis 25) wirkenden Bürste besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bürste rotierbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung jeweils aus einer Luftdüse besteht, daß ein an- und abschaltbarer Luftstrom der Luftdüse gegen die Aufprallfläche (26) gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Anschlag (16 bis 25) ein Linearantrieb (27; 28) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Gruppe von Anschlägen (17, 19, 22, 24; 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25) zumindest ein Linearantrieb (27; 28) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb (28) aus einer pneumatischen Kolben-Zylindereinheit (27; 28) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb (27; 28) aus einem elektrischen Stellmotor besteht.
