Description
Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftrennen von Baustahlmatten oder dergleichen, die aus kreuzweise miteinander verschweißten Stäben bestehen, gekennzeichnet durch ein an wenigstens einem Kreuzungspunkt (16) auf einen Stab (12) aufsetzbares Stützorgan (24) und ein gegen dessen Stützrichtung (30) verschiebbares und auf den kreuzenden Stab (14) aufsetzbares Druckorgan (26).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckorgan (26) über einen Hebelmechanismus (56) an dem Stützorgan (24) angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckorgan (26) mit einem Kolben (78) verbunden ist, der in einem am Stützorgan (24) angebrachten Hydraulikzylinder (80) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikzylinder (80) Teil einer Handpumpe (82) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum gleichzeitigen Auftrennen einer Reihe von Kreuzungspunkten (16) mehrere Stützorgane (24) in Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind, denen eine entsprechende Reihe hydraulisch betätigter Druckorgane (26) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckorgane (26) an einem gemeinsamen Hydraulikzylinder (80') angeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß das Druckorgan (26) über ein Zahngetriebe (68, 70) relativ zu dem Stützorgan (24) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckorgan (26) aus einem U-förmigen Klotz (32) besteht, der mit seinen beiden Schenkeln (34) einen Stab (12) übergreift, auf dem kreuzenden Stab (14) aufsetzbar und zwischen zwei zueinander parallelen Wangen (36) des Stützorgans (24) gelagert ist, zwischen denen der kreuzende Stab (14) parallel verlaufend aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die parallelen Wangen (36) des Stützorgans (24) jeweils ein einseitig offener Einführschlitz (42) für die Aufnahme des einen Stabes (12) eingearbeitet ist, wobei zwischen den Wangen (36) der U-förmige Klotz (32) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Ende des Druckorgans (26) und an den Wangen (36) des Stützorgans (24) Mittel (52) zur auswechselbaren Befestigung von Messern (50, 54) zum Keilschneiden eines Stabes (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Wangen (36) des Stützorgans (24) zwei auf einer Schwenkachse (76) gelagerte Zangenarme sind, wobei die Schwenkachse (76) den U-förmigen Klotz (32) aufnimmt.
