Definitions

  • the invention relates to footwear, which at least one Is part of a shoe, consisting of a shaft that at least an outer layer and the outer layer from the inside lining, a waterproof and water vapor permeable Has lining containing functional layer, a first closing the inside of the footwear down Insole, a second insole and one to the second Insole glued to outsole, with the lower end of the feed turned inside and on the second Insole arranged and connected to this waterproof is, and wherein the second insole is a circumferential Has outer edge, the outer edge one of the contour of the lower End region of the outer layer has a corresponding contour and and with the lower end portion of the outer layer connected is.
  • Such footwear in a sticky embodiment is known from DE-OS 40 07 962.
  • Footwear is assumed to be the second insole itself is designed to be watertight in that it is on the lining side also a waterproof and water vapor permeable Has layer, and that the lining layer for The outer layer towards the waterproof water vapor permeable Has functional layer.
  • An application of the well-known construction to other designs, such as strobed Footwear (footwear in which the second insole with the outer layer using a sewing machine from the company Strobel is sewn) or flexible footwear (outer layer is turned outwards in the lower area and sewn with an insole in the envelope area) is practical not possible,
  • DE-OS 40 07 962 can when gluing the second insole to the functional layer of the feed can not be ensured that the Glue a waterproof connection over the entire surface is produced between the lining and the second insole. To that extent can easily between the feed and the water penetrate second insole.
  • the functional layer heavily burdened when using the footwear what often for crack formation in the functional layer or for breaking open of the adhesive in the connection area between the functional layer and second insole leads, which allows water to flow freely can penetrate inside the shoe.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide footwear type mentioned at the beginning with glued outsole available to ask what at least improved properties in terms of water resistance compared to the previously known Footwear with glued sole. It is still Object of the present invention, a footwear with glued To provide outsole which is independent The design ensures improved water resistance.
  • This task is in a footwear, which at least comprises part of a shoe, consisting of a shaft, the at least one outer layer and the the outer layer of inside lining, a waterproof and water vapor permeable Has lining containing functional layer, one first, closing the inside of the footwear down Insole, a second insole and one to the second insole glued to outsole, the lower one End area of the lining turned over and on the second insole and waterproof with it is connected, and wherein the second insole is a has circumferential outer edge, the outer edge of the second Insole one of the contour of the lower end of the Outer layer has the appropriate contour and with the lower End area of the outer layer is connected, solved in that the second insole is cut out such that it has a circumferential inner edge has and thus a strip between the outer edge and Inner edge forms the lining down around a lower one End region is longer than the outer layer that the lower folded end of the lining a first Section that rests on the second insole, and has a second section, which the inner edge
  • the waterproof connection between the first section of the lower folded end region of the lining with the second insole preferably over an adhesive.
  • the footwear according to the invention is characterized in particular by this from that the waterproof connection of the second Section of the lower folded end of the Lining with the first insole over one from the outsole side applied sealing compound is done.
  • the sealant Is glue.
  • The are suitable for the production of Shoes commonly used glue excellent. This are characterized by good strength properties, so a sweep of the transition from the second section of the lower folded end of the lining to the first Insole with the glue is practically enough to get one watertight connection of sufficient strength between the waterproof water vapor permeable functional layer and to reach the first insole.
  • the Strength of the adhesive layer by adding threads, in particular of textile fabrics such as fleeces, fabrics or knitted fabrics can be improved, the threads or textile Flat structures preferably consist of monofilaments.
  • Adhesive tape strips with a hot melt adhesive for example on a polyurethane basis, are coated best for. These can be opened easily iron the designated areas.
  • the first insole within the folded end area of the lining is arranged and with the folded end area of the feed has a common level, and that a between the folded end area of the feed and the Outer edge of the first insole existing gap from the Sealant is filled and covered.
  • the Sealant penetrates the sealant into the gap between the feed and first insole, so that here too it is guaranteed that the cut edge of the folded end of the feed and the outer edge of the insole securely into the sealant is embedded so that there is a good seal.
  • the first insole with the second section preferably with a strobe seam is sewn. With this seam too Recommended to use monofilaments.
  • first insole in the footwear according to the invention the folded end area of the feed and the covers the first and the second section.
  • the tightness between insole and lining can be particularly can easily be guaranteed via the sealing compound.
  • the space between the first insole and outsole filling ball layer is arranged, the has an outer edge which within the inner edge of the second insole runs and the transition between the second Section of the lower folded end of the Lining for the first insole.
  • This ball out can easily be made from the same material be like the first or the second insole.
  • the ball-out layer but is preferably made of a waterproof plastic material manufactured.
  • the Ball layer with the second section of the bottom folded over End area of the feed and / or with the first Insole is connected waterproof.
  • the Ball layer not only to improve the comfort of the Wearer but also to increase the tightness since they the tight connection between the second section of the lower one turned over end area of the feed and the first Insole supports and, in the case where the ball layer with the second section and the first Insole is also connected to the strength of the joint contributes.
  • the footwear according to the invention may be advantageous if at least the adjacent sections in the joint area the strip of the second insole over one Bracket are connected.
  • the easiest way to do this Traps are made using threads, especially monofilaments.
  • the holder can also be a woven, a knitted or a Be fleece. Here too, the use of monofilaments well proven.
  • the holder should preferably be designed in this way be that in the case of gluing the outsole with the first insole, if necessary over the ball layer, the glue connecting the outsole is good for the bracket can penetrate. In this respect, open fabrics or knitted fabrics have well proven.
  • the footwear according to the invention can be used for both sticky people Shoes as well as shoes where the second Insole is sewn onto the outer layer (strobed), deploy.
  • the invention has proven particularly useful Footwear for flex-type shoes, in which the lower End region of the outer layer has turned over to the outside, and the folded part of the outer layer at least approximately arranged parallel to the direction of extension of the outsole and is sewn to the second insole.
  • These shoes are characterized by high wearing comfort because they stand out behave particularly flexibly with regard to rolling.
  • Comfortable shoes however, have so far not had a reputation to be particularly dense. Through the footwear according to the invention however, this disadvantage is effectively reduced in most Cases even completely avoided.
  • the shaft is made of an outer layer 1 and a lining 2 lining the outer layer from the inside.
  • the lining 2 consists of the actual lining material and a water vapor permeable waterproof functional layer (not shown). If necessary, the functional layer on the side facing away from the lining layer have another textile layer. Usually are the textile layers on the functional layer at least glued on at points, which is why the entire lining 2 as Laminate can be called.
  • the lower end region 1 'of the outer layer 1 turned outward, extends in the direction of the sole material and lies in a parallel arrangement on the second insole 4 and is over the seam 5 with this sewn.
  • the feed according to Figures 1 and 3 is in its lower End area turned inwards and around a first insole 3.
  • a first section 2 'of the lower end region of the lining 2 rests on the second insole 4 and is glued waterproof to the second insole 4, which is cut out so that it is a self-contained Stripes form, as can be clearly seen in Figure 2.
  • a second section 2 '' of the lower end region of the Lining overlaps the area 4 'of the second insole 4 and ends in the inner edge or cut edge 2 "'.
  • the second Section 2 ′′ is with the first via the sealing compound 7 Insole 3 connected waterproof, the sealant Cutting edge 2 '' 'securely embraced.
  • the sealant 7 is not shown in Figure 2.
  • To the second insole 4 is glued to an outsole 6, which in Figure 2 is not shown to better the internal structure of the To be able to represent footwear.
  • FIG. 3 also shows a ball-out layer 9, with the lower section 2 '' of the lower end region of the feed is glued.
  • the Ausball Mrs 9 can also the first insole 3 in the interior, that is in the area which is not covered by the lower end area of the lining 2, be glued.
  • the footwear shown in Figure 2 is in the joint area reinforced by a grid 10, which is preferred is made from monofilaments.
  • This grid is on the second insole 4 sewn in the area of the inner edge.
  • FIG 5 is another partial section of an inventive Footwear shown.
  • the first insole arranged within the folded end region of the feed and points with the folded end region (2 'and 2 '') of the lining 2 a common lying towards the foot side Level on, so that an inner flat surface is formed.
  • the Area 11 is the first insole 3 on the second section 2 '' of the lower folded end of the lining 2 stroked on.
