Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for taking along shaft doors in elevators, an electromagnet being provided on a car door of the elevator actuated by a door drive, which electromagnet interacts with a coupling part arranged on a landing door of the elevator when the elevator car is held on a floor.
- French patent no. 867592 discloses a device for taking along a shaft door of an elevator, which has a two-pole electromagnet arranged on the car door.
- a coupling part in the form of a magnet armature which is easily displaceable perpendicularly thereto, is fastened to the shaft door.
- the electromagnet When the vehicle is stopped on a floor, the electromagnet is excited, the magnetic armature being moved slightly against the poles of the electromagnet due to the magnetic flux that occurs, and the cabin door, which can be actuated by a door drive, can take the shaft door with it.
- the magnetic armature is guided in a groove running in the direction of travel and is provided on the shaft door and is held in a central position by means of two tension springs.
- This arrangement is intended to make it possible for the doors to be opened in a drive-in zone while entering a floor.
- the correspondingly long magnet armature moves in the vertical groove of the shaft door against the force of one tension spring while relieving the other until the floor level is reached. After the doors have been closed and the electromagnet has been de-energized, the magnetic armature returns to the central position under the action of the two tension springs.
- the electromagnet In the device described above, the electromagnet must generate a strong magnetic field for reasons of safe entrainment of the shaft door and must be fastened to the cabin door in such a way that only a relatively small gap between the electromagnet and that arranged on the shaft door Magnetic armature is present. If dynamic tolerances, such as car movements and static tolerances, such as building displacements, occur, when the elevator cars drive past a floor, collisions can occur between the electromagnet or a cover that may be provided with a shaft door sill. These collisions can lead to malfunctions in elevator operation and damage to the device. Since in this device the entrainment only takes place by force-locking, a strong magnetic field is required, so that sudden loads on the shaft doors can occur when the electromagnet is excited. Furthermore, due to the tolerances that occur, an optimal, constant air gap between the electromagnet and the magnet armature cannot be maintained.
- the invention has for its object to propose a device of the type mentioned, in which the aforementioned disadvantages are avoided.
- the electromagnet is preferably attached to a driver connected to the cabin door.
- the driver is moved in a direction perpendicular to the cabin or shaft door until a certain air gap is reached between the electromagnet and the coupling part attached to the shaft door, after which the electromagnet engages the driver with the coupling part.
- the advantages achieved with the invention can be seen in the fact that the driver can be placed in a rest position in such a way that it does not protrude into the passage gap between the shaft and car door sill, so that collisions with the shaft door sills are avoided while the elevator car is in motion.
- the device according to the invention is designed in such a way that the passage gap corresponds to the respective Conditions of an elevator system can be optimally adapted.
- the proposed distance measurement ensures that the same optimal air gap for the electromagnet is always achieved despite possible tolerances between the shaft and the cabin door.
- the teeth of the driver and the coupling part achieve a positive coupling supported by the non-positive electromagnet, without pressure forces being transmitted to the shaft door.
- the device according to the invention enables the closed car door and the door drive usually arranged above it to be freely accessible via the shaft door that can be unlocked in any position, without carrying out the otherwise necessary method for decoupling the shaft and car door.
- FIG. 1 denotes an elevator car, which has a car door 2 actuated by a door drive, not shown, which is guided on its lower edge on a car door sill 3.
- a shaft door 4 is guided at its lower edge on a shaft door sill 5, which is connected to a door frame 6 inserted into a wall 7 of an elevator shaft.
- a driver 8 is arranged on the cabin door 2 and can be brought into engagement with a coupling part 9 fastened to the shaft door 4, as explained in more detail below in the functional description, in order to take the shaft door 4 with it.
- the driver 8 and the coupling part 9 which are described in more detail below with reference to FIGS.
- the width of the passage gap DS can be dimensioned independently of driver 8 and coupling part 9.
- the driver 8 has vertically extending toothings 10, which are arranged on both sides of an electromagnet 11 attached to the driver 8.
- the toothing 10 can, for example, a thread-like profile have, while the electromagnet 11 is equipped, for example, with a U-shaped or E-shaped core.
- guides 12 are provided which are firmly connected to a base plate 13.
- the guides 12 consist, for example, of U-profiles, into which guide rollers 14 attached to the driver 8 engage.
- the base plate 13 is connected to the car door 2 via damping bodies 15 (for example in the form of vibrating metal) by means of screws 16 and rivet nuts 18 which are fastened to a door reinforcement 17.
- damping bodies 15 for example in the form of vibrating metal
- the sensors 19, 20 serve to measure the distance between the driver 8 and the coupling part 9.
- sensors can be used as sensors, for example, which operate according to the capacitive detection principle and which emit a signal when a certain one Distance is reached.
- a lever arrangement 21 for the displacement of the driver 8 consists of first and second levers 22, 23, which are provided in the region of the upper and lower ends of the driver 8.
- the first levers 22 are connected in an articulated manner to the base plate 13 via supports 24, while the second levers 23 are articulated on the driver 8.
- the free ends of the levers 22, 23 are rotatably connected to one another via a hinge pin 25, the hinge pins 25 of the levers 22, 23 arranged in the region of the upper and lower ends of the driver 8 being connected to one another via a connecting rod 26.
- a push rod 28 of a drive 27 is rotatably mounted, which is articulated to the base plate 13 via a support 29.
- the drive 27 can have, for example, a servo motor with adjustable speed, the push rod 28 being linearly displaceable by a rack connected to it.
- the coupling part 9 has a vertically extending toothing 30 which corresponds in shape to the toothing 10 of the driver 8.
- the material of the toothings 10, 30 is coordinated with one another in such a way that only minimal friction occurs during a possible relative movement between the driver 8 and the coupling part 9 and the two parts slide into one another practically without wear.
- the toothing 30 of the coupling part 9 is interrupted in the area of the electromagnet 11.
- the coupling part 9 is wider in the horizontal direction than the driver 8.
- the coupling part 9 and its toothing 30 are longer than the driver 8, so that even with different car loads and the resulting displacement of cabin and shaft door 2.4 a safe coupling and taking the shaft door4 is guaranteed.
- 40 denotes a cabin door consisting, for example, of two door leaves 41, 42, which are guided on a running rail 46 by means of carriages 43, 44 and rollers 45.
- the drivers 8 can, for example, in a position A in the area of the carriages 43, 44, in a position B on the door leaves 41, 42 at the level of the center of gravity S, or in a position C in the area of a cabin door sill 47 with the door leaves 41, 42 firmly connected holders 48 are attached. With the arrangement of the driver 8 in position B, loads on the door leaves 41, 42 by moments can be avoided.
- the shaft door 50 consists, for example, of two door leaves 51, 52 which are guided on a running rail 56 by means of carriages 53, 54 and rollers 55.
- the coupling parts 9 can, for example, in a position D in the area of the carriages 53, 54, in a position E on the door leaves 51, 52 at the level of the center of gravity S, or in a position F in Area below a shaft door sill 57 to be arranged on holders 58 which are firmly connected to the door leaves 51, 52.

- the sensor 19 attached to the driver 8 reacts, whereupon the speed of the drive 27 and thus also of the driver 8 is reduced to a certain minimum (FIGS. 6, d, g, time II). .
- the driver 8 now moves at this reduced (also known as creep speed) speed until a certain air gap LS necessary for the function of the electromagnet 11 is reached between the driver 8 and the coupling part 9 and the toothings 10, 30 overlap (Fig. 2,3, dash-dotted lines lever arrangement 21, dashed lines driver 8).
- the sensor 20 reacts, the drive 27 of the lever arrangement 21 being switched off and the electromagnet 11 being excited, so that the driver 8 and the coupling part 9 with their toothings 10, 30 finally come into engagement and bear against one another under the action of the electromagnet 11 be held (Fig. 6, c, f, a, time III).
- the cabin and shaft doors 2, 4 are opened by the door drive until the open position is reached (FIG. 6, m, n, time IV).
- the car and shaft doors 2, 4 are closed again together (FIG. 6, n, m, times V, VI).
- the electromagnet 11 is then de-energized, the magnetic field disappears and the drive 27 moves the driver 8 in the opposite direction back into the rest position on the car door 2 by means of the lever arrangement 21 and is switched off (FIG. 6, b, e, i, times VI, VII).

- the drive 27 is activated again before the stop position is finally reached, the processes described above taking place and the toothings 10, 30 sliding into one another until the elevator car 1 stops.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for taking along shaft doors in elevators, an electromagnet being provided on a car door of the elevator actuated by a door drive, which electromagnet interacts with a coupling part arranged on a landing door of the elevator when the elevator car is held on a floor.
French patent no. 867592 discloses a device for taking along a shaft door of an elevator, which has a two-pole electromagnet arranged on the car door. A coupling part in the form of a magnet armature, which is easily displaceable perpendicularly thereto, is fastened to the shaft door. When the vehicle is stopped on a floor, the electromagnet is excited, the magnetic armature being moved slightly against the poles of the electromagnet due to the magnetic flux that occurs, and the cabin door, which can be actuated by a door drive, can take the shaft door with it. In a further embodiment, the magnetic armature is guided in a groove running in the direction of travel and is provided on the shaft door and is held in a central position by means of two tension springs. This arrangement is intended to make it possible for the doors to be opened in a drive-in zone while entering a floor. The correspondingly long magnet armature moves in the vertical groove of the shaft door against the force of one tension spring while relieving the other until the floor level is reached. After the doors have been closed and the electromagnet has been de-energized, the magnetic armature returns to the central position under the action of the two tension springs.
In the device described above, the electromagnet must generate a strong magnetic field for reasons of safe entrainment of the shaft door and must be fastened to the cabin door in such a way that only a relatively small gap between the electromagnet and that arranged on the shaft door Magnetic armature is present.
The invention has for its object to propose a device of the type mentioned, in which the aforementioned disadvantages are avoided.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in
The advantages achieved with the invention can be seen in the fact that the driver can be placed in a rest position in such a way that it does not protrude into the passage gap between the shaft and car door sill, so that collisions with the shaft door sills are avoided while the elevator car is in motion. The device according to the invention is designed in such a way that the passage gap corresponds to the respective Conditions of an elevator system can be optimally adapted. The proposed distance measurement ensures that the same optimal air gap for the electromagnet is always achieved despite possible tolerances between the shaft and the cabin door. The teeth of the driver and the coupling part achieve a positive coupling supported by the non-positive electromagnet, without pressure forces being transmitted to the shaft door. With the vertically running toothing it is further achieved that with different loading conditions of the elevator car and the resulting different positions of the car and shaft door, these positions are fixed during the coupling process and maintained during the door movement. Another advantage is the fact that the distance between the driver and the coupling part can be determined in such a way that the shaft door can be opened regardless of the position of the cabin door via the prescribed emergency release. The device according to the invention enables the closed car door and the door drive usually arranged above it to be freely accessible via the shaft door that can be unlocked in any position, without carrying out the otherwise necessary method for decoupling the shaft and car door.

In FIG. 1, 1 denotes an elevator car, which has a
According to FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
In FIG. 4, 40 denotes a cabin door consisting, for example, of two door leaves 41, 42, which are guided on a running

When stopping on one floor, the
Now the cabin and
