Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Schutzschichten einheitlicher Farbtönung durch Beizen auf gewalzten Flacherzeugnissen aus Titanzink, in der Form von Bändern, Blechen oder Streifen zur Verwendung im Bauwesen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flacherzeugnisse in einem Beizbad mit Schwefelsäure und Salpetersäure enthaltender Mischsäure gebeizt und nach dem Spülen durch Auftragen von chromathaltigem Polymeren unter Bildung einer Schutzschicht passiviert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischsäure 2 bis 10 Vol.-% Schwefelsäure und 2 bis 10 Vol.% Salpetersäure enthält, wobei das Mischungsverhältnis von Schwefelsäure zu Salpetersäure < 3 ist und der Gehalt an freier Säure 25 bis 100 g/l beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüche 1 und 2 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beizbad 25 bis 80 g/l Zink-Ionen enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das chromhaltige Polymere aus einer Mischung von 65 bis 98 % Polymerem und 2 bis 35 % Chromat besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das organische Polymere aus einem Gemisch von Styrol-Acrylat, aliphatischen Polyestern und Polyurethan besteht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beizbad einer Temperatur von 30 - 80 °C aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spülwasser eine Temperatur von 20 bis 80 °C aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das chromathaltige Polymere durch Aufsprühen, Tauchen, Walzen, Rollen oder dergl. Maßnahmen aufgetragen wird.
- Flacherzeugnisse, behandelt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schutzschicht aus chromathaltigem Polymeren mit einer Dicke von 0,4 bis 3,0 µm, vorzugsweise 1 bis 2 µm, wobei die Chromatauflage 5 bis 40 mg/m2 beträgt.
