Claims (11)

  1. Eine hydraulisch betätigte Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14, 14'), die Folgendes aufweist:
    einen Einspritzkörper (15, 105), der einen Betätigungsfluideinlass (50, 106), einen Betätigungsfluidhohlraum (51, 109), einen Düsenauslass (63, 117) und eine Nadelsteuerkammer (72, 118) definiert;
    einen Einzelelektromagneten (75, 130), der am Einspritzkörper (15, 105) angebracht ist;
    ein erstes Ventilglied (78, 140), das im Einspritzkörper (15, 105) montiert ist und bewegbar ist durch den Elektromagneten (75, 130) zwischen einer ersten Position, in welcher der Betätigungsfluideinlass (50, 106) zum Betätigungsfluidhohlraum (51, 109) geöffnet ist, und einer zweiten Position, in welcher der Betätigungsfluideinlass (50, 106) zum Betätigungsfluidhohlraum (51, 109) geschlossen ist;
    ein Nadelventilglied (86, 160) das im Einspritzkörper (15, 105) montiert ist und bewegbar ist zwischen einer geöffneten Position, in welcher der Düsenauslass (63, 117) geöffnet ist, und einer geschlossenen Position, in welcher der Düsenauslass (63, 117) blockiert ist, und wobei das Nadelventilglied (86, 160) eine Schließhydraulikoberfläche (88, 167) hat, die gegenüber dem Druck in der Nadelsteuerkammer (78, 118) ausgesetzt ist; und
    ein getrenntes zweites Ventilglied (76, 136), das im Einspritzkörper (15, 105) montiert ist und bewegbar ist durch den Elektromagneten (75, 130) zwischen einer Aus-Position, in welcher die Nadelsteuerkammer (78, 118) geöffnet ist zu einer Quelle für ein Hochdruckfluid, und einer An-Position, in welcher die Nadelsteuerkammer (78, 118) geöffnet ist zu einem Niedrigdruckdurchlass.
  2. Die Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14, 14') nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Quelle für das Hochdruckfluid der Betätigungsfluideinlass (50, 106) ist; wobei der Einspritzkörper (15, 105) einen Betätigungsfluidablauf (54, 104) definiert, und
    wobei der Niedrigdruckdurchlass der Betätigungsfluidablauf (54, 104) ist.
  3. Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14') nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Ventilglied ein Kugelventilglied (136) ist; und
       wobei das erste Ventilglied ein Spulenventilglied (140) ist.
  4. Die Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14') nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Spulenventilglied (140) eine Endhydraulikoberfläche (141) aufweist und in Richtung auf die zweite Position durch eine Kompressionsfeder (145) vorgespannt ist; und
    wobei die Endhydraulikoberfläche (141) ausgesetzt ist gegen den Druck im Betätigungsfluideinlass (106), wenn das Kugelventilglied (136) sich in der An-Position befindet.
  5. Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14') nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Spulenventilglied (140) hydraulisch ausgeglichen ist, wenn sich das Kugelventilglied (136) in der Aus-Position befindet.
  6. Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14, 14') nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Einspritzkörper (15, 105), eine Düsenkammer (62, 114), eine Plungerbohrung (58, 111) und eine Kolbenbohrung (56, 110) definiert;
    wobei ein Verstärkungskolben (83, 150) für ein Hin- und Herbewegen in der Kolbenbohrung (56, 110) zwischen einer vorderen Position und einer Rückkehrposition positioniert ist;
    wobei ein Plunger (85, 153) für ein Hin- und Herbewegen in der Plungerbohrung (58, 110) zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Position und einer vorgeschobenen Position positioniert ist; und
    wobei ein Teil der Plungerbohrung (58, 110) und des Plungers (85, 153) eine Kraftstoffdruckbeaufschlagungskammer (64, 112) definiert, die zur Düsenkammer (62, 114) geöffnet ist.
  7. Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14') nach Anspruch 1, die weiter einen Stift (135) aufweist, der am Elektromagneten (130) angebracht ist;
    wobei das zweite Ventilglied (136) in Kontakt mit dem Stift (135) ist, wenn es sich in der An-Position befindet, jedoch außer Kontakt mit dem Stift (135) ist, wenn es sich in der Aus-Position befindet.
  8. Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14') nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste Ventilglied (140) eine Endhydraulikoberfläche (141) aufweist und in Richtung der zweiten Position durch eine Kompressionsfeder (145) beaufschlagt ist;
    wobei die Endhydraulikoberfläche (141) ausgesetzt ist gegen den Druck im Betätigungsfluideinlass (106), wenn das zweite Ventilglied (136) in der An-Position ist;
    wobei das erste Ventilglied (140) hydraulisch ausgeglichen ist, wenn das zweite Ventilglied (136) in der Aus-Position ist; und
    wobei die Kompressionsfeder (145) ausreichend weich ist, so dass sich das zweite Ventilglied (136) von der An-Position zur Aus-Position bewegen kann, in der Aus-Position für eine Zeitdauer verweilt und sich zur An-Position zurück bewegt, bevor das erste Ventilglied (140) sich von der ersten Position zur zweiten Position bewegen kann.
  9. Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Elektromagnet ein Zwei-Wege-Elektromagnet (130) ist.
  10. Verfahren für die Kraftstoffeinspritzung, das die Folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    Vorsehen einer hydraulisch betätigten Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung (14') mit einer Düsenkammer (114), die zu einem Düsenauslass (117) geöffnet ist, mit einem Nadelventilglied (160) und einem einzigen Zwei-Wege-Elektromagneten (130), der Teil eines
    Nadelsteuerventils ist, und mit einem Betätigungsfluidsteuerventil, und wobei das Nadelsteuerventil eine Aus-Position und eine An-Position hat, und wobei das Betätigungsfluidsteuerventil eine geöffnete und eine geschlossene Position hat;
    Anregen des Elektromagneten (130) für eine Zeitdauer, die ausreicht zum Bewegen des Betätigungsfluidsteuerventils von der geschlossenen Position zur geöffneten Position und für das Bewegen des Nadelsteuerventils von der Aus-Position zur An-Position getrennt vom Bewegen des Betätigungsfluidsteuerventils;
    hydraulisches Unterdrucksetzen des Kraftstoffs im Einspritzkörper (105, 114) auf einen Einspritzdruck;
    Bewegen des Nadelventilglieds (160) zum Öffnen des Düsenauslasses (117); und
    Abregen des Elektromagneten (130) zum Bewegen des Nadelsteuerventils von der An-Position zur Aus-Position.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei das Verfahren weiter den Schritt des Abregens des Elektromagneten (130) aufweist, und zwar vor dem Schritt des Bewegens des Nadelventilglieds (160), für eine ausreichende Zeitdauer zum Bewegen des Nadelsteuerventils von der An-Position zur Aus-Position, jedoch für eine unzureichende Zeitdauer für das Bewegen des Betätigungsfluidsteuerventils von der geöffneten Position zur geschlossenen Position; und
    wobei der Schritt des Bewegens des Nadelventilglieds (160) einen Schritt des erneuten Erregens des Elektromagneten (130) aufweist zum Bewegen des Nadelsteuerventils von der Aus-Position zur An-Position.
