Claims (28)
- Vorrichtung zum Entwässern einer Faserstoffsuspension;1.1 mit einer gekrümmten Fläche, die von einem durchlässigen Band (2) umschlungen ist;1.2 die gekrümmte Fläche ist undurchlässig;1.3 das Band (2) und/oder die gekrümmte Fläche sind derart bewegbar, daß zwischen Band (2) und der gekrümmten Fläche eine relative Geschwindigkeit herrscht;1.4 die gekrümmte Fläche weist Vertiefungen auf, die jeweils ein Quantum Flüssigkeit aufnehmen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekrümmte Fläche wenigstens annähernd glatt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß die Vertiefungen jeweils ein Quantum der Faserstoffsuspensionen aufnehmen können.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen aus einer Vielzahl von sphärischen Dellen gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen aus einer Vielzahl von sphärischen Höckern gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dellen bzw. die Höcker gleichmäßig über die gekrümmte Fläche verteilt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen aus Rillen gebildet sind, die sich im wesentlichen quer zur Richtung der relativen Bewegung von Band und Fläche erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen in Längsabschnitte unterteilt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Bildung der Vertiefungen eine Vielzahl von Leisten (1.10) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:10.1 die gekrümmte Fläche besteht aus elastisch verformbaren Material;10.2 die gekrümmte Fläche ist mit stirnseitigen Bohrungen versehen, die sich im wesentlichen quer zur relativen Bewegungsrichtung bis zur anderen Stirnseite erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen aufblasbar oder evakuierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:12.1 die Vorrichtung umfaßt eine Stützkonstruktion (1.6);12.2 die Stützkonstruktion (1.6) ist von einem Strumpf (1.7) aus elastischem Material umgeben;12.3 zwischen der elastischen Verkleidung und der Stützkonstruktion sind Stützkörper (1.8) vorgesehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwischenräume (1.9) zwischen jeweils einander benachbarten Stützkörpern (1.8) aufblasbar oder evakuierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekrümmten Flächen eine Walze bilden, die mit relativ hoher Geschwindigkeit antreibbar ist, und daß das Band (2) zwei Enden aufweist, und mit Kriechgeschwindigkeit von einer Abwickelrolle (2.1) abläuft und auf einer Aufwickelrolle (2.2) aufgewickelt wird, wobei dieser Vorgang reversierbar sein kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band als weitgehend elastisches Drahtband ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band als starre, nachgiebige Fläche ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die starre, nachgiebige Fläche ein gekrümmtes Lochblech ist, das über der gekrümmten Fläche angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekrümmte Fläche gemessen zu einem Mittelpunkt hin, unterschiedliche Radien in ihrem Verlauf aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Radien in Richtung des Bandumlaufes abnehmen, derart daß bei gleicher Siebspannung und damit der Entwässerungsdruck erhöht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Reinigungsvorrichtungen nahe der gekrümmten Fläche und/oder nahe des durchlässigen Bandes zur Entfernung von Verunreinigungen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen durch ein Abdecksieb abgedeckt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdecksieb die gekrümmte Fläche umhüllt.
- Vorrichtung zum Entwässern einer Faserstoffsuspension;23.1 mit einer gekrümmten Fläche, die von einem durchlässigen Band (2) umschlungen ist;23.2 die gekrümmte Fläche ist undurchlässig;23.3 das Band (2) und/oder die gekrümmte Fläche sind derart bewegbar, daß zwischen Band (2) und der gekrümmten Fläche eine relative Geschwindigkeit herrscht;23.4 die gekrümmte Fläche weist Vertiefungen auf, die jeweils ein Quantum Flüssigkeit aufnehmen können;23.5 zur Bildung der Vertiefung weist die gekrümmte Fläche eine Gitterstruktur auf.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen jeweils ein Quantum Faserstoffsuspensionen aufnehmen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gitterstruktur bienenwabenförmig gestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24 oder 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekrümmte Fläche die Umfangsfläche bzw. der Mantel einer Walze (1) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 24 - 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefungen von einem Sieb abgedeckt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sieb die gekrümmte Fläche umhüllt.
