- Paper, board or tissue machines may have central roll presses.
- central roll presses with a roller and a plurality of this roller associated counter-rollers, each forming a press nip with the roller, the wet fibrous web is drawn by an open draw from the smooth roller (central roller). This considerable withdrawal forces are exerted on the fibrous web.
- a transfer belt wrapping the center roll is proposed in the prior art, with which the fibrous web is guided by the press nips and from which the fibrous web can be removed by means of, for example, a take-off suction roll.
- a closed press section is known in a paper machine in which the rollers form roll nips between each other, between which nips the web has a closed train supported by the surface of a fabric, and with a central roll against which at least two nips are formed, through which a transfer belt is directed.
- the transfer belt forms a closed loop around the central roll, on the outer surface of which the web is closed after the last nip and continuously transferred under tension to a dryer wire or equivalent fabric in a post-press section, wherein the transfer belt fabric does not rewet the web ,
- the web adhesion properties of the outer surface of the transfer belt webbing are selected such that the web follows the transfer web web after the last nip.
- the center roll is a roll having a dimpled surface, and the transfer belt fabric is permeable to a certain degree.
- the known transfer belt has an upper side and a lower side arranged opposite the upper side, wherein, when the intended use of the endless belt, the upper side can be brought into contact with the material web, in particular with the paper, board or tissue web, and the lower side with the machine.
- the endless belt has a storage volume for receiving fluid, which acts on the underside.
- the underside is formed according to the invention by an impermeable polymeric layer, wherein the storage volume is at least partially provided by the surface structure of the bottom.
- the fluid acting on the underside of the transfer belt is at least partially taken up in the transfer belt.
- the fluid can be led away from the contact region between the lateral surface of a roller and the underside of the transfer belt. Therefore, the fluid acting on the underside of the transfer belt, for example, water and / or air, not or only partially build up as a fluid layer between the lateral surface of the roller and the underside of the transfer belt.
- the risk of aquaplaning between the transfer belt and the roll shell is prevented or at least considerably reduced.
- the storage volume is at least partially provided by an at least partially porous structure of the transfer belt.
- the porous structure may, for example, comprise a nonwoven and / or a woven fabric and / or a foamed structure which extends at least in the area of the underside of the transfer tape.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the surface structure is designed such that fluid can be led away from the press nip when passing through a press nip.

- the surface structure is formed such that the storage volume is maintained under pressure in a press nip substantially.
- the transfer belt has a storage volume which changes transversely to the direction of travel.
- drag effects in the edge region of the transfer belt can be compensated.
- the surface structure forms a regular pattern in sections and an irregular pattern on the underside in sections.
- the surface structure comprises a groove.
- the effect of the scoring is particularly effective if it extends at least in sections along the direction of the transfer belt. The best results are obtained when the grooving extends substantially along the direction of travel of the transfer belt.
- the grooves in this case preferably have a width between 0.2 and 10 mm, preferably between 1 and 5 mm, wherein the depth of the grooves is advantageously less than 50% of the total thickness of the transfer belt.
- An irregular surface structure can be provided, for example, by the spacing and / or the cross-sectional area and / or the shape of at least two adjacent grooves being different.
- the surface structure comprises a roughness Ra of the bottom of 3 to 40 .mu.m.
- the surface structure can be formed solely by the roughness or the roughness is part of the surface structure.
- the roughness described above can be achieved, for example, by sanding the underside or by using a correspondingly granular material for the production of the underside.
- the underside is formed by a permeable or impermeable polymeric layer, wherein the surface structure is produced in the preparation of the polymeric layer and / or after the preparation of the polymeric layer.
- the surface structure may be formed by casting or molding in the preparation of the polymeric layer.
- the surface structure after the preparation of the polymeric layer can be produced by mechanical and / or thermal and / or chemical processing of the polymeric layer.

Description
- Fig. 1
- eine erfindungsgemäße Maschine mit einer Zentralwalzenpresse,
