Definitions
- the invention relates to an attachment housing for a luminaire body wall for a mountable in it Lamp holder, the one consisting of insulating material Add-on housing is approximately pot-shaped with a Bottom, side walls and one facing inside the lamp Opening, the edge of locking means for anchoring the one with its bottom with respect to the lamp body wall pot pointing outwards on a cutout are assigned to the lamp body wall and the Install the lamp holder near the floor inside the pot is what the bottom openings for inserting at the Has socket body rear wall arranged locking elements.
- the object of the invention is essentially based on an attachment housing for a luminaire body wall for a lamp holder that can be mounted in it, its new arrangement and design in particular one enables simplified manual wiring.
- a Side aspect of the invention is the attachment housing also for automatic wiring of the lamp holder to keep suitable.
- the solution to the urgent task is in Specify claim 1 and therefore characterized that the attachment housing is close to the floor in a wall arranged window-like opening through which a lamp holder in the transverse or longitudinal direction fits, and that the openings in the bottom for inserting the socket body-side locking elements in for window-like Opening-pointing guide slots for a transverse displacement pass over the locking elements.
- the leads leading to the socket are from the luminaire housing forth through the extension housing and the wall opening led to the outside. There the leader ends in the terminals of the socket are plugged in and then the socket with its locking elements in the two guide slots used and advanced in it, until the locking elements are in the bottom openings get caught.
- the assembly can also be carried out in such a way that the lamp holder is initially outside the Attachment housing is wired. Only then will she be with you on the cables from the lamp housing inserted into the attachment housing and the version of temporarily inside through the wall opening out until the locking elements from above into the Edge-open guide slots in the bottom of the attachment housing introduced and the socket in the final assembly position can be pushed in by snapping the Latching elements in the at each end of the guide slots locking openings located in the bottom of the attachment housing indicates.
- the attachment housing with the Ladder guides is equipped and a version with conductor entry openings accessible from the front are used will - the automatic wiring still possible, but above all the manual assembly of the Luminaire body as well as the wiring, i.e. of the Connection of conductors to those to be accommodated by the attachment housing Lamp holder significantly simplified.
- Fig. 1 shows an overall designated 10 Recessed ceiling light for two, not shown, Tubular fluorescent lamps on the front.
- the lamps are connected in two pairs Lamp sockets 11, two of which on a lamp body front wall 12 and the other two in with 13 designated mounting housings are arranged.
- Fig. 1 Other components of a fluorescent lamp are as shown in Fig. 1: an electrical connector 14, two ballasts 15, a capacitor socket 16, and two starter frames 18 for not shown Starter. These components are among each other by means of a necessary number of conductor sections 21 electrically connected, and line holder 20 serve the clear as above all secure definition of the lines.
- Luminaire body end wall 12 While each lamp is just up to one end Luminaire body end wall 12 reaches (left in Fig. 1 above), it protrudes with its opposite end the corresponding end wall 22 out and immersed in one artificially elongated by an attachment housing 13 Installation space.
- the add-on housing 13, in technical jargon also called “backpacks” are from the interior of the trough-shaped lamp body 10 by a Cutout 23 pushed into the lamp body wall 22 and snap to the edge of the cutout 23 with the help of barb-like locking tongues formed close to the flange edge 24th
- the add-on housing 13 is essentially pot-shaped with a Floor 25, four side walls 26, 27, 28 and 29 and with a flange 30 on its open side. This The locking means 24 are integrally formed on the flange 30.
- the attachment housing 13 is in one piece Injection molded part made of plastic. Near its bottom is 25 a fluorescent lamp socket in the interior of the attachment housing 13 31 to arrange. This can be done in a pre-assembly step happen before then the assembly housing / lamp holder 13/31 in the wall section 23 of the Luminaire body end wall 22 is anchored. As part of The present invention is primarily concerned with this thought, the lamp holder 31 only then in the attachment housing 13 to be used if this is already on the lamp body wall 22 is attached.
- the wall 29 of the attachment housing 13 has a wall opening 34, namely in the panel housing wall, which points in the same direction as the open one Side of the tub of the lamp body 10.
- the interior of the attachment housing 13 is therefore from the same direction accessible like the interior of the luminaire body 10.
- the width of the wall opening 34 is dimensioned so that a lamp holder 31 fits through, so also in that Extension housing already mounted on the lamp body wall 22 can be used, either by Manual or automatic with one for component assembly suitable robot.
- the locking of the frame 31 in the operating position in the add-on housing 13 is carried out by means of hook-shaped locking elements 17, which are from the rear wall of the Stand socket body 31 (see e.g. Fig. 3b) and the latching with openings 35 in the bottom 25 of the attachment housing 13 work together.
- the bottom 25 of the pot-shaped attachment housing 13 has the special feature of the invention that the Openings 35 not - as with conventional hole patterns for this purpose - are edged closed, but each pass into a guide slot 36, which is extends to the edge 25a of the bottom 25 and there expires openly.
- guide slots 36 can the shafts of the locking elements 17 inserted and up to the locking openings are shifted across.
- Version 31 is so far led down until their locking elements 17 in the bottom side, defining the final assembly position of the socket 31 Snap openings 35 into place so that they cannot rotate.
- This 4c shows the final assembly position. From Fig. 4d, one View of the rear of the attachment housing 13, sees the locking elements locked in the locking openings 35 17 of the lamp holder 31 also.
- FIG. 5a to 5d show the assembly of a previously with the two conductors 21 wired lamp holder 31. Only then is the lamp holder 31 with the already connected conductors 21 from the open Side of the attachment housing 13 in this and through the inserted through the top wall opening 34 until appropriate Fig. 5b the lamp holder 31 has taken a position has, which corresponds approximately to that of Fig. 4b. Now the lamp holder 31 is lowered so that its towards the rear projecting locking elements 17 in the Immerse bottom slots 36 and push on until snap them into the locking openings 35. This position, which is identical to that of FIG. 4c Fig. 5c.
- 4a to 5d is a lamp holder with insertion openings accessible from its underside shown for the conductor 21. How is easily recognizable, but could also be a version with e.g. from the opposite narrow sides accessible conductor insertion openings used be or such, the front conductor insertion openings having.
- FIGS. 4a to 4c and 5b and 5c wire recognizable conductor guide channels 32 that in particular in accordance with DE 295 05 452 U1 for the automatic wiring using controlled conductor laying equipment as robots are intended.
- Such Installation option regardless of whether it is manual or is made automatically, illustrate 6a to 6c schematically.
- the attachment housing 13 Before the head 21 of the Lamp holder 31 are supplied, this is already in attached to the attachment housing 13, which is done by the upper wall opening 34 from above into her Final assembly position already explained has been introduced is.
- the slots 36 in the bottom 25 serve Attachment housing 13 as guides for the locking elements 17th the lamp holder 31.
