Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Behandeln von Textilgut in Form mindestens eines endlosen Stranges (1)
mit einem verschließbaren Behälter, der für jeden Strang (1)einen den Strang (1) in Schlaufen aufnehmenden Warenspeicher (4),ein darüber angeordnetes, den Strang (1) in Umlauf versetzendes Transportsystem mit einem Gebläse (5) undZufuhrvorrichtungen (6) für Behandlungsflotte aufweist, und mit einem Umwälzsystem für die Behandlungsflotte,durch ein Luftumwälzsytem für Behandlungsluft unddurch eine Strömungsmaschine (19) mit einem großen Drehzahlbereich,die sowohl in das Umwälzsystem für die Behandlungsflotte als auch in das Luftumwälzsystem geschaltet ist. - Vorrichtung Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsmaschine (19) als Zentrifugalpumpe ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Strömungsmaschine (19) Gleitringdichtungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dichtung der Strömungsmaschine (19) eine Wassertasse aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen Wärmetauscher (16), der sowohl in das Umwälzsystems der Behandlungsflotte als auch auch in das Luftumwälzsystem geschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüuche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein Filter (20), das sowohl in das Umwälzsystems für Behandlungsflotte als auch in das Luftumwälzsystem geschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filter (20) vor den Wärmetauscher (16) geschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhrvorichtungen (6) für Behandlungsflotte auch in das Luftumwälzsystem geschaltet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch jeweils eine Zufuhrleitung (26) für Behandlungsluft, die im Bereich des jeweiligen Transportsystems in Bewegungsrichtung des Stranges (1) vor die Zufuhrvorrichtung (6) für Behandlungsflotte geführt ist.
- Vorichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Zufuhrleitung (26) zu einer Saugleitung oder zum oder in die Nähe der Ansaugöffnung (13) des Gebläses (5) des Transportsystems geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, bei der der Saugeingang des jeweilige Gebläses in das Behälterinnere ragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhrleitung (26) des Luftumwälzsystems im Behälter angeordnet ist und in die Nähe der Ansaugöffnung (13) des Gebläses (5) führt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch ein Filter (27), das in die Zufuhrleitung (26) geschaltet ist, wobei die Zufuhrleitung (26) in der Ansaugöffnung des Gebläses (5) mündet.
