Abstract

The lock has a drive shaft (7), which is moveable along a sleeve (1) to operate a stop bolt of an additional lock (8), with a co-operating frame-side stop pivot stirrup (57). By back-closing the main bolt (6) from a first pre-closed position, the stop bolt of the additional lock moves out into a stop pivot stirrup catchment position and after a second forward and backward closure operation of the main lock is fully moved backwards into the additional lock. A force accumulator engages on the stop bolt, and is charged up to a dead point position with each main bolt forward-closure operation. When the dead point position is exceeded the stop bolt is moved into its end position. The drive shaft works in conjunction with the stop bolt via an open slide guide, which curve-controls the stop bolt until above the dead point position of the force accumulator.

Description

The invention relates to an espagnolette lock a wing-side, having a main bolt Main lock and one by operating the main lock drive rod displaceable along a cuff for Actuation of one with a frame-side locking swivel bracket cooperating locking bolt of an additional lock.

An espagnolette lock of the type in question is known from DE 35 03 466 C2, the pre-closing the locking bolt of the additional lock by means of a on the inside of the door. The locking bolt is in the release position brought by closing the main bolt. For this purpose, a sliding surface is formed on the drive rod triangular plate attached, which interacts with a transversely projecting bolt of the locking bolt. This configuration does not allow one Locking bolt from the outside into its locking swivel bracket catch position bring to.

A further development of the one described above Espagnolette lock has been on the market since 1993 known, the drive rod instead of a rigid arranged platelets a triangular cam swiveling. After closing the main latch can turn the lock bolt only with one Close the inside handle, the side of the Locking bolts protruding the cam against spring loading overruns. When you close the The main bolt slides the one mounted on the drive rod sprung cams on the transversely protruding bolt of the Locking bar along and pivots towards it Spring loading without moving the locking bolt back. The door can consequently engage in the locking bracket Barrier bolt to be opened a gap. The Moving the locking bolt back requires closing the door. After that, a pre-actuation of the Main bolt to make, with the connecting rod in Downward shifted and with their cushioned Cam against the transverse bolt of the locking bolt presses and pushes it back into the release position. After that, the pre-locked main bolt is in to close the open position. Here also occurs again the disadvantage that the engagement between Locking latch and locking swivel bracket not from the door exterior can happen here. It also needs to lock the door first the main bolt are locked and then by means of the inside handle of the locking bolt. Will be first the locking bolt brought into the open position, so controls when closing the main bolt on the connecting rod seated cams in its downward shift the locking bolt back into its open position.

The object of the invention is based on the object a generic drive rod closure in to design in a technically simple manner that the locking bolt by operating the main lock can be brought into the locking swivel bracket catch position regardless of whether this closing operation from the inside or outside of the door.

This task is first and foremost an espagnolette lock with the features of the claim 1 solved, it being based on the fact that at Closing the main bolt from a first pre-closed one Position of the locking bolts of the additional lock extends into the locking swivel bracket catch position and after a second pre-closing and closing operation of the main lock completely retracted into the additional lock is.

As a result of such a design is an espagnolette lock the type of increased security value in question specified. E.g. a closing operation from the inside of the door of the main bar from a first preconfigured position, it is associated hereby the locking bolt of the additional lock in the Locking arm catch position brought. The door leaves thus only open gap-wide. The disadvantage of that Forgetfulness about advancing the locking bar there is no inside handle of the additional lock, can no longer happen. The full opening the door then requests a second forward and Rear closing operation of the main lock, whereby both the locking bolt as well as the main bolt completely have returned. It is also possible if it is the Circumstances require the locking bolt from the outside of the door to transfer into the locking latch catch position. Then the main bolt is closed. Of the Inside the door, the door can only be gap-wide to open. This case could e.g. occur when children left briefly in the apartment or house and the door should only be opened slightly. Locking technology benefits from the measure, an energy accumulator attacking the locking bolt to be provided, which with each main bolt pre-actuation is charged to a dead center position and when the dead center position is exceeded, the locking bolt in transferred its respective end position. The energy store causes the locking bolt its intended adheres to predetermined end positions. When stepped forward The locking bolt is therefore always the locking swivel catch position met exactly. In a simple way Displacement of the connecting rod caused by the main lock, transferred to the additional lock in the manner that the drive rod with the locking bolt on an open Link guide interacts, which the locking bolt cam-controlled up to the dead center position of the energy accumulator controls. Then the following closing operation the energy store is unloaded, the locking bolt in its respective end position is transferred. Retracting the lock bolt its locking swivel bracket catch position is made possible that the open backdrop is a springy evasive Control bar forms which of those assigned to the backdrop Control pin on the first closing operation the main castle runs over and at which the second pre-actuation for relocation of the locking bolt the control pin slides along. security increasing the measure affects that starting from an open position of the drive rod lock the locking bolt for a first drive rod shift moves into a semi-closed position, in which the energy accumulator over its dead center position kicked and the lock bolt is tied, which at a drive rod return movement under spring force completely in the locking swivel catch position extending. So is in the first pre-closed Position of the main bolt and the locking bolt in engagement with the locking swivel bracket. Charging the Lift mechanism is from the relocation of the locking bolt derived. For this purpose, the energy accumulator forms an am Articulated bottom, shortenable against spring loading Push rod, which on a tooth edge attacks, which with a toothing of the locking bolt tail combs. This has an additional function Gear in that it has a pusher mandrel square opening exhibiting nut. Independent of Actuation of the main lock can thus be the locking bolt from the inside door handle of the additional lock in the pre-closed and closed end position convict. This is possible due to the open backdrop, in which the control pin of the drive rod is immersed. In detail, the backdrop has a first, parallel to the drive rod displacement direction, Link section in which the control pin at the first partial relocation of the main bar is running. On this section of the backdrop is closed by a sloping, second backdrop section on which the Control pin in the subsequent relocation of the Main bolt in the pre-closed position up to a semi-closed position of the locking bolt slides. The control pin is in this position a projection on the link and thus locks the semi-closed position of the locking bolt. Becomes from this support position of the control pin when relocating the dead bolt moved away, he gets into one third, parallel to the drive rod displacement direction extending backdrop section connected to the fact that the Locking latch fully loaded in can move into the blocking arm catch position, while the main bolt is closed. The Withdraw the fully deployed locking bolt then takes place in such a way that the control pin at Pre-actuation of the main lock at an angle to Directional control rod shifting direction acted upon and runs along this, the Locking bolt up to the dead center position of the energy accumulator moved back and then from the energy store is moved back into its end position, the Control pin enters the first backdrop section. It is optimal in terms of locking technology, a two-turn closing main latch to provide, after a first two-turn conclusion of the main bar the conclusion the complete closure of the locking bolt causes and a one-turn second bolt closure the brings about complete conclusion of the locking bolt. Then it should be emphasized that the one end of the at least partially resilient control bridge through a passage channel to the first stage section is spaced. So the control pin arrives at the re-closing the main bolt for a tour in the area of the first section, so that after Closing the main bolt back to the starting position of the control pin, in which position both the locking bolt and the main bolt are retracted are. Then the control bridge with its springy reach evasible section up to the first backdrop section opposite, parallel to the drive rod displacement direction running third stage section, so that the control pin when passing through the third link section as intended the resilient dodging the evensible control dock. The evasive movement of the control web results from an inclined surface control. The control pin can be an inclined surface form. Possibly. can also be found on the landing stage be provided. Finally, it is also possible to do both the control bridge as well as the control pin Equip sloping surfaces. So that the locking bolt in its proper locking pivot catch position regardless of the air gap in the door Door rebate and door frame, the locking bolt head is opposite cushioned the locking bolt tail in the exclusion direction. The protruding locking bolt then always acts on its spring-loaded locking bolt head an area of the locking plate carrying the swivel bracket. One on The locking bolt head provided groove arrives as intended in engagement with the longitudinal slot of the locking swivel bracket.

The espagnolette lock designed according to the invention has a main lock 2 attached to a cuff 1. This has a case 3 penetrating the cuff 1 on which by means of a follower 4 from the inside of the door is retractable. Then the trap 3 is through Retractable key operation. To this end takes the main castle in its lower area below the follower 4 on a lock cylinder 5. By means of the same, a main bolt 6 is two-speed closable.

Along with a closing of the main bolt 6 becomes one lying on the inside of the cuff 1 Drive rod 7 shifted to one above the Main lock 2 arranged additional lock 8 leads. The latter is also attached to the cuff 1.

The additional lock includes one with the cuff 1 connected castle floor 9 and one parallel to it extending castle ceiling 10, which on the castle floor side Stud 11 and 12 rests. In their internal thread grab the lock cover 10 penetrating fastening screws 13 a.

On webs 14 running at right angles to cuff 1, 15 of the lock base 9, a locking bolt 16 is guided. in the individual is the locking bolt 16 from an in Floor plan right-angled locking bolt tail 16 'and one compared to this spring-loaded locking bolt head 16 '' together. The locking bolt head 16 '' sits in an angular one Slide 17, which in a transverse groove 18th the locking bolt tail 16 'slides and opposite one Compression spring 19 is loaded in the outward direction. The Slider 17 carries a stop pin 20, which in immerses a longitudinal slot 21 of the locking bolt tail 16 ' and thus the relocation of the locking bolt head 16 '' limited in the outward direction.

The lower horizontal edge of the locking bolt tail 16 'has a rack-like toothing 22 equipped, which with a in Schloßboden 9 and Lock cover 10 mounted gear 23 meshes. This forms a nut 25 having a square opening 24 out. With the square opening 24 of the nut 25 is one inside the door handle 26 connected. This forms diametrically opposed wings from such that the wings are in the open position in the horizontal are located. However, it would also be possible to handle it Arrange 26 so that their wings in the open position are aligned vertically. The nut 25 is with a radially protruding actuating arm 27. This carries a coupling pin 28 on which the one end of a push rod 29 hinges. The other end of the push rod 29 is a guide block 30 designed, in which according to withdrawn Locking position on parallel to the drive rod extending slot 31 extends. In this the Stud 11 on which one is in the slot supports inserted compression spring 32. That way an energy storage K created one on the housing base 9 hinged, shortenable against spring load Push rod 29 forms. 6 illustrates that the coupling pin 28 between the push rod 29 and Nut 25 on the right side of the dead center line T-T lies, which through the pivot point of the nut 25 and bottom The pivot point of the push rod 29 runs. Herewith the locking bolt 16 is directed into its lock End position moves.

The drive rod 7 is parallel to the cuff 1 Directional connecting rod connecting slide 33 coupled. On its overlap to the locking bolt tail 16 'lying section carries the connecting rod connecting slide 33 a control pin 34, which in a to Espagnolette connecting slide 33 open link guide 35 dips. The control pin 34 is equipped with an upward sloping surface 36 for cooperation with a spring deflectable spring bar 37.

In detail, the open link guide 35 has approximately the shape of an upside down bottle. In the Starting position according to FIG. 6, that is, with the withdrawn Locking bolt 16, the control pin 34 extends in the upper left corner of the guide 35 and is in this position, a first, parallel to the drive rod displacement direction trending backdrop section 38 adjacent. In an oblique orientation to this is followed by a second link section 39, which in turn opens into the bottle neck 40. Its width is the diameter of the control pin 34 customized. Adjacent to the bottle neck 40 extends rear of the locking tail 16 'a backdrop Projection 41. This goes over a sloping, diverging to the second stage section extending section 42 into a third, parallel to the connecting rod displacement direction extending section 43 over. The top of the first and third backdrop sections 38, 43 are horizontal by a extending backdrop flank 44 connected to each other. The control web 34 has an oblique to the drive rod displacement direction running control curve 45. This is formed from the top edge to the oblique Espagnolette displacement direction extending upper edge a resiliently deflectable section 46 of the control web, which up to the first stage section 38 opposite, parallel to the drive rod displacement direction extending third backdrop section 43 enough. The lower facing the first link section 38 The end of the control land 37 goes into one Set guide 35 protruding, fixed section 47 above, which in turn is made of the same material starts from the locking tail 16 '. This fixed one Section 47 of the control land 37 forms a connection with the first and second link sections 38, 39 a passage channel 48 for the control pin 34.

The evasible section 46 of the control web 37 goes from a roughly rectangular plate in plan 49, which in a form-fitting opening 50 of the Lock bolt tail 16 'is guided. An all around Edge 51 of the plate 49 engages to a step 52 one adjoining the opening 50 Recess 53 of the locking bolt tail 16 '. The Suspension of the plate 49 and thus the resilient Section 46 of the control web 37 takes place via a compressible pad 54, which is on the castle floor 9 supports.

In the open position of the espagnolette lock can the locking bolt by means of the turning handle 26 on the inside of the door 16 can be fully prepared. in this connection the nut 25 is turned 90 degrees. Going along via the gear 23 and teeth 22 of the locking bolt tail 16 'the locking bolt 16 is completely closed, a circumferential groove 55 of the locking bolt head 16 '' in the catch position to slot 56 of a locking swivel bracket 57 arrives. The latter is by means of a pin 58 articulated on a holding plate 59 on the door frame side. The door having the espagnolette lock can thus open a crack, the locking swivel bracket 57 pivoted. The length of the slot 56 determines the opening gap of the door. With this handling-related closing of the locking bolt 16 arrives the control pin occupying position A according to FIG. 14 34 to the other end of the horizontal backdrop flank 44. The two-leaf rotary handle 26 shows the user the instantaneous position of the locking bar 16 einimmt.

Fig. 7 und Position B in Fig. 14. Fig. 8 und Position C in Fig. 14. Fig. 8. Position B in Fig. 14. Fig. 9. The first time the main bolt 6 is closed after closing a tour, it arrives at the dash-dotted line Location according to FIG. 1 due to downward shifting of the drive rod the control pin 34 along the first link section 38 relocated. The locking bolt 16 is thus not yet moved out. While closing the second tour of the main bar 6 is at further down displaced drive rod 7 of the control pin 34, which along the sloping second Link section 39 slides, connected to a partial advance of the locking bolt 16, cf. FIG. 7 and position B in Fig. 14. About the teeth 22 of the Lock bolt tail 16 'becomes the gear 23 and thus the nut 25 rotated. Here the coupling pin exceeds 28 the dead center line T-T at the same time Recharge the energy store K. The latter can but not unloaded because the locking bolt tail 16 ' is blocked by the control pin 34, which at Closing the second preliminary tour of the main bar 6 has entered the bottleneck 40. It takes place there a support on the link-side projection 41 instead, cf. Fig. 8 and position C in Fig. 14. The locking bolt 16 is therefore only partially pre-selected. His The locking bolt head 16 '' then engages with its outer end into the slot 56 of the locking swivel bracket 57, see. Fig. 8. When closing the main bolt 6 around a tour is the main bar 6 in the dash-dotted 4 moved. Furthermore, through the Upward displacement of the drive rod 7 and thus the Control pin 34 of this leave the bottle neck 40, see. Position B in Fig. 14. As a result of the dead center position T-T kicked clutch pin 28 can the energy accumulator K now discharges and rotates the nut 25 counterclockwise with complete Locking the locking bolt 16, cf. Fig. 9. The Control pin 34 is on section 42 in Plant to the third backdrop section 43 entered. While the second closing tour of the main bar 6 The control pin 34 then runs over the spring-deflectable one Section 46 of the control web 37 and relocated this against the cushion 54, cf. Fig. 13 and the dash-dotted representation of the control pin 34 in Fig. 9. After completing the two-speed closing the main bolt 6 is the position shown in FIG. 4 and 10 before. The control pin 34 then takes the position E. as illustrated in FIG. 14. The main latch 6 is fully retracted during the locking bar 16 assumes its blocking arm catch position, in which the groove 55 of the locking bolt head 16 '' aligned with the slot 56 of the locking swivel bracket 57. The control pin 34 is in this position on the right side below the horizontal backdrop flank 44. From this position it is possible to the inside of the door the locking bolt 16 by means of Move the turning handle 26 back.

Fig. 5, 11 und Position F in Fig. 14. However, moving the locking bar 16 back is also possible by actuating the main lock 2. With the pre-actuation of the The main bar 6 shifts the drive rod by one tour 7 and thus the control pin 34 in the downward direction. It applies the diagonally to the drive rod displacement direction extending control curve 45 and relocated accordingly the locking bolt 16 back, see. 5, 11 and position F in Fig. 14 locking bar 16 which moves back as a result of the toothed drive the nut 25 rotated clockwise, whereby the coupling pin 28 of the charging here Energy storage K occurs over the dead center position T-T, so that after finishing the first tour of the new one Preclosing the main bolt of the energy store K the spring-related relocation of the locking bolt 16 in enforces its closed end position. The control pin 34 is up to the fixed section 47 of the control land 37 drove and is then via the energy storage-related relocation to reaches the first link section 38. It can now key operated the main bolt 6 around the previously closed first tour to be reversed if shifted upwards the drive rod 7 and thus the control pin 34 in the end position according to FIGS. 1 and 6.

The exclusive relocation of the locking bolt 16 by means of the main lock 2 therefore allows the Locking bolt also from the outside of the door zurückzuschließen.

Claims (14)

  1. Espagnolette having a leaf-side main lock (2), which includes a main bolt (6), and a driving rod (7), which can be displaced along a lock case (1) by actuation of the main lock (2), in order to actuate a locking bolt (16), which interacts with a frame-side blocking pivot strap (57) of an additional lock (8), characterized in that when the main bolt (6) is being drawn back from a first, locked-forward position, the blocking bolt (16) of the additional lock (8) moves out into the blocking pivot strap catching position, and has completely retracted into the additional lock (8) after a second forward-locking and drawing-back actuation of the main lock (6).
  2. Espagnolette according to Claim 1, characterized by a force accumulator (K) which acts on the blocking bolt (16) and is loaded during each main-bolt forward-locking actuation until it reaches a dead-centre position (T-T), and moves the blocking bolt (16) into its respective limit position when the dead-centre position is exceeded.
  3. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the driving rod (7) interacts with the blocking bolt (16) via an open slot guide (35) which controls the blocking bolt (16) with cam control until beyond the dead-centre position (T-T) of the force accumulator (K).
  4. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the open slot guide (35) forms a control web (37) which can yield resiliently, which moves over a control pin (34), which is associated with the slot (35) and is connected to the driving rod (7), during the first drawing-back actuation of the main lock (2), and along which the control pin (34) slides during the second forward-locking actuation for pulling-back displacement of the blocking bolt.
  5. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that, starting from an open position of the espagnolette, the blocking bolt (16), during a first driving-rod displacement, advances into a half-forward locked position, in which the force accumulator (K) has moved beyond its dead-centre position (T-T) and the blocking bolt (16) is detained, and, during a driving-rod displacement back, under force spring action, moves out completely into the blocking pivot strap catching position.
  6. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the force accumulator (K) forms a push-rod (29) which is pivoted on the housing base (9), the length of which can be shortened counter to the spring load and which engages on a gearwheel (23) which meshes with toothing (22) of the blocking-bolt tail (16').
  7. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the gearwheel (23) forms a follower (25) which has a square opening (24) for a handle stem.
  8. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by a first slot section (38), which runs parallel to the driving-rod displacement direction and on which, during the first partial displacement of the main bolt (6), the control pin (34) runs, by a second slot section (39), which runs obliquely with respect to the said slot section (38) and on which, during the subsequent displacement of the main bolt (6) into the locked-forward position, the control pin (34) slides until a half-forward locked position of the blocking bolt (16) is reached, in which position the control pin (34) lies in front of a slot-side protuberance (41), out of which supporting position the control pin (34) is moved during the bolt drawing-back displacement, releasing the blocking-bolt forward locking under force accumulator action, and runs along a third slot section (43), which runs parallel to the driving-rod displacement direction, until the bolt is completely drawn back.
  9. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control pin (34), during the forward-locking actuation of the main lock (2), acts on a control cam (45), running obliquely with respect to the driving-rod displacement direction, and runs along this cam, the blocking bolt (16) being displaced back as far as beyond the dead-centre position (T-T) of the force accumulator (K) and then being moved back into its limit position by the force accumulator (K), during which process the control pin (34) comes into contact with the first slot section (38).
  10. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by a two-turn closure main bolt (6), the drawing back after a first two-turn forward locking of the main bolt resulting in complete forward locking of the blocking bolt (16), and a one-turn second bolt forward locking bringing about complete drawing back of the blocking bolt.
  11. Espagnolette according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that one end of the control web (37), which can yield resiliently at least in part, is spaced apart from the first slot section (38) by a passage channel (48).
